They just finished cleaning my place on 7/30/21. Out of the 5 different carpet cleaning companies - Jimmy was respectful, nice, punctual and professional from start to finish. He didnt try to force me to commit right away unlike the other vendors. The day before the scheduled appointment, my building had an emergency water shutoff during the time Jimmy was going to be there. I notified him right away and he was very accommodating and move the appt to a later time without any issues. With all the stress of moving out and it would be nearly impossible to find another vendor to come out on short nice. Normally, vendors would have cancelled the appt or too busy to accommodate. When they (husband and wife) arrived, it was very professional and they were able to use the actual van to clean vs. the portable one. They wore mask and booties to keep everything clean. They did my carpets and grout for 2 bedrooms and kitchen area. I did advised them I had dogs that left accidental messes all over and he made sure to run it through more than once and gave extra attention to the soiled/dark areas! I would recommend using them, I will surely use them for all my family and business needs-- they were so nice, reasonable and understanding!! My linen couch had a very new water stain so I called JM Carpet Cleaning for assistance. Water stains are tough to take out on this type of material. Jimmy and Lucia worked on it & were very honest about the probability of completely removing the stain. They said they would do their very best and THEY DID! Although the full ring did not completely come out, it is 90% better than what it was. And not only were they gracious enough to try and remove the stain, but when they realized it would not 100% be removable .. they said "no charge". I am very grateful. Jimmy and his wife are a two person very personal and professional carpet and upholstery cleaning service. Honestly they worked a miracle and I was satisfied beyond my wildest expectations! After 6 years a good tenant with two young children vacated a partially furnished rental house I own in Marina Del Rey where I had an expensive and beautiful white fabric sectional couch. I wasn't sure I would be able to save it. Jimmy quoted me a price over the phone based on the size and was able to come later in the same day,He arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment time which in itself was a pleasant suprise, He told me upfront he wasn't sure he would be able to remove all the stains. He and his wife worked together for over three hours diligently, neatly and at a continuous pace cleaning the 4 piece sectional sofa,.
