My mother moved to assisted living after being in her home for over 50 years. In order to pay for her care we fixed up her home and put it on the rental market. I found Jimmy on Yelp and he had great reviews for carpet cleaning and tile cleaning, both of which we were in desperate need of. I also noticed on his website that they did over all general cleaning and so I reached out to him. He was very responsive and he and his wife came out right away to give me an estimate. He is such a sincere person. He promised me he was going to do a great job with all of the cleaning, and I believed him. I wouldn't say his pricing was cheap but it was totally fair and appropriate for the amount of work that needed to be done. The carpet was in a downstairs basement and smelled bad from dogs, dust and some previous water leaks. It was still in pretty good shape though so we thought we'd try cleaning it before deciding if it needed to be replaced. Well, Jimmy delivered! Not only did it look brand new when he was done, the smell was completely gone. And hard water deposits in both bathrooms that we were unable to remove...GONE. And he left both bathrooms spotless. The kitchen and pantry cabinets that were so filthy we though we would have to replace the shelves. Nope, he and his wife got them clean. Window blinds that hadn't been cleared in years were spotless. He and his wife worked for two long days and at the end of each one he texted me pictures because I don't live in the same area, so that was appreciated too. Clearly, he takes pride in his work and it shows! I highly recommend JM for all of your cleaning needs.

Jimmy shows on time, what he quoted me is what I paid, and he did an outstanding job. Got rid of pet hairs and pet urine smell from my rental property in Santa Clarita. He comes to the site in a big van with some serious vacuum machinery inside. You'll be impressed. I recommend Jimmy and will use his services again when the new tenants become my ex-tenants and it's time to clean the carpeting again.

I called last minute to have the carpet cleaned at my condo. I called and the phone was answered right away. They came by the next day and cleaned the carpet. Meanwhile they were there I asked if they cleaned patios, they said yes! They also cleaned my upstairs patio. The company is very professional and get the job done right! Finally they cleaned my shower that is slate and had build up of lime which they made look much better than it has in years. JM did carpet cleaning for our bedrooms and stairs as well as cleaned our couch and living room chair. Making an appointment was easy. They were very responsive and arrived on time. They were very friendly and respectful in our home. When they arrived, after examining the rooms to clean, they got right to work and boy are they hard workers and very thorough! I knew that all my carpet stains couldn't get removed, but they sure did a really good job and the outcome was nice clean carpets. Our furniture looked super clean as well! I could not be more pleased with the work that JM Carpet Cleaning did for me. They were responsive, on time and professional. Jimmy came as promised. He performed the work as good as he promised he would. Totally and completely satisfied with the amazing job him and his team did at my home. they cleaned two pieces of furniture and two area rugs and the difference was noticeable. Also noticeable was the fact that they were conscientious and were careful to clean up after they actually cleaned up. In other words they were sensitive to mop up and sweep up the floors that they had walked in and out of prior to their departure. This is the sign of a cleaning company that really cares about their reputation and the quality of work that they do. My linen couch had a very new water stain so I called JM Carpet Cleaning for assistance. Water stains are tough to take out on this type of material. Jimmy and Lucia worked on it & were very honest about the probability of completely removing the stain. They said they would do their very best and THEY DID! Although the full ring did not completely come out, it is 90% better than what it was. And not only were they gracious enough to try and remove the stain, but when they realized it would not 100% be removable .. they said "no charge". I am very grateful. They are honest, hardworking and I will certainly hire them for the job. What I wont do is buy another linen couch again :/ Thank you Jimmy and Lucia! I give them 5 stars. read more

Jimmy and his wife came to clean my carpets and tile today. They did a Fantastic job!! We had some paint splashes on the carpet from a bad painting job and Jimmy treated all the spots and was able to remove almost all of them!!! They also did a great job on my tile floor. Now all my floors look brand new. Both Jimmy and his wife were super knowledge, helpful and very nice to deal with and recommended some products. I will definitely call them again!! read more

Jimmy and his crew are amazing. They did a great job cleaning my area rugs and kilim rug very thoroughly that needed a lot of love. I have a dog. Jimmy and his wife are a two person very personal and professional carpet and upholstery cleaning service. Honestly they worked a miracle and I was satisfied beyond my wildest expectations! After 6 years a good tenant with two young children vacated a partially furnished rental house I own in Marina Del Rey where I had an expensive and beautiful white fabric sectional couch. I wasn't sure I would be able to save it. Jimmy quoted me a price over the phone based on the size and was able to come later in the same day,He arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment time which in itself was a pleasant suprise, He told me upfront he wasn't sure he would be able to remove all the stains. He and his wife worked together for over three hours diligently, neatly and at a continuous pace cleaning the 4 piece sectional sofa,. ( I was at the house doing other work so I was able to observe them the whole time.) He could have and probably should have asked for a higher fee but he did not. Chris and Rodney were phenomenal. They came in and got right to work. We were quoted 1-2 hours for a one-bedroom apartment and they were out in 45 minutes. That's not to say they didn't get into every nook and cranny or did a shoddy job. They were meticulous and got our carpet cleaner than we had seen in years. The quoted price was reasonable to other companies we called, but we just kept coming back to them. We will definitely use So White again.

Chris was super diligent to ensure I was satisfied and he over delivered, honestly. The rug looks brand new! My XL breed dog has been experiencing some incontinence due to her meds and while I was out of town, had some accidents in the living room and dining room. Reached out to Chris and they were SO fast to schedule and pick up both rugs. It does take about a week for deep cleaning, so just to manage anyone's unrealistic expectations there ahead of time, but it's so worth the wait. Big note that Chris is super friendly, incredibly mindful (knocks so quietly as to not freak my dogs out) and kept all my building entry info so he just arrives at my door. I really appreciate the extra attention to detail as a customer. So White Carpet is definitely now on my quarterly deep cleaning list to keep my rugs looking brand new.

In addition before their arrival today, I received another text, confirming what time he would be here with directions to make sure that there was a parking space for them. Emiliano show showed up and got right to work !! When he opened up the van I was blown away by the equipment they use !! WOWWW I've never seen anything more Professional , clean and organized in my life inside a carpet cleaning van. The photos I provided are before the carpet cleaning. I will add further photos after the carpet has dried. As for their prices I feel it was worth every penny for the service and end result ! After seeing such sterling reviews on yelp, I called Jimmy to clean carpets in three rooms. Jimmy answered the phone and scheduled us within the week. He arrived on time and communicated with us clearly via text on the day of the appointment asking if he come early. Jimmy and Lucia arrived promptly at 10:30. They were thorough and relatively quick, and also cleaned our kitchen and bath tile floors for a reasonable additional cost. They were finished with the whole job in less than 2 hours. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. I scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment based on the provider's availability, but they failed to show up or call. When I reached out, they claimed they forgot, and then the call disconnected. Subsequent attempts to contact them went straight to voicemail, and it appeared my number was blocked. When I called from a different number, they answered but immediately hung up when I inquired about the missed appointment. Sadly, this experience lacked professionalism and reliability. read more

We found JM Cleaning thru Yelp based on all the positive reviews and they were right!!! Jimmy and his lovely wife showed up early and proceeded to get to work. They were very polite, efficient and knew what they were doing. We had one room that was very dirty with a few problem areas. When they finished, it looked new! Jimmy even came back the next day to clean a patch under an area rug that was overlooked by us. We will be using them again and will definitely recommend. read more
