First time here & I'm already looking forward to coming back. I arrived late & Mimi was super kind and accommodating. I came for a builder gel fill & thought her shaping and technique was perfect (I get picky about my nail shape). I am so glad to have found this place!

Soreness and irritation on my thumb after the appointment.

I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand everyone can have an off day, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it was worth sharing. I had been here before for a pedicure and loved it, so I came back excited to get a gel manicure. I walked in expecting the same level of service, but instead I left wanting to get out of the salon as quickly as possible. I showed an inspiration photo with nail art. Had I been told from the beginning that there wasn't enough time or that only certain technicians could do the design, I would have gladly chosen something simpler. Instead, I felt rushed and like my appointment was an inconvenience. During the removal of my previous gel polish, the drill became extremely hot on my natural nails. I trusted that the technician knew what he was doing, but my nails are now noticeably thinner than before. Throughout the appointment, my hands were handled roughly, and my concerns were dismissed. To top it off, my thumb has been sore since the appointment, and I believe the way my nail was cut and filed contributed to an ingrown nail! I eventually told the tech to forget the design because the appointment already felt rushed and I no longer felt comfortable moving forward with the design. I settled for a basic French manicure, yet the finished result still has visible bubbles throughout the polish, uneven application, and does not reflect the quality I expected from a suppose "professional" salon. The biggest disappointment wasn't just the manicure, it was the overall experience. I walked in excited and left feeling like I had inconvenienced someone simply by booking an appointment. No customer should feel rushed, unwelcome, or like they are a burden for requesting a service your salon offers. The focus was more on completing the service and collecting payment than on making sure the client felt comfortable, respected, and confident with the result. People come to salons expecting more than just a service, they expect professionalism, care, and an experience that makes them feel good. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed, unwelcome, and regretting the decision to book this appointment. Definitely won't be returning!!

The ladies at JM were AMAZING! Sooo kind and professional. My husband, sister and I came in for a last minute appointment. They were very accommodating and it was one of the most thorough pedicures I've had. They ladies were so fun to hangout with as well. We did the deluxe pedicure and one of the girls had recommended the bath bomb spa option. We let her choose the scents and it was such an experience. Highly recommend! 10/10 experience. Vibe was so luxury.

I wanted to try a nail salon nearby, so I decided to check this place out. I walked in around 1 PM on a Thursday for an acrylic full set and was seated within five minutes. I showed the nail technician a photo of the design I wanted--a short French tip with some nail art--and the service took about an hour and a half (I'm used to it taking an hour). When it came time to pay, my nail technician and three other employees stood together looking at my nails and discussing how much to charge me. Eventually, I was told the total was $95! While the staff were all very friendly and did take the time to break down the pricing for me, I was genuinely shocked. They charge separately for the base set, the acrylic tips, and each individual design, which quickly adds up. For comparison, the nail salon I usually go to would've charged about $75 AT MOST for a short set like this. While I'm sure the pricing is typical for the area and may not be a concern for others, it just felt too overpriced for me. I most likely won't be returning and will go back to making the drive to my usual nail salon in Pittsburg instead.

I found Mimi and her studio about two years ago, and I'll never go anywhere else. They consistently do beautiful, high-quality work while actually caring about your nail health. They're never harsh, always listen to what you want, and the shape is always perfect. These are all my real nails with dip powder, and every visit somehow tops the last. I honestly couldn't say which set is my favorite because I love them all!! Everyone is so kind, and you can tell they genuinely care. Finding a nail salon with techs who are consistent, talented, and prioritize nail health is rare--JM Nail Lounge does all of that!! Thank you for taking such good care of your clients!! I've been seeing Mimi for about three years now, and every single time my nails come out flawless. What initially drew me to her was her attention to detail -- especially nail shape. After years of going to different places and ending up with thick, square-looking acrylics, I finally found Mimi. She has a rare ability to make acrylic nails look natural, elegant, and refined. Not only do her nails look beautiful, but they also last a long time without ever feeling thick or chunky. She truly understands balance -- durability without sacrificing a natural appearance. If you want nails that make you feel polished and elegant, she's absolutely your girl. Mimi is also incredibly versatile. She's a true artist -- you can show her a Pinterest photo and she can recreate it almost exactly on your nails. I honestly don't know how she does it; some people are just naturally gifted. For me, nail shape, wear, and a natural look are everything -- and she nails it every single time. I genuinely hope to be seeing Mimi for many years to come.

