I went to buy a jet ski from this place back in July, talking to a salesman (not going to say who) for almost a week to buy a Sea-Doo. I made an appointment with the guy, and I showed up, but all of a sudden, he was nowhere to be found. When I finally found the guy after about 30 minutes waiting for him, He went on to tell me the jet ski was sold and started to blame me for not submitting a credit app over the phone so they could hold it for me (not how it works). I dropped 3 dirtbikes off at the beginning of May for oil changes and a dust off after they sat last season. My intention was to sell them during the 2024 ride season. I just got them back today (October 19, 2024). They had my bikes for the FULL ride season. It cost over $2000. This shop rarely answers the phone, rarely gives any status update. Unacceptable. Update: in spite of the immediate comment by the manager wanting to discuss/resolve this issue, there has been zero contact made by him even though I emailed him right away. It has now been over a month. It doesn't appear that there is actually a desire to fix the customer service issue. Thankfully the folks over at Thunder Alley had great customer service and were able to fix our machine right away. We will definitely go there for our next purchase instead. Horrible experience with this place. We have a Polaris Ranger that we purchased from this dealership in 2012. We made an appointment online for an oil change and indicated we needed additional service because it is overheating. Apparently it is 5 months too old because they will only service machines they sell you for 10 years. Then they will only do oil changes. We booked this appointment over a week ago, and they waited to tell us this until we had trailered it over to Kennewick. The sad thing is that we were actually in the market to upgrade, however, we will not purchase a new machine from them after this experience. So bad. My wife has a 2010 CanAm Spyder. As far as I know, RideNow (located in Rattlesnake Harley Davidson in Kennewick) is the only place in the area to have a Spyder serviced. I bought a replacement rear tire. Unlike other tires they sell, they won't just put the tire on a Spyder as a part of the cost of the tire. They charged me $194.49 for the tire, and then another $495.00 to install it. Yes, you read that right. While they were at it, I thought I'd go ahead and get the oil changed, and I also asked them to check the battery, since it had been having starting problems. They sold me their "silver service", which cost me $219.41. They said the battery was fine. Oh, and they charged me AGAIN for the tire. I had to get that refunded. Oh yes, and the trunk stopped latching just before I brought it in, so I asked them to diagnose that. They said the latch needed to be replaced, and wanted to charge me a full hour's shop fee (something like $160) for the diagnosis, in addition to the cost of a replacement latch and another half-hour shop fee for installation. I told them not to bother, I'd take care of it myself. Unhappily, I hopped on the Spyder and pushed the start button. Didn't start the first time I pressed, but it did on the second. Ok. I rode it a few miles to work (I picked it up on my lunch break). A few hours later, I hopped on and pressed that button again. Did not start. Quite put out at this point, I located a jump starter and started it. I then waited a little bit to see if it would quit. Console trouble lights started going crazy and, sure enough, it quit. I made a video of all of this so I could engage in calm, reasonable discussion with the RideNow rep, and get things straightened out, once I got back there somehow. Fortunately, some friends of mine with an auto shop were near, and the next day they helped me push it into their shop. They discovered that the battery holds a charge, but it will not charge when running. Something about a magneto. I contacted RideNow again, telling them about this. They refused to take responsibility for missing it in their "silver service" inspection and offered to set up ANOTHER appointment. As they seem to be the only option, I am now waiting for them to get back to me about that. I know they'll charge another arm and leg. I find it difficult to put into G-rated words how much I hate dealing with RideNow. They are horrible. Stay away if you can. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. my husband and I drove 2.5 hrs to look at new motorcycles for the both of us. Ride Now was our second stop, walked up and out front they had a Vulcan S my husbands loved, the right look, color, etc. We went inside and the same bike was inside but for about 2k more. A super cool parts dude came over and started talking with us, and giving us info which was all great, but being parts he could not sell so pointed us in the direction of a salesman who seemed pretty cool to work with. He unfortunately was finishing up a deal and hand to hand us off to the new sales manager. We were outside looking at the Vulcan and my husband wanted to hear and feel the bike, the sales manager brought out the keys, and the bike didn't start, he couldn't figure out why, until another salesman told him it wasn't hooked up. They didn't have the wiring connected to make it run, and then when my husband asked if possible to test ride they said nope! They informed us the don't do test rides, you buy then you have 15 miles to ride it, and if you don't like it you bring it back and they tear up the contract. Mind you this is after a deal is done, credit run the whole but, so there is a worthless ding on your credit if you end up not liking the bike. My husband then asked what would be the out the door price, they then wanted all info to tell us this, even though we were gonna pay cash, needless to say 3k later in fees the bike was up past normal price! The sales manager kept offering $100 off, and saying no pressure but kept pressuring. He then went to his boss who offered $500 off but only if we did the deal that day. We still said no we need to think about it. Very high pressure, just because he kept saying "no pressure" didn't mean it wasn't. Needless to say, we are going to Thunder Valley to purchase 2 new bikes because they truly are no pressure and let you test ride! Ride Now I would recommend not hiring scummy past car salesman as that is not the experience someone buying a bike wants. read more

