I get dip done on my natural nails and love how they look! My nails last about a 3-4 weeks and always look stunning. They are very efficient, yet leave my nails looking great. They known for nail art, so I am going to try it out next time I go :)

Mimi and her hubby are amazing! I waited until my second visit to review, I like to make sure there's consistency. The first service I had was a gel manicure, Mimi did great, my nails lasted almost 3 weeks. My second visit her husband did a pedicure and I'll be honest I was so stressed at first. I am SUPER sensitive around my cuticles and sides of nails and so far every shop I've tried since my recent move to Concord, has been rough. The techs are rough and instead of being able to relax I'm anxious the whole time. This was different! He was very gentle, never hurt, and took his time. He was a perfectionist with the dark red polish I chose. I also decided to do a full acrylic nail set this time, Mimi nailed it! My nails look even better than the photo I showed her. She was also very gentle! Win win! So happy to have found my nail home! I love they're a small business and detail orientated. Go see them! I referred them to my sister and she loved them too :)

I had lash extensions done, paid for my appointment. When I was leaving they said they would need a deposit for my next appointment, which I wasn't ready to book yet because the lashes kept falling out and I wanted to see how they would work. I gave a cash deposit anyway. They informed me that I waived my deposit because I never rebooked. Oh well, there goes $35 and my future business with them.

Normally I usually request acrylics at other salons. Decided to do a clean girl look and requested to have gel manicure and regular pedicure. I'm very happy with how my nails turned out. The husband and wife are very nice. The husband did my nails and was very thorough with his work. The place is cute. Instruments were clean and environment was cute. It's in a cute little room which I like because it's not as loud as other nail salons.

READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE! i honestly don't even know where to begin but all i can say is that i've never had such bad experience going to a nail salon EVER. i came in for an appointment and was sat down right away, i was really excited to get my nails done since my birthday is tomorrow yet it all came to a huge disappointment. customer service was not friendly at all & the nails turned out bad. while i was getting my nails done, another worker came up and was chatting with the person that was doing my nails in vietnamese. she looked me up and down and called me fat in vietnamese. what they didn't know was that i am vietnamese and is fluent so i understood EVERYTHING they said & felt extremely uncomfortable. they continued talking and the lady that was doing my nails was telling the other lady how the shape i wanted was hard to do (almond shape) and was very in confident in what she was doing. but that was not all, i experienced very bad pain while she was filing down my nails because she was so rough with it, one of my nail was bleeding too. after all the filing, she finally painted and did the design (which in my opinion was a simple design for nail techs) yet she still messed up. i didn't look up close until i left the salon but it was extremely messy and uneven (pictures with be shown). there were glue under my nails and it stuck to my skin which hurts really bad. i'm a very understanding and nice person and didn't want to make a scene, also the fact that i didn't really look up close to the nails until after i left. the price they charged me for is ridiculous. $83 for medium length simple design. i got a very similar set, with color, elsewhere for only $60 and my experience there was great, they were gentle and soft with my nails. coming here today is something i regret. the only reason i came here is because everywhere else is full and was last minute. overall, i was not happy and satisfied coming here at all. if you decide to open up a business, always be kind to your customers and not talk smack behind their back EVER. and have reasonable prices for the work that you do. do better. the owner seem to only reply back to the positive reviews and not the negative ones

Alegna Bella is absolutely my go to salon. I'm picky about my nails and I appreciate the attention to detail that is provided every single time, no matter who does my nails! Usually I see Mimi for nails and Tammie for lashes, but I've had Tammie do my nails and she was great as well. They do everything at this salon - short nails, long nails, dip powder, intricate nail designs, lashes, brow microblading and more. I also like how you can book online for certain services. I've been coming here for years and will never go to another salon!