Perfection Mimi is the best nail tech and she has been doing my nails for years now. She is extremely talented, creative and gentle. She knows exactly what she is doing regardless it is chrome nails, cat eyes, nails with specific designs. It is always easy to make appointments with her and her schedule is always flexible. Everyone is friendly and even though they never met me before. They greeted and smiled. This is a fairly new location they just moved to. They are putting everything together. I love the vibe, it is spacious and it makes me feel safe. There are plenty of parking spots right outside the studio. They offer discount if you pay cash. But they do take cards as well. I used to like them, But they always over booked me every time I make reservations on Sundays and give me to a new employees which is I don't mind at all but I do nail arts and the one that they put to do it really doesnt know it yet how to do nail art. And the one that did my nail today said "will redo it I have time" well I dont have time. They are very friendly and James is good and Moon is super nice. Mimi, James and their team are the best!! I've been a customer/ friend for 3yrs now and they have always been professional as well as welcoming to me and other customers. My nails are ALWAYS on point and my pedicures as well. I recommended the luxury pedi.. it's such a gift to yourself and they take really good care of your feet and legs oh and the massage chair is the topper!! Came in for a pedicure. I was seated right away. They filled the foot bowl just barely covering my feet and the water was cold. Never turned on the jets so that was not at all relaxing. I asked for some more warm/hot water and was thankful given some but only for about 2 minutes. He then took both feet out to file. Once he was done he dipped my feet into the water again to rinse them and then began to massage. I timed this for each foot. 1 minute and 30 seconds each and mostly just my calves. Soooooooo not happy with this experience at all. The polish was normal nothing special and I had to ask for a second coat because it was very blotchy and had dark streaks on the big toes. Very unpleasant and unprofessional...especially for the Hefty $$$. Total time for my pedicure was 22 minutes. I will never come back and definitely would not recommend this place for service. They don't even deserve one star. read more

Tracy is for sure my go-to tech now. I am used to showing pics of nail inspo to nail techs and them either saying they can't do that or saying they can and then it turning out not at all like what I wanted. I showed Tracy this nail design I saw on Pinterest hoping she might be able to just see that I wanted a heart or two on one of my nails as an accent and she said "yeah I can do this whole thing. Pick out the colors." And she actually did it! Lol I was amazed and couldn't stop smiling as I watched her work. It's obvious she cares about her product and she's also very nice on top of that, which just makes the entire experience that much better. read more

I've been coming to EZ Nail Salon periodically for over a year now. I see whichever nail tech can take me because everyone here does a great job. The salon is open 7 days a week, which makes it very easy to visit when my busy schedule allows. I get a gel mani and pedi and if I ask they have even accommodated doing it at the same time. It's clean and comfortable and the color selection is excellent. Highly recommend. read more

My pedicure was alright. Hate to be that person but the person who did my toes didn't really have attention to detail. My toe nails weren't straight and the paint job wasn't the best. My massage was 2 minutes. I was already done by the time I realized and was not about to ask an elder to redo my toes. My whole pedicure took 30 minutes or less. Pretty Crazy. other salons will 45-50 min. Disappointed. :( read more

Mia is my go to for my full sets. They last up to a month when needed. Also, Lin a.k.a "Ally" is my go to for my pedicure. Lin does a great job with callus removal and pays attention to detail when it comes to the shape and the polish. Everyone else is also very friendly, the environment is relaxing. read more

give this place a one star but because of the staff, I'm giving it to three star. This was my third time arriving for a scheduled appointment with Moon, only to find she was already with another client. I spoke to James, the owner, and instead of apologizing, he told me he was "accommodating" me by removing my gel -- completely dismissing my concern about the repeated issue. Another client nearby shared her own experience with how James treated her, and it's clear there's a pattern of unprofessional behavior. Moon is very kind, and the staff overall is great, but the owner's attitude ruins the experience. I won't be returning. read more

I came here hoping to relax and get a pedicure along with a dip powder manicure for an upcoming wedding this weekend. The pedicure was good overall. However, the dip powder manicure was a different story. The technician not only disregarded my natural nail bed, but also warped the shape of my nails so badly that they ended up as oddly shaped tears, flaring out over the sides of my fingers--truly wild. I spoke up several times during the manicure, even asking for the file at one point to show her where my nail bed should actually follow. I also explained that the excessive product was causing a bulbous, flared effect at the ends of several nails. Despite my efforts, there was no actionable response from her. The technician who worked on my manicure today needs some additional training, or was just having a really off day. Either way, the quality of service received was quite poor. $125.00 plus tip and I probably should have just done my own nails anyway because at this point, I'm gonna just have to keep filing and repaint myself, or soak them off completely and go somewhere else. read more

Came here for a beautiful new set. Of course based on their reviews I thought they would do a great job. WRONG! My nails scream hideous and my cuticles are so burned red and swollen like you see on all my pictures. 75$ luxury gel pedicure is NOT looking luxurious what so ever!! I was a first time customer today. Went in for a pedicureand was so disappointed! The woman assisting me was very abrupt and rude. No good morning, please pick a color, etc. instead she pointed to a chair and told me to sit down. She handed my a basket with color samples. She then started on my nails. She asked me if I wanted my toenails trimmed and I said yes. However, instead of trimming my nails, she filed them. As a result, my nails are rough and ragged on the ends. They actually snagged my socks! She dug at the toe nails and it hurt polish was not smooth, nails are crooked and end result looks worse than something I would have my daughter do at home The entire process took less approx. 30 mins. and they only accept cash or Venmo payment. Luckily, they have their won ATM machine in the salon! Not going back. read more

