Sometimes it's the negative reviews that get you going on your own. This was my 3rd trip to the car wash, but the first time they actually washed it. The other two times I arrived and they warned me it'd be about a 60-90 minute wait, which was too long for my schedule, so I left. Then I read the other reviews and I'm like wait, people DON'T like that?? I can't think of many businesses that voluntarily exchange their bottom line for your convenience. I appreciate the fact that they anticipate the problem and head it off. Not to get all "back in my day" but I feel like the negativity here is typical of the modern consumer, who feels entitled to immediate service and the lowest price. These dudes are hand washing your car in the 90 degree heat, yea it's going to take a while and yea you're going to have to pay for it. Also F the people complaining about the quotes for a car that's dirty as hell itself. That is also a service, not a slight. They could easily take the $17, do a substandard job, and send you home. But these people care and aren't running a coin op/volume business so instead they tell you what they charge for the job you want and the choice from there is yours. For the record I got package #2, and they do a great job at a great value. But if you pay for hand washes you already know the prices are reasonable. If you wash your car every 4 weeks at a gas station this might feel like it takes too long for too much money. Highly recommended. My car was in very dirty shape inside and out. Even though I only purchased a quite basic package, they really went through lots of effort to perform a thorough cleaning of it. This will be my go-to place for car wash in the future. read more

I called here a few minutes ago to get some information over the phone. The person that answered was completely rude! He refused to answer a few simple questions; price, how long it would take, etc. In his defense he was yelling something at someone else there while on the phone with me. Don't even bother going. Have stopped by 3x and all times was told it would be a 3 hr. wait. Interestingly, the third visit I was told "3 hour wait," and I see the customer behind me was checked in. Thanks, but will never stop by again. Plenty of other places that wash cars.... read more

This place was Eagle Car Wash now under new management with name JN Car wash. I have been in the area for over a decade and this place has changed ownership numerous times. I tried it again with the beginning wash starting at $17 as per their sign but when I arrived on Saturday I was told the price was $22 on the weekends the $17 option was not available; that should be advertised but isn't until you drive in and speak to someone.The $5 difference is that they really wipe down the interior of your car. So Mon-Thu the $17 option is available. Closed incoming gate at 5:15 pm on Saturday; closes at 5:30pm. Take away - my car is clean and they did a decent job, interior parts were still a little dusty. read more

This is probably the greatest Car Wash in Eagle Rock. I work at the Driving School just down the street from here, it was fairly close and they were able to keep my car at their facility until after I had gotten out of work. They are extremely clean and they clean every nook and crevice, plus it's a hand wash! Will definitely be coming back here and will bring my Parents Car as well! Thank You JN! read more

Drove in today hoping for a good wash. This place is a joke. After they called for my car being ready. I had to go over the car for an extra 30 min. Cleaning all the missed spots. The owner came by and finally had one of the guys help me out. By the way they charged me $25 for a regular wash claiming they put hot wax on the car which I never saw the wax being applied to the car. It had a tree sap stain which from experience you can easily remove upon applying some solvent and whipping it down with a cloth. Owners response was you have to color sand the 1 inch spot of the sap. At least if your not going to try to take it off, don't mislead your customers. Upon letting him know that I used to own a car wash and I know how to remove stains from the car he shrugged it off and left. Worst part is when I got in the car to leave he turns to the worker and says that guy owns a car wash and they both start laughing. Well I'm laughing now and will take my business elsewhere, whe re they treat you right. I usually don't right bad reviews but the last part of them laughing it of just bend my nerve. read more

They do a great job but it just takes a LONG time. Plan for an hour and you will be happy. My only issue is the surcharge for SUVs is a little much - that should be a sliding scale based on what package you get for the extra work not just a flat fee. It makes the basic wash a bit expensive. read more

I have to say I am really pleased on the service at this place . I had stopped coming here when they had a different owner . The new staff are very friendly . I I returned to the carwash once because I did not like the way the windows were cleaned ( I am ver anal about the windows) they cleaned them without a problem . This beats Glen rock car wash! They take the time to actually wash your car by hand and there's no wait time because they're quick

Just came for the second time in the last few months. Both times the service has been outstanding! These guys are efficient and detail oriented. I have three small kids who literally destroy my car and these guys are able to get it looking brand-new and spotless - no trace of food crumbs or dirt. They even use an air hose to get out all of the water drips. I am sold. read more

Takes a long time to get car washed but they actually did the job. I also had a small stain( milkshake spill) and the owner hooked it up and had it taken care of even though I didn't need all the carpets shampooed. Overall they are very through. I like that they don't have a gift shop and they actually wash the cars by hand... there are NO Machines. Worth the wait. read more

Literally hand wash, they actually do it inch by inch. They took out the carpets put air blower them, and they started working on my wheels! Usually even if go to hand wash, all they do is just rub the tire rims with huge brush, leaving gunks on little crevices. But someone actually sat down next to the tire and went through every tires. This place is a rip off. The sign says extra cost for suv, trucks, etc but doesn't list the amount. When I asked what the charge was he thought it over for a minute while examining my truck and said $15. So I guess the extra cost is determined on a case by case basis? That brought the basic package #1 wash to 32! Every car wash in the area charges a max extra of $5. Instead I went down the street for a deluxe wash including the extra truck charge for $19 and they did a great job. read more

Been coming here for years. Ownership changed recently and I think it's for the better. If you're looking for a quick in n out hand wash this is the place. Cheap and effective for a Friday night. If you want them to pay attention to details you should just not come here cause they really don't clean the inside. Just vacuum quickly and brush the dust. But for $17 it's a hand wash with vacuum and tire dressing. Not bad at all. Just don't be picky. read more

This is the second time I went there. The workers are great. The car washes decent. But the second time the owner was a total jerk. I went to ask prices because I have a different car, the donor was being belligerent. He said he didn't want me standing on his property without a car because of insurance purposes. I told him I had an SUV and he didn't want to give me a straight answer, then he told me to leave. I told him I would go to a different car wash. Don't even think of going here. When the guy handed me my keys, I took a look at the car and it still needed cleaning. And when I took it home I saw that the interior was still filthy. Especially the back seat. Brought it back the next day to have them clean it again and, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the manager kept insisting that his business gives the best car washes around. This is probably my FAVORITE car wash and that I have ever been too. If you want your car to be clean and perfect and the way you want it then you need to get it done at JN car wash. It is seriously the best place to get your car done, like great staffs and is worth waiting for to get your car like a new brand new car. I would highly definitely recommend this. The BEST thing about JN car wash is what you want you just tell the staff and they are super nice and will do what you want. Another great reason I highly recommend this trying is because you will just wait in a room with refreshments and your car will be done and ready to take just like a BRAND NEW CAR. This isn't any car wash it's a hand wash car wash which means it's totally better then going to another car wash because you could get your car done and for a fully month clean. Unlike going to other normal car washes the next day it will get dirty easily because of the cheap products they would use. read more
