I don't know that much about this stuff but they could answer all my questions and I checked it against what I was learning on the internet. When I deal the people who look for termites, you can usually tell which companies are serious and well trained and which ones just generalize and say they have to spray your whole house and it will cost this much and that spiel. I'd put them in the former category. They gave me specific answers and could almost answer every one of my follow up questions. And I don't mind it if they say they aren't sure about one thing, and consult with someone. The fact that they aren't acting like they know everything on earth tells me, usually, they are being honest. I think they share a background with the person who referred me to them, so I fundamentally trusted them by the end. I spoke with three companies, who came out, and they were clearly the most knowledgeable and appreciated how dangerous this stuff is for me and my wife. I'm still discussing with them and the handy mans's company the whole process of removing it in this one area, so it's not fully resolved.
