I wish I had taken a before picture to show you the before and after. My room was in bad shape, it is under construction and since I have a dog, the carpet was full of dog hair. I called JM to clean two rugs in my house. Both synthetic, and the larger one I had cleaned once professionally before about four years ago, and it cost more than the rug was even worth! JM was way more cost effective, and the rug looks great after cleaning. Smells good too. Also didn't have to send the rug out, they came to my house in a van with all equipment needed.