Second - their sales force knows nothing about their product!! polar or the warrantus available. the sales person that helped me wouldn't stop saying frazes like " this is a fun machine" I had to tell him to be quite so I could think. He was not educated on the machines/accessories or anything!!! Third- i would like to know how they have this new rzr machine, when NO OTHER DEALER CAN ORDER A UTV to have in stock. I read previous reviews of RNPS prior to my visit. It appears to me that they have responded to some of their previously critical feedback, because they were very attentive and communicative with me throughout my experience. Dimitrio was great. He is an affable young fellow, and followed up when he needed to. I also received my quad faster than they told me to expect, and he got it into my truck ASAP. I understood that the price they advertise is thousands of dollars LESS than what the machine ends up costing. I think they do themselves a disservice because many may interpret the low MSRP they quote as a bait and switch. I Talked to a lady prior to arriving, and knew that my machine quoted at 12K was really about 15K out the door. Thus, I knew that and was not irritated when the prices was more expensive. Of COURSE, LIKE ANY DEALERSHIP they make revenue from maintenance plans and after-product protection. I chose to buy one, but was not pushed by the salesperson to pay for what I did not feel I needed. Overall, I had a great experience. That was because I read prior reviews, called for a quote, and knew what to expect with the pricing. Overall, I think people are a little heavy-handed with the criticism of this business. Very shady sales tactics. Reminds me of 1980's gym memberships. Won't buy here again, would recommend trying somewhere else and here's why: Went to buy a dirt bike. Simple deal (pre-approved, no trade-in, etc), but still took 3.5hrs at the dealership on a slow day. When I finally got in to sign papers and I had declined the extended warranty/gap/etc, but while going over the itemization of the total OTD price, noticed a $999 fee for an anti-theft GPS (dfense). I asked about that and was told they are put on all their vehicles. No mention before hand of this extra $999 charge until I brought it up. I was told they cant take it off. I don't know how some people sleep at night. Sadly, I went ahead and bought the bike after a 4 hour drive there and 3 hour wait at the dealer. Well, the thing fell off by the time I got home (double back tape to backside of front number plate) and a quick Google shows they can be purchased for like $150. The app has one star in the Apple store and a quick test and it did not seem to alert like it should have. I typically insure my bikes and have no need for a GPS unit taped to it. Especially one that works poorly. I think I'll mail Mike a new paper weight. read more

The listed price on their rides is pretty impressive, but when you get through with all the extras, like 1.3K for a mandatory GPS locator, the price out the door is probably more than anywhere else in the valley. Their service department is completely dysfunctional. I had my Can Am locked up in their shop (outside) for 4 full months waiting for some warranty work. All I got were a long string of excuses and promises that it would be done "by next week" until I finally got the attention of the General Manager (thank you, Nancy). Have been into the dealership 3 times to look at and purchase a can am spyder - it's a 100 plus mile round trip for me. Today I had a test ride set up. I went in to see the sales rep and they informed me that due to the wind they would not take me on the hi way - but if I did an acceptance ride all is waived and I can bring the rig back if I'm under 15 miles. When I said I was ok with not going on the hi way the next excuse to deny my test ride was.....the test ride guy was out getting a hair cut. I shit u not. But again was asked if I would do an acceptance ride or if I was ready to take the bike today. Well that does it for me. I'm going to call the general manager for kicks and see if he even cares. We recently purchased a new jet ski through Ridenow Powersports. This is our first year getting it serviced under the warranty we purchased. When we called the service dept to ask about what was covered under warranty, they mentioned we purchased a service agreement that offers for Ridenow to pick up and return of our jetski free of charge anywhere in the states of Washington. We were impressed and immediately were scheduled for pick-up and drop-off of our jetski. The process seemed quick for pickup, waiting less than 2 weeks with a scheduled return date 2 or 3 days after the pickup. We received a phone call the day before the scheduled drop-off return stating that there was a problem on their end with drivers and the drop-off would need to be delayed for a few weeks. We weren't happy but agreed to wait. Today, however, as the jetski is scheduled to be returned to us this week, we recieved another phone call from them with another delay. This delay is to also take approximately one more month. We have been working with Josh today, who mentioned their driver quit yesterday leading to the 2nd month-long delay. This is unaccepable and seemingly a joke. I wanted to provide a heads up to anyone considering either purchasing through Ridenow or considering using their transportation offer for scheduled servicing. I hope this helps in making an informed decision. UPDATE: The same day of writing the review, the manager, Keith reached out to us and personally delivered the jetski to Moses Lake. I am very grateful for him doing this and hope that the kinks in their delivery system for service get figured out so that others don't have the same experience that we had. read more

