We…read morehired them for a critical 100amp to 200amp main service panel upgrade with a hard deadline right before Thanksgiving. I received estimates from three different local operators, and Steve was by far the most competitive. Often, a better price can mean sacrificing quality or organization, but that was absolutely NOT the case here. We received top-tier, C-10 licensed professional work for a price that was honest and fair. I want to specifically highlight Andrew, who is an absolute rockstar. He was incredibly disciplined, proactive, and dependable. What truly impressed me was his commitment to the timeline--he was out there late on Thanksgiving Eve in freezing temperatures to ensure a critical correction was made so we wouldn't be left without power over the holiday weekend. That level of dedication is rare. For anyone living in Big Bear, you know that Bear Valley Electric Service (BVES) has strict protocols that differ significantly from standard utility specs down the hill. This team demonstrated expert knowledge of the specific BVES and San Bernardino County handbook, ensuring our project was code-compliant and energized despite the holiday crunch. If you need a licensed team with the expertise to navigate local utility red tape and the work ethic to hit a deadline when it counts, call these guys. Ask for Steve! He provided an honest quote and made sure his team got the job done.

In addition I had new tile and mantle on my fireplace in the family room. My HVAC went out in the very beginning of renovation . Cold, cold days in January with no heat!! Steve was able to get me a super good price for the whole system. I decided to have vinyl fencing put up in my yard, again a very fair price. His estimate came after two other bids. He was a bit higher than those two but his professionalism and whole demeanor sealed the deal! The work was exceptional and craftmanship superb. He will be our only contractor we will ever hire.

5 stars I'm very happy with American Renovation Network…read more They remodeled my kitchen, and the experience was excellent. The team was fast, responsive, and kept me informed. The crew was professional, kind, and respectful I was often home alone and always felt comfortable and safe. My kitchen turned out beautifully. A year later, they promptly fixed a tile issue at no charge. They're a professional, reliable company with great customer service. I would hire them again and recommend them for any remodel. Thank you ARN!

I wanted to provide an update since the owner's response below does not reflect what has happened…read moresince my original review. The company stated that the waterproofing work was completed and documented. However, after that response was posted, new leaks continued to appear, including leaks in areas that had never leaked before. Additional damage occurred to my home, including hardwood flooring and interior finishes. The company also stated that it does not reinstall unsafe components. Yet I personally documented damaged and broken pillars being reused, and multiple workers told me they had objected to reusing them. Most importantly, the company has since involved its insurance carrier regarding the conditions and damages at my property. Their insurance consultant inspected my home on March 18, 2026. If the work was completed properly and there were no issues related to the project, I find it difficult to understand why an insurance claim was necessary in the first place. Since then, I have been repeatedly told to wait for the insurance process. Months have passed, no meaningful testing has been performed to determine the source of the continuing leaks, no repair plan has been provided, no leaking doors have been repaired or replaced, and the missing railings and pillars remain uninstalled. The most frustrating part is that my home is still left looking like an unfinished construction site while the company points to an ongoing insurance review as the reason for delay. I do not believe a homeowner should be expected to live with continuing damage and an incomplete project indefinitely while waiting for an insurance determination. I genuinely hoped this matter would be resolved after meetings with the company's ownership and licensing representative. Unfortunately, despite promises that things would move forward, very little has actually happened. I will continue to update this review as events unfold so that potential customers can make an informed decision.

We hired this company to finish a house that had been in foreclosure and was left with drywall…read morepartially hung and a lot of unfinished work. It was a big project and honestly a bit overwhelming -- but they stepped in and completely transformed the space. They finished the drywall properly, handled all the taping and texture, plastered everything beautifully, and then painted the entire home. The end result looks like a completely different house. The walls are smooth, the texture is consistent throughout, and the paint job is clean and professional. What impressed me most was their ability to take over a messy, half-done situation and turn it into something polished and cohesive. They were reliable, communicative, fairly priced, and genuinely easy to work with throughout the entire process. No stress, no surprises -- just solid, quality work. You'd never know the house had been sitting in foreclosure with incomplete work. If you're dealing with a fixer or a project that feels overwhelming, I highly recommend this team. They truly brought this house back to life.

Hello Anthony. I don't know how you would remember a job based on pictures of work you did, but…read moreI'm sure you would deny that. I attached the paid invoice with your initials and "paid in full". Hopefully that helps you remember that it was your job. I do remember you and your white pickup truck coming to my house and telling me all work that will be done is professional and all I need to do afterwords is paint. The "professionals" you got coming to the house were careless. Their texturing left a mess in the living room because they didn't seal the area properly. They did not tape off the wall that didn't need texturing. Their response was for me to wash the wall because the texture will come right off. The cracked areas of the drywall ONLY occurred on the areas that you worked on. NO OTHER AREA IN MY HOME HAS THIS. and this home was built over 20yrs ago. your work only lasted about a year. There was no illusion on the work of the raised drywall. I felt it and YOUR response when you felt it was that it was an illusion. A person with some sort of experience would know that there is an issue with the work if they felt it, but you just wanted to get your money and leave. You can change the format of your invoice after you see it was your job but it does no not change the fact that it was your work. I'm sure you don't like the review, but the work is sloppy. If you want to lie about it, it's fine, but people should know on who to bring in before they spend their hard-earned money to fix their homes.
