I leased my first Lexus ES 350 with Paul Mompremier back in 2022. I wasn't due to turn it in until sometime next year however, Paul kindly reached out to me yesterday with a great deal that they are currently running to see if I would like to make a change now. I am so happy to be able to write this review. After being deceived by multiple other dealers I made a phone call to JM Lexus last night at 5:30 PM. I inquired about a Lexus LC500. Even though the dealership was closing at 7 PM informed me I could still go in and look at the car. I walked in the door I was greeted by an incredibly nice receptionist who said she would find me help ASAP. It was not more than five minutes there after that I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Paul Mompremier. When I told Paul I was interested in the LC (which was located on the showroom floor behind about four other vehicles) he said, "we i'll get it right now so you can take it for a drive". I was surprised by this because the dealership was supposed to be closing in an hour. He put a plate on the car and said take her for ride. I took the vehicle for a ride down the turnpike and it was a magnificent experience. The LC rides like dream and it can fly. Enough about the car though. When I got back in the show room I told them I wanted the vehicle. They pulled the deal together in no time; had the car detailed; filled it up with gas; and had me out of there with a sweet *** car and a smile on my face. Oh and BTW no bs tactics; no bs fees; and pure honest service. I just had the worst prospective auto buying experiences in my life. I mad an appointment with a salesman at JM Lexus this morning to take a test drive in a 2021 LC500. Not only was the salesman not there but no one even knew about the test drive! The car was still in the showroom behind a few cars and another salesman told me that he was not ready for the test drive in the LC500. I will not buy or lease any Lexus from JM Lexus ever! Service advisor (Xavier) was not welcoming nor personable. Odd since this is the person who works with customers. Instead, I was "nickle and dimed" by the service advisor who seemed to focus on his commissions and up-sales. Stephanie who scheduled the appointment was pleasant and very helpful answering all my questions as a new Lexus owner I was eager to visit the dealership which has amazing amenities , have my car serviced and get the "Lexus experience". So, here's the JM Lexus question of the day: "How many people does it take to show one person one car?" - Answer? At least 3, possibly 4. I've been toying with the idea of replacing my Lexus by either leasing a new SUV/truck or buying a used SUV/truck. I found a used Acura MDX online, chatted with a lady named Eileen, and made an appt to go see it. After arriving at the Used Showroom, I asked for Eileen. She appears shortly thereafter. She's holding a piece of paper with my name on it, and indicates she connecting me with someone else. Hmmmm , ok ... I didn't know why (and Eileen didn't explain), ...but I just drove 30 minutes so let's see how this goes. A few minutes later, a gentleman appears and advises me that "someone is driving that car so I'm going to have you wait in the customer waiting area." Hmmmm ... Ok. So, instead of having me wait in the nice large waiting area on the main floor, I'm led down a short flight of steps to another waiting area. I wasn't sure why ... and again, no explanation, but he lead ... and I followed. After reaching this small, lower waiting area, I'm told that one of two gentleman will be with me shortly. So, I'm thinking at this point "Eileen isn't my salesperson apparently, this dude who led me down here also isn't my salesperson ... so who the he// am I being passed off to now?" After sitting in this lower waiting room for 20 minutes (yes I watched my time) I had decided to just slip out the side door. get in my car and go home. At exactly 20 minutes, another salesperson shows up, introduces himself as "Rigot", and asks me if I'm looking at the MDX. I acknowledge ... We get in a Lexus SUV and he drives me to the back of the main lot, opens and starts the MDX, and asks me to look at it while he tries to locate his lost phone (this comedy of errors just gets funnier and funnier.) Ok.... Rigot takes off, and I get into the MDX. It's dirty inside and out, has shoe marks and black stains on the leather seats, the leather is badly cracked, there are what look like cigarette ashes (or powdered sugar?) all over the dashboard, and it's idling roughly. Was this car even detailed, serviced or inspected? I don't think so. At this point, after being (1) passed off to now 3 people (2) waiting for 20 minutes with no communication or explanation (3) being led to a nasty vehicle ... I'm ready to go home .... But here I am, sitting in a running car, it's 93 degrees, no salesperson, and I don't just want to leave the key in the car and take off. Besides, in this heat, I'll enjoy the air conditioning until this 3rd salesperson returns. Rigot returns several minutes later and all I can say to him is "I don't want to drive this car." He asks "Is there anything else you'd like to look at?" Needless to say, I responded "absolutely not" (I wanted to say "he// no!"... but I was nice.) It's become clear to me that the entire customer service experience is broken at JM Lexus. I would NEVER buy a vehicle there (new or used) after this experience and my previous service experience. Their sales staff needs significant training on full-circle communication and putting the customer first. I was apparently not important enough to be treated well or communicated with. It's real simple JM Lexus; Explain to the customer what's going on! Don't treat them like a number, treat them like a person who has entered your business and expects full-circle communication. If you guys can't figure it out, call me. I'd be glad to explain it to you. Now... Can I get my two hours of wasted time back? ;) read more