Against my better judgement and ignoring my past disappointments, I went into Ridenow thinking maybe they have improved. No such luck! My wife wanted another UTV to keep at our property. She saw one that she liked and it had an acceptable price tag hanging on it. When the sales guy came up I asked him if the price was the actual price since I know how they work. He said well there were a couple options added that weren't reflected, namely a plastic windshield and a plastic roof. Ok, fine. Why isn't the real price on the tag? I then ask what are the freight and setup fees? Once again the runaround starts with, "let me get your information before I can tell you". I reluctantly provide my basic info that should have nothing to do with getting a real price, but apparently that's how they do business and my wife really wanted the machine. Of course the sales guy has to bring out the sales manager, or whoever he was to give me the actual quote. Almost unbelievably, the $11,000 on the tag turned into over $19,000 out the door! Between the plastic windshield and roof, sales tax and their astronomical freight and setup fees the price on the tag had nearly doubled! I get the sales tax, but nearly $3000 for frieght and setup? If it takes an hour to set up one of these machines I'd be surprised. If you won't take the installed accessories off, then at least reflect the real price of the machine with the accessories on the tag? The tag is nothing but a lie and a deceptive sales tactic. I bought a SXS three years ago from a Ridenow in AZ over the phone and had it delivered to Richland for less money than I could buy it for in Kennewick. Crazy! read more