I was gift certificates for this business. They were in $10 denominations and there were a few. They didn't have any fine print other than an expiration date. After receiving a pedicure, I was told I was only allowed to use one gift certificate per visit and had to pay the remaining balance in cash. My debit card was also refused as a form of payment. read more

I've had a hard time finding a nail salon I really liked in the area, but I saw good reviews about EZ and decided to go! My fiancé and I decided to get a pedicure and I got an acrylic full set. They weren't too busy, but it was an early Sunday morning. We waited about 5-10 minutes and he was seated for his pedicure and I had to wait for the nail tech to finish up with someone else. My fiancé got the basic pedicure ($35) and he really liked it! More than previous ones we've went to. I got the basic gel pedicure ($45) This was my first time getting almond shape acrylic so I was super nervous I wouldn't like the shape but it came out sooo good, thanks to Sam! I like simple designs so i was super happy the design turned out well ($80). We both had Helen do our pedicures and she was so nice and everyone was so friendly! The pictures i took aren't the best, but we're so happy with the results & services. Definitely plan on coming back read more

Pedicure issue: I asked for a square French tip. I explicitly stated this before my toenails were cut. Despite that, the technician cut my toenails into a shape that made a square tip impossible without acrylic. This was acknowledged as a mistake by the technician herself. I reasonably asked that acrylic be added at no extra charge, since the issue was created by the salon. This turned into unnecessary back-and-forth and delay. Manicure issue: I was then moved to another station for my hands. Again, I showed reference photos multiple times and clearly asked for a medium-length, narrow almond shape (sharper tip, not stiletto, not short). I repeatedly said I did not want short nails. Despite this, my nails were shaped into very short, triangular tips that looked nothing like the reference photos. I stopped the service because it was clearly not going in the right direction. Time & service failure: After nearly 3 hours, I had: * No completed pedicure * No completed manicure This was extremely frustrating, especially given the appointment time and the fact that I was very clear and patient throughout. Pricing concern: I also questioned a $20 upcharge for gold foil on all 10 fingers (a material that costs only a few dollars for a large quantity). The pricing felt excessive and unjustified, especially considering the service issues. Bottom line: This salon was unable to execute very basic requests (square French tip pedicure, almond-shaped manicure) despite clear communication and reference photos. The experience was disorganized, time-consuming, and disappointing. I relied on Google reviews to choose this salon and unfortunately felt misled by them. I would not return, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for precise shaping, consistency, or respect for their time.

Nails were done nicely. Pedicures are good. What I didn't like was how I was made to feel like I was in trouble for not bringing cash or giving a tip in cash. I get it. But why do you have a system then to take credit cards for payment including the tip? I don't need your lecture on why I shouldn't pay the extra $3 or how your business doesn't like to use credit cards. It used to be easier to pay with cash when the prices were lower but now they are so high and I and many don't typically carry around a lot of cash. Either you take credit cards or you don't. I seriously love how my nails came out! She was super flexible with timing and worked around my schedule with no problem, which I appreciated so much. The design is gorgeous -- the crisp black-and-white details, the clean lines, and the red flower accents are done so beautifully. Plus, the lady right before me had the same shoes, and she was offered takeaway flip flops I had to come home and redo my own polish. She spent no time doing the massage or hot stones. If you do come here- be forewarned- don't wear Birkenstocks.

By this I mean no cuticle clean no left over skin cut nothing just buffed my nail and started putting nails on. Did not asked if I wanted clear nails or the regular nails. Second red flag as she started putting the pink powder she did not have a good flow on the way the powder was going on my nail leaving peeks of acrylic on top of the nail or very thin layer on the tip. Third red flag was when I told her the mistakes she was making she got mad and put more powder on my nail which turned into a ball and now my nail looks more horrible than before. I asked if there was someone else that could do my nails she spoked in another language to her coworker and just told me wait for her 20 min. I said okay she then just rolled her eyes at me and was very rude. To be honest I just wanted to leave and say screw this but I am not going to be rude and step walk away plus they had just started my nails and I needed them finished. Definitely not coming back after this horrible experience. Lady's sorry but if you want nails Done go to another place save your money from this nail salon cuz this experience is not worth it.

Been coming here for over a decade from their old location to the new one (little shopping center…read moreacross from park'n'shop). They always remember me, my mom, and my sister. I can't imagine how they remember details about all of us with the number of customers they see every week but they do, right down to the exact color my mom gets on her toes and hands. They do good work and their customer service is excellent. I usually call ahead before I come in to make sure they have time. They've always gotten me in the same day, usually within and hour or so .

I was extremely disappointed, they did not shape my nails so they are all different sizes and they got paint all over my toes. This was difficult to write because the tech was very nice but it's important people are aware of what they're going to get. I will not be going back.