Great experience! I found a jewel and treated Myself for a gel manicure and pedicure and eyebrow wax. Excellent customer service attention to detail and very lovely decor. My nails and toes are pretty in pink and my eyebrows are everything! The prices are comparable to other nail salons in the area. The salon is clean and neat, which is a plus! I do plan to return. Went back to get my nails and toes done again today. I brought my daughter with me and she got a pedicure, she was very happy with her pretty white toes. I especially like my beautiful nails and toes! It's always great to have pretty hands and feet. Thank you again for your great service. read more

Love this little nail shop although they do not have massage chairs I do enjoy the Large bowls they use for the pedis my mani and pedi lasted about 3 weeks no chips or lifts in the Gel paid about $70 for a gel mani and pedi. Hannah is also a sweet heart got Hybrid lashes done by her appointment lasted about two hours and it was so relaxing I fell asleep, hybrid lashes are $180 and they look so beautiful. I definitely recommend this place for nail and lashes. read more

They overbook and rush you through every time. No pampering. Just hurry hurry. Filed my nails down too much for gel and burned like heck under the light. My fiancé had his first pedicure before our wedding. Had to finish it when we got home. Nothing but jagged edges. No cuticle removal. Skip the phony spa gel. Rip off. Wax ripped off part of my lip. Very stressful and not cheap. Too many other choices. read more

This was my first time coming here I was a little skeptical because I usually only go to one nail tech but I felt spontaneous and wanted to try this one. I got referred to come in and see Mimi for a fill it was a great experience quick fast and I keep getting compliments on my nails they look really great! I did get a pedicure though and I was unimpressed I was hoping to possibly get a massage but they don't have massage chairs here and by the time I actually got my pedicure it was so rushed I didn't feel like I got a $50 quality service... kind of a bummer considering I paid over $100. read more

I should have read all the reviews. Walking in it's cute decor but not the cleanest. At first glance they are cute but Mimi left my nails super thick. When asked to reshape them she snapped at me a little. Very uncomfortable. Then with the French she wanted to only do one coat. She asked if I liked the color I said yes because I liked the color but was expecting more than one coat. Most places do two or three. She got annoyed again and said next time say something before I but the topcoat. Who only does 1 layer? Then she left paint everywhere. Worst of all no cuticles work didn't even look at my cuticles. then when I paid I got 20 dollars of random charges that they couldn't explain clearly. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I've come to this salon a couple times after a bad experience at another salon. I've had my nails done by 3 different people, and they were all so knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I came in here with my girlfriend Lina and we had booked an appointment beforehand. She got her toes done and I waited about 30 minutes to just get my acrylics done. Mind you I had made an appointment beforehand. The lady who did my nails I don't know what her name is but she was the only lady in there that was doing acrylics. When she was doing my nails she just kept cutting them shorter than I had asked. I told her I wanted a french tip with black on the french tip part. She was rushing the entire time, not kind, not helpful, and it seemed like she just wanted to hurry up and finish my nails because I was her last client of the day so she could just leave when she was done with me. She didn't even shape them correctly, add the pink that I wanted for the top part of the French tip, it was white as you can see. On top of that, she didn't even put a second coat of the black polish which made them look even worse. She also didn't put a top coat of clear. She did my nails within 20 minutes which is why they came out so terrible. ***I WAS CHARGED $75 FOR THESE*** I definitely do not recommend this place. The singular star is for the nice lady at the front desk. read more

I have been going here off and on for several years. Mimi is my nail tech and no matter what Pinterest photo I bring to her she matches it perfectly. She is never late and never takes too long. She does everything I ask of her in a very polite way. My nails last! I refer everyone to her. When my eyelash tech moved she set me up with Hannah and I'm so grateful. The only place I will go to get my nails done in the bay. This place was clean pre-pandemic and it is exceptionally clean now. Mimi is a very high-quality nail technician (artist she is a nail artist) who I could see doing the nails of celebrities. All of the staff are very nice and provide great customer service. Amy did an excellent and thorough pedicure that will have me coming back for her specifically. They also get you in and out very quickly which is always appreciated. I went to Hannah for micro blading my eyebrows and after 3 years they still look great. So I also decided to get a lip tint from Hannah as well and I've gotten a lot of compliments. Highly recommend Hannah did any permanent makeup. read more

