The guy greeted me apologized, but they have outdoor vending machines where you can get water. When I buy the water at a neighboring city's grocery store vending machine water service, the difference in quality is night and day. It's not bad, but anyone can tell good water. The customer service at this place is amazing. Such a sweet couple who run this store. I get the alkaline water and it tests between 9-10pH depending. I am told it stays at that pH for months but I've never tested it out as I only get 10-15 gallons at a time. They help you out to your car as well so it's very easy to transport the water jugs. You can buy the containers there or bring your own. For alkaline water it's $2/gallon when they are open inside. It's a little cheaper like $1.80/gallon for the self service outside. I believe the filtered water (non-alkaline) is even cheaper. Would highly recommend. Great water. Saves you a ton of money and it's cleaner than anything you can buy bottled at a store. read more

This place is convenient but if you get the water inside it costs more than using the vending machine. The people who work here are so nice and polish up your water bottle and bring it to the car. We have two 5 gallon jugs and fill our water up often here but have had some issues with the vending machine. A few times the natural spring water filler-upper outside wasn't taking bills, which is a problem since that side doesn't take credit cards. It's nice that they have the option for spring water versus reverse osmosis but reverse osmosis must bring in all of the money since the other side doesn't allow credit cards. While there are improvements to this place, the convenience, ease of filling up bottles and the employees are what make it 4 stars for us. read more

I don't know why no one has reviewed this convenient water store. They have filtered water for 50 cents a gallon and alkaline water for $2 a gallon. I go with the alkaline water due to the higher pH and that the dangerous fluoride has been filtered out. They have a great selection of home filters, stands, containers of various sizes and convenient bottled water. When they're closed you can use the self-service machine in the front. They will rinse your refillable bottles inside and out, dry them off and carry them out to the car for you, strapping them in with seat belts to ensure they safely arrive home (who wants 5 gallons of water all over the back seat). And bring your stamp card each time so that after so many purchases you get free water (today I got $10 worth of water free). read more

Best tasting Alkaline, purified water in town. Convenient after hours outdoor, self-serve water dispenser. Customer service is good. Prices are reasonable. Parking situation can sometimes be a pain, but we usually just use the self-serve machine after hours, in which case, it's a non-issue. We definitely miss this water when we go a few days without it. I have been sending clients to this location for years. They are clean, friendly and fast. They have a reward card after so-many refils. You can get your water after hours with their vending machine. The best little amenity, they will cart the water to your car and load it for you... With a smile.
