    First, their services include MORE than just body work. My wife's 2006 Murano needed repainting on…read morethe entire hood. The Topcoat was removed when I tried to remove some scratches, with Maguire's "scratch remover". I never heard the end of her complaints. In addition, her driver side window motor stopped working, AND, the rear trunk latch wouldn't open. I didn't want to spend a fortune on this older vehicle. The estimates from Nissan mounted into the $$$ thousands. When I first met Laura , the receptionist, I found a friendly face. The estimates were beyond reasonable......$350 for the hood, and $200 to fix the window/trunk. I was praying that the work would be completed before my wife returned from an OOT meeting. I was also praying that the quality of workmanship would be good. The paint job was "Better than New". The window worked. The trunk lid now opened with the remote. Shocked!! Laura even offered me a cold Pepsi, while my wife marveled at the car. Now, my wife doesn't want to buy a new car.....OMG. I have already recommended Choice to a number of friends. They were also pleased with the service. Should I ask for a discount on my next trip back there? Not at those low prices. :))

    Being courteous, professional and patient unfortunately is not the way to work with this company…read more I dropped off my car at First Choice Paint & Body on 8/15/25, and as of 9/11/25 (almost a month later), I still do not have my car. On 8/22, I called for an update and was told they hadn't heard from my warranty company, SilverRock. Instead of following up themselves, I had to call SilverRock, gather the issue IDs, and give them directly to the body shop. On 8/22, they promised my car would be ready by 8/28-8/29. On 8/28, when I called, they pushed the date back to 9/4-9/5. On 9/3, they moved it again to 9/8-9/9. On 9/9, I was told the license plate holder needed to be replaced and that I should just buy one myself. On 9/10, they said it would take another 3-5 business days for SilverRock to cut them a check. At this point, it's been nearly four weeks, and I still don't have my car. The biggest issue has been the lack of communication and initiative. They only called me proactively once during this entire process--I had to contact them every other time. Their business process is ineffective, and customer service is essentially non-existent. As for the quality of their work--I can't even comment because I still don't have my car. Based on this experience, I'd rate them 0 out of 10 for service and accountability.