I like this place and sometimes I don't. The staff is nice but they try to make money off you by asking you to get this or that. I know it's business but if you want loyal customer to come all the time that's not the way. Some of the worker assume by judging the way you dress and talk negative to your own customer. So rude! I like that if you use cash they give some discount but the service like the massage ain't good either. Maybe next time I'll give a try again read more

Thank you for your response, I appreciate the time you took to reply back. I can see by your comment that Regardless of my complaint, you're going to side with your employee and I can understand that. You have to make sure she feels supported. That makes for good management skills, but your missing the point here, as you can see by my yelp, I wrote and sympathized with what business have to go through in this current state of the world. I am one that hates to be late for anything and knowing your policies (which we're given to me in advance, so of course I read them) I made every effort to make it on time. It was not the policy that was in question BUT the lack of curtesy, understanding and rude communication that I was subjected to that was uncalled for. It had been some time since my last visit to Alegna. I really miss Angela. I always went to see her before vacation. I made an appointment for myself and my husband for a pedicure. I was told that I needed to leave a deposit. I advised them I didn't have Zelle or whatever they told me to use. They made our appointments anyway. I can see if it was some spa treatment but I will not be returning if this deposit thing continues. Customer service was excellent. My husband and I both got the Elegant Spa Pedi. It was good, not super terrific. Slightly overpriced in my opinion. They really tried to get me to get gel polish which I didn't want. The regular polish has stayed on great throughout my vacation and upon my return. I hope Angela reads these reviews.. I miss you and hope you are well! read more

The message said "don't waste people's time b**** with a middle finger emoji. I know I did wrong by not canceling the appointment but I'm only human and I completely forgot. Pedicure issue: I asked for a square French tip. I explicitly stated this before my toenails were cut. Despite that, the technician cut my toenails into a shape that made a square tip impossible without acrylic. This was acknowledged as a mistake by the technician herself. I reasonably asked that acrylic be added at no extra charge, since the issue was created by the salon. This turned into unnecessary back-and-forth and delay. Manicure issue: I was then moved to another station for my hands. Again, I showed reference photos multiple times and clearly asked for a medium-length, narrow almond shape (sharper tip, not stiletto, not short). I repeatedly said I did not want short nails. Despite this, my nails were shaped into very short, triangular tips that looked nothing like the reference photos. I stopped the service because it was clearly not going in the right direction. Time & service failure: After nearly 3 hours, I had: * No completed pedicure * No completed manicure This was extremely frustrating, especially given the appointment time and the fact that I was very clear and patient throughout. Pricing concern: I also questioned a $20 upcharge for gold foil on all 10 fingers (a material that costs only a few dollars for a large quantity). The pricing felt excessive and unjustified, especially considering the service issues. Bottom line: This salon was unable to execute very basic requests (square French tip pedicure, almond-shaped manicure) despite clear communication and reference photos. The experience was disorganized, time-consuming, and disappointing. I relied on Google reviews to choose this salon and unfortunately felt misled by them. I would not return, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for precise shaping, consistency, or respect for their time.

It was my first time to this place and a last minute decision. I walked in with no appointment and was greeted promptly. I would give them more stars if I could! I love getting my nails done but rarely do because I am a chronic nail biter/ripper leaving me with embarsssing nails for this bad habit. With that said, I was expecting to be lectured and treated different (and honestly poorly because that's how I am ALWAYS treated getting a mani/pedi) because of my pathetic nails but everyone was so nice and did amazing work!!!! They never made me feel ashamed and they didn't make me bleed like my usual nail salon experience. Overall, I was very impressed with my experience. Looking at the prices they seemed pricey but also I feel like nail salons in general are pricey these days. I got the fanciest pedicure because I figured if it's gonna be pricey treat yourself, and a design as well as their basic manicure and my total came out to $65. I would totally splurge for the fancy pedicure again!! Totally worth the price with so many extras included (paraffin, clay mask, callus treatment, hit stones, an exfoliating massage as well as normal massage, hot towels). Pro- friendly professional staff, great customer service, tons of color choices and types of treatments Cons- non massaging chairs and chairs difficult to get in and out of for manicure (have to step up high step and chair doesn't swivel to get in so I would assume harder for less mobile population) Overall great experience and I will be back. Anne did my pedicure taking plenty of time to perfect my toes and Vickey did my manicure working her magic. I have been here many times as it's the closest salon to my house and have always had a decent experience but yesterday was really disappointing. It was clear that the the techs really wanted to go home as i was the last appt of the day even thought they didn't close for over an hour. They didn't take time to do a massage as part of my mani, my nails were all cut to different lengths and the paint was left on my skin and was splotchy. I'm not one to speak up and will usually just deal with bad service, but I had to ask them to even out one of my fingernails which was cut amazingly crooked and already had been painted. The mani/pedi took 15 minutes in total and I went home defeated and removed the polish because it looked so bad. They continued to try and pressure me to get more expensive add ons too. read more