We have purchased both a Seadoo jet ski (brand new) and a manitou pontoon (brand new) from them. Sales does great pushing items off the floor and showroom. However the service department is SERIOUSLY lacking in communication with the customer as well as supposedly Manitou as well.  Every time we have brought our unit in to be serviced, both the jet ski and pontoon boat it has NEVER and I mean never been serviced on time. We brought in the pontoon boat to get ready for summer at the beginning of this season. Service was scheduled for a Wednesday and the boat was dropped off on Tuesday evening. We had to call on Thursday to inquire if the boat was done (it was a simple appointment that should have been completed same day as scheduled) and they told us they did not get it in, but it would be completed on Friday instead. We called Friday afternoon to inquire if it was completed and Manny stated that they were still unable to get it in and that it would be early the following week when we could pick it up. We were beyond upset and voiced our concerns and frustrations as we had planned an out of weekend trip for that weekend to go boating with friends and family as the service should have been completed on Wednesday not almost a week later. Also, we were upset that the service department lacked in communication and did not let us know that they were double booked or could not get it completed. We were also upset that we had to reach out to inquire on updates and that we were not told that they were not getting it in. Not only did they take longer than they should have, they also caused us to have to cancel a pre paid trip the day before we left as the boat was not done.  The next issue we had was in August 2023. We had wind damage to the Bimini top and needed part numbers for the power one as the plan was to upgrade in this process. After a week of waiting for a part number from the service team and them saying that they had not received any information back from Manitou, I myself reached out to Manitou requesting the part numbers and information to be sent to them which it manitou did in a timely manner. This is not my job to contact Manitou in hopes to receive a timely answer because the dealer supposedly "couldn't get an answer", but I was hoping to get it completed quick enough to take the boat back out for the last bit of the season. Well once again ride now has failed to provide us with quality service. We dropped the boat off for a damage estimate on 8/8 for the 2 hr estimate to be completed as scheduled on Wednesday 8/9 and a pre planned pickup for Friday 8/11 so we could pickup the boat before we left out of town for the weekend. We called Friday to inquire yet again if the estimate was completed and manny told us they were unable to get it in yet again but it would be ready for pickup on Saturday. We explained that we told him on the 8th that we would pickup Friday and told him it was unacceptable that yet again they were unable to deliver timely services. We asked if we could pickup the boat on Monday the 14th to which manny stated that would be perfect. We showed up Monday without calling as we had already arranged the pickup. Upon arrival there was one woman in the service department. She told us manny was not in. We asked if there was ANYONE that could give us our boat to take home and she stated no, that we would have to come back tomorrow (Tuesday the 15th). We proceeded to call Tuesday the 15th to speak with manny so that we did not make the trip over yet again to leave empty handed and he was unavailable at the time but we were promised a return call. No one, including manny, called to let us know if he was in or if we could pick up the boat. Another call later on Wednesday the 16th we finally got ahold of manny and were able to come in and pick up the boat. Upon picking it up, we paid for the estimate with mannys promise that he would reach out to manitou and receive the remaining part numbers to complete the estimate. I gave him our insurance claim number, insurance adjusters name and number and told him that I would like the quote emailed to myself as well as insurance once it was completed.  Fast forward to September 2nd, we had received no update, our insurance claims adjuster had no received information and there had been no contact from ride now or manny since 8/16 when we picked up the boat. I called asking to speak to manny and josh let me know that he was not in. I explained how angry and frustrated I was with them as when he pulled up our estimate he stated that there were no part numbers or updates since mid august but if I wanted it completed he would have to completely restart the estimate or wait until manny got in. I asked him when manny would be in next and he said 9/3. I asked him to leave a urgent note and to have manny call me on 9/3 to discuss next steps and figure out where we were in the process. I bought a new pontoon boat from here. A couple of things did bother me. I was not told that this $50,000 boat did not come with tie down straps so I drove 150 miles without the boat being tied down. Not safe. I was told it was filled with gas which was a lie as I found out when I went boating. I was sent some straps but they are the cheapest money can buy. read more

My husband and I went into ridenow to purchase a Polaris side by side, there were none of the one we wanted so we were going to order it. This was a cash sale. The sticker price was around $25,000. The salesman's took our information to the back and the manager came out with a statement it was for $36,000 they added shipping and all of their extra warranties. We said no we don't want the extras just the side by side with tax . We were told that we could wait and when one came in we could come by. We were paying cash and that wasn't good enough they wanted to jack the price up by $10,000. Who does that! By never shopping there again . I would have brought in just the wheel so all they had to do was put a tube in... We came from Yakima with a pre-quoted price by a worker at this place and when we got there she ran my credit and we were there for hours and then they called me and said it was going to be almost 1000 more than our all in quote. We drove here with an all in quote and they would not honor that even though we had it in text messages to their employees. I had a great experience with Ride Now today. I bought a 570 Polaris for my wife and an Ace 150 Polaris for my son. From start to finish they listened to my needs and jumped through hoops to make it happen for me. But unfortunately the ACE had a check engine light on after assembly and the service Manager and his crew worked until 8 pm to fix the problem for us but it needs a part to fix it so they offered to order the part and fix it then deliver it to us 4 hours away from there store. I will never buy another ATV from anyone but them from now on what a class act from start to finish thank you my little boy was so excited and your crew really went out of there way for us! read more

Well I've had a pretty disappointing experience as I attempted to be a new customer. I reached out to them via their website through the text message and chat message feature. I was able to get contacted by the front desk staff who said they would pass my name on to the sales team two days ago. I have made seven requests to have someone call me about some thing they have listed on their website and it appears they're listing something that they don't even have available for sale. I'm not sure why the customer service is so terrible because it seems pretty easy to send someone a text message that even says "hey we're busy we'll get back to you" and they can't even do that. I had to send him a message that I wasn't comfortable buying something over $30,000 if I couldn't even get a call in two days from the sales team. I would NOT recommend this dealership because I'm not comfortable buying from someone who won't even call me back on the sales side. This is a solid #CustomerServiceFailure. read more

We drove 2 hours from Wenatchee in hopes of finding exactly what we were looking for and honestly thought it might be a wasted trip but they proved us wrong. I'm an out of state buyer and they did a great job walking me through the purchase process. Nancy was kind enough to send me walk around video and lots of pics to make me feel comfortable about purchasing remotely.