This is a nice showroom, as it should be for luxury line Toyotas, but about half of the salesmen we talked to did not know squat about their own products; the other half did, which is better than none. While you munch on a cookie or two they will knock a grand or two off invoice, but it is difficult to get these high volume sellers much lower despite the many manufacturer rebates they surely earn. read more

I called them to see what promotions that they currently had and if they had a specific color combination of a car that I wanted, but the woman on the phone was so rude and short with me that I decided to drive 45 mins to Lexus of north Miami instead and bout my car there. This location was much closer, but the drive was worth being treated better. He was personable, patient, and made the car buying experience more enjoyable than it normally is. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a car. On March 23 2023, J.M. Lexus was our (my lady was with me) 3rd stop of the day, where I met Mr. Sandley St. Hilaire who became my Sales Manager. He was able to give me upfront pricing on leasing a Lexus UX. I was to find out at other dealers that was not the standard. Since I was also trading in my 2006 TL Acura, I was happily surprise at dollar amount I was given. Mr. St. Hilaire suggested that I test drive the UX, which I did. I also drove the RC coupe since I have driven a 4 door for last seventeen years. I informed him that I needed to look at other car dealers before I made a committed. He understood, didn't try to hard sell me, truly a professional. The next few days I visited several other show rooms, none of them check most of my boxes. On March 29, 2023, I again met with Mr. St. Hilaire and I told him my decision that I wanted to leased the UX. But before the paper work was drawn up the IS 300 caught my eye. I asked to drive it and he said of course. After driving it, I was flipping back and forth on which car I wanted. He and my lovely lady said "get the car you are happy with"! I made up my mind to lease the 2023 IS 300. As I previously said Mr. St. Hilaire is a professional and understood my decision. I notice a particular exterior color (Atomic Silver) on a different model which I inquire about and fortunately for me one came in the previous day. After going through the interion colors they had, I decided upon Rioja Red NuLuxe. The next day the car was ready for me, we sat down and did the paperwork. I had many questions about financing, service plans and had specific needs on what my car should have and how I felt that it should respond. It was a Friday night and the entire staff from the finance manager to the janitor were all pleasant and accommodating. Clearly a cut below... My mother needed a new car while she was traveling and I suggested we pop in to the Lexus dealer that I have purchased 3 vehicles from, Charles Barker in virginia Beach. We drove a few and she was pleased with and purchased an RX. I assured her that I am so happy that I purchased 3 from them. Fuggedaboutit! Lexus takes care of the owners I say. Well, I am clearly a big fat liar. JM Lexus told an old lady that they could not take the licence plate bracket off to take the temp tag off of a two week old RX without charging her $80/hr. Are you kidding me?!? She left Lexus ... LEXUS!! driving a new RX and feeling like a second rate citizen. If this is how you want to feel go to JM. If not I would strongly suggest that your take your business elsewhere as customer service is clearly a poster and not an actual thing here. Obviously there's nothing wrong with it it's new. I was quoted $100 for them to do a "once over" I had heard and read about these people being a rip off and being shifty. I guess all the negative reviews are true, thankfully I didn't have anything wrong with my car or afraid they would have really taken me for a "ride". I will keep looking for a reputable dealer or mechanic...where I will remain loyal. It's NOT these rip offs!! They wrote in response to my review telling me they charge $100 to look at a car. I decided to schedule in advance my car service appointment with Josue Toyosato through my Lexus app. When I arrived at JM Lexus, Mr. Toyosato was already expecting me and ready to listen and take notes of all my concerns. After gathering enough information, Mr. Toyosato read all his notes to me and asked me if they were accurate and if I had something to add. I immediately noticed that it was a wise move on my end to select someone with 10 years of experience providing excellent service at Lexus dealerships. He discussed my concerns without interruptions, professionalism and provided me with realistic timing expectations and ample knowledge about my vehicle. I have been exchanging calls with Mr. Toyosato regarding my concerns and every single time that I leave him a message, my call is returned almost immediately. I never feel rushed to end my calls and