I have gone there three times. Each time I was treated like royalty. They go out of their way to make sure that you feel pampered and do not feel rushed. They take their time and have a lot of attention to cleanliness and are very knowledgable. My shellac manicure was amazing, it lasted over 3 weeks and still looked good. They use excellent products and know the best way to apply them. I love the atmosphere, it is beautiful a lot of attention to detail, no blaring TV in the background, just very soothing music. I live 25 min away from this salon, with many other nail salons closer to my home. But I will come back here again and again, I will not go to another salon. When I visit Alegna Belle Boutique every two weeks, I see Hannah as my Lash Artist. I appreciate her very much, as she is willing to create my lashes with what I think looks best for me. She is beyond capable of creating any look you want, from dramatic to romantic, but I prefer a more simple look. My natural lashes can be very challenging, as they are very short, thin and stubborn. Hannah is definitely up for the task and ALWAYS does a beautiful job. I'm sincerely pleased that I have found such a pleasant, clean and professional boutique. Highly disappointed. I had to cancel an appointment and I called 3 times before the appointment not realizing they only wanted to be contacted through Instagram as they were seeing customers even though they were supposed to be closed due to the shelter in place. I rarely am on Instagram and because I only called to cancel they feel that it's ethical to keep my $40 deposit and not return it nor apply to another appointment. They have a cancellation.policy they tell me of keeping deposits for canceled appointments. Not a good way to run a business. read more

Well my pedicure was good but my shellac/gelish nails however were not so good. He filed diagonal not straight. Didn't paint top or sides so then after the fact he did and it was too thick and today there coming off. After only 6 days. I paid $75 w tip and won't be coming back. He didn't even speak English. I will not be going back here. First off the massage chair was not working properly. Then the nail person put my shoes on immediately once she finished my pedicure. There was no one waiting, and I wasn't in a huge rush. She nicked my big toe on my shoe as she put it on, and then got really mad. She was yelling at me about how everyone wears the same shoes and they are bad for pedicure's. I said I had flip flops in the car, I would get them and it was no problem. She was still yelling. Of course I had already paid and tipped. Later, when I got home, I looked at other Yelp reviews. Apparently this is a common practice here to yell at patrons... who would put up with this??? Plus, the lady right before me had the same shoes, and she was offered takeaway flip flops I had to come home and redo my own polish. She spent no time doing the massage or hot stones. If you do come here- be forewarned- don't wear Birkenstocks.

I can't imagine how they remember details about all of us with the number of customers they see every week but they do, right down to the exact color my mom gets on her toes and hands. They do good work and their customer service is excellent. I usually call ahead before I come in to make sure they have time. They've always gotten me in the same day, usually within and hour or so .

Anyway, I ended up going to another place where they charged me only $5 for my broken nail. And the nail technician also noticed that my nails were very thin to last the standard two weeks. My one redone nail will definitely be the last one standing next to the other weaklings. I had tried Citi in the past and I must have not been impressed; otherwise, I would have become a regular. Just be warned, when he keeps sanding off the product, say something. Trying to be polite ends up making you waste not only your money, but also precious time in having to return for premature repairs. He also mentioned prices were going up in a few days which really confirms my decision not to return. Nails for me are not a necessary, but a luxury. I do not have the time for costly repairs.