all my requests have been addressed to my satisfaction. Trust is a key component of every relationship: Through my Lexus application, I know when my car is unlocked or driven. Mr. Toyosato's reports about my service coincide 100% with the timing and data shown on my phone. I never finish a phone call with Mr Toyosato wondering an outcome about the service that my car is receiving because he always provide accurate information and sets up realistic expectations. My car will probably be ready for pick up tomorrow but before that, I want to acknowledge the superb customer service experience that I am receiving at JM Lexus though Mr. Josue Toyosato. UPDATED REVIEW I've read lots of reviews here and on other sites about JM Lexus overcharging in the service dept and trying to get you to pay for service you don't need. Well it finally happened to me !! Took my car in for service and asked them to look at my tires and was told I need all four new tires even though I only have 13,000 miles on the car. Service rep tried to tell me it's because I have soft tires and that's what makes my ride so smooth. I'm assuming he didn't know this is my third GX and I'm very familiar with the car and I don't usually need new tires until 30,000. Also when I picked up my car after my service appt my front seat, glove box, and center console were covered in hand prints from the mechanics. I contacted Conrad the service manager and he was not even apologetic. Very disappointed in JM Lexus right now. read more

I Dropped my 2014 gs 350 off for an a/c recall .When i picked it up the hood/grille emblem was missing , I told my service advisor Michael Alfano his immediate response , it was missing when it came in. luckily they took a video when car was dropped off , the video showed the emblem was present when dropped off , I was told they would order me a new one . I have text messages from service writer Michael Alfano & service manager Conrad Backer that confirmed the emblem was on order. A few weeks went by with still no emblem . Then i was told by Michael Alfano it was some how my fault the emblem was missing and that it blew off when they power washed my car. And i would have to pay $300 for a new one. I recently decided to bring my Lexus RX350 2020 in for service because the passenger side rear mirror was not working properly. The service person told me that the "Lexus Certified " mechanic had found that the mirror was not working properly because of a prior collision. I did have the right fender repaired because of a scrape a few months ago. I told him that the mirror was not damaged by that collision but he maintained that the warranty did not cover damage due to collision and this was clearly due to collision even though the collision damage was not near the mirror. He said that I could have it repaired for about $500. Since he implied that the damage was due to the prior collision, I went to the JM Lexus Collision Center that had done the body work the following week. Their mechanic showed me that the mirror was working properly as long as I made sure that the green light on the driver side hand control was lit before changing the mirror's position. I was upset about the fact that if the actual service was done on the mirror either by the "Lexus Certified" mechanic or by the service person, they would have seen what the actual problem was and saved me the time. I also do not think it was ethical to ask me to pay $500 for a repair that was not necessary. I sent emails to the assistant service manager and the service department director, but neither one contacted me as of today. I have used JM Lexus for car purchases and service for 25 years. They have lost my trust and I assume that if I was treated this way that this may have become more of a common practice at this dealer. read more

The worst Toyota Al Hendrickson service department ever! If I could I would give them zero stars. I recently moved to the area and got a letter from Toyota of North America in regards to paint recall for my 2015 pearl white Camry. I called the phone number from letter they sent me from Toyota. They sent me here as it is the closest to my house and set up an appointment with a tech name anthony colon. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early and went to speak to him. I spoke to anthony colon and he sent me to Lexus as they do not have a body shop to speak to paul Nunez who is the collision manager there w out a car. I waited for paul and he told me to bring the car in. So he can take pictures and get the process started. So why did anthony sent me with out a car?! I did all the paperwork and followed the instructions. They told me to wait couple weeks so they can get approval from Toyota for the work. I contacted anthony to see where we stand and never heard back from him. Over a month of waiting an bit a single follow up really?! I contacted Paul Nunez in Jm Lexus he told me he had wrong email on file to send to Toyota. After numerous emails, un answered text and calls anthony contacts me back 5 weeks later claiming that only dealer that I bought the car from can help. This is not the case as I spoke to Toyota and they said any authorised Toyota dealer can help with this issue. I have never experienced this kind of service with any kind of business as a consumer of over 30 years. I am in market for toyota highlander. Buyer's beware. This is no way to treat customers in any kind of business. read more
