This place is great. The portions are huge and delicious, the Mexican martini comes in a mason jar shaker and gives at least 3 pours for $8, the bar is double sided to service the large patio (with fans), and the ambiance is great. UNFORTUNATELY yall's 5-star review has dropped to a SAD 2-star after last visit... The food my whole party had was NOT HOT, NOT EVEN LUKEWARM. I don't think that there was one person there that day who knew what they were doing. The worst part is, it was the MANAGER who had to take the food back TWICE and still couldn't even get it warm in their industrial oven..!!! If she is actually a cook there too (then my microwave is a regular Julia Child..!!!) but she did refund ONE of the meals our party ordered.. (BUT NOT mine.. cold seafood..??? I guess I'm special I don't know.. ?? LOL). I had some shrimp and that was just plain DANGEROUS of this place. There is one guy there who knows what he is doing and he must only be there at certain times. I WON'T be going back and it's such a nice-looking place..!! Boy this place is lucky they have a bar because they would go bankrupt otherwise. The food is WAY OVERPRICED for the kind of quality it is. Food was great!! When I first saw the menu, I thought they were a little pricey for just a burrito or nachos. But after tasting the food it was pretty worth it! They also have fun little card games like uno. Like another reviewer, I agree the chairs are a bit smaller/uncomfortable. read more

I LOVE this place. We go pretty often and everything is great. I really enjoy the brisket, it's flavorful and the bowl is filling! There is a bar inside with pretty decent deals some nights and a nice patio outside. The last time we visited we ordered the queso tots - cheese and potatoes are always a great choice. read more

This is probably my third favorite burrito place in town. If you're going to splurge, this is the place to do it! The service is fair and adequate, Though I'd argue that's part of the authentic-ish feel. Spectacular! Got the nachos with everything Black beans. Avocado ranch dressing. All ingredients are really fresh. More quest than it really needed but it was tasty. This is probably my favorite nachos in the last year. It is also a bar so alcohol is available if you want it. They cater to vegetarians. Recommended. read more

We grabbed lunch here yesterday and my husband and I are STILL talking today about how good it was.. fresh ingredients, hot food, good atmosphere. They had a special for a free side of chips and salsa if you paid in cash. We didn't check out the bar but it was a decent size and they had happy hour and daily drink specials posted throughout the place. My family of 4 sat down to hand write in the options you want from 4 different menus which makes ordering a bit confusing. Then walk back to the counter to order. They all looked very confused and almost frustrated that I was asking a few questions. Paid $54 dollars for 6 tacos, 1 burrito, 1 salad, 1 order of waffle fries with queso and two soft drinks. Food came staggering out. 1st my daughter, then me, then my son a minute later and then my wife almost 3 minutes after that. Food was good, we ate about 50% of it because the portion sizes are large. When I asked if we should box any of it to go. My family in stereo all said Nah. We may give it a 2nd try but it was a little pricey for ok ish Mexican/bar food. This place is great! I've discovered the steak nachos & have let go of the oh so delicious burritos for a while. Only because I've eaten so many! lol! I truly like the vibe of the restaurant especially when the weather is nice out - sitting outdoors is a must. The bartenders are always so cool & the drinks are on point. Definitely a nice lil casual date night spot or a fun lunch spot with the kiddos. The food is always hot & prepared to order. Just be ready to make some decisions because you have to fill out an order request with what you want as your toppings or fillings. Holy moly! We are new to the area and wanted to check out some of the local laces for dinner. This place is outstanding!! This is my new favorite place! I have gotten the salad and burritos, but the nachos are my favorite! They are huge and loaded with all of your selections. The taste has been consistently great every time, and the atmosphere is laid back and pleasant. A few cons: The veggie salad/nacho/burrito/taco could be cheaper. It's the same price if you get meat or not. Also, there was a cashier that was standing near the register (not far from the kitchen) and constantly played with her hair....constantly! She would put it in a ponytail and then take it down and then run her fingers through it....the whole time we were there. Almost a 5 star experience. The food was amazing with so many options and the staff was extremely nice. The chairs took off an entire star of our experience. I see why they did them because of the decor and I'm not saying to take them away completely, but they need to add a few more options. I saw average sized men and women struggling to get into and out of the chairs. I personally almost didn't get up to get a refill because of the hassle of getting out and in of the chair. It's new, I'm sure they are working out the quirks. The food was good. The bar needs help. I stood at the bar a while and not one of the three people in front of me acknowledged I was there. I had to yell out "do I need to fill out a slip for the bar too?". That is when a bartender said no and asked my order a bit rudely. I ordered and a young boy made my drinks. They were spilling everywhere when he gave them to me. I had to get napkins to wipe up. The Mexican martini mason jar lid leaked all over every time I poured. Lady who took our order was very nice. We paid cash for two burritos a water and a coke. I thought at the time it seemed expensive but thought it may be worth it. Ask for free salsa and chips for paying cash. Sat down and liked the atmosphere. It was clean. Two other people there so not noisy. Food came out they forgot chips and salsa so had to go back for that. Burritos were very cold. I mean cold. Mine had a funny taste that I couldn't pin down and there was not enough seasoning on what was there so I went begging for more salsa. Tried to enjoy it but gave up and left half burrito. For what they charged us I could cook burritos for our whole family. In fact that's what I will do. I hope they learn to serve hot food before they go broke. As for me my cooktop works just fine. My husband and I decided to try this place for a late lunch one afternoon. The building it's in is beautiful and it looks like it would be a nice place to eat. When we walked in it wasn't clear how you order and a girl that works there had to come explain it to us which would have been difficult if it was busy there but we were one of two couples in the building. The prices for this place are kind of outrageous. It was $7 for chips and queso and if I remember correctly it was like $9-12 for my burrito bowl and my husband's burrito. We didn't get any alcohol but their drink options looked decent and they have daily specials on their drinks. The queso was pretty depressing to be quite honest. It tasted like and had the consistency of velveeta mixed with canned cheese with the tiniest bit of pico de gallo in it. My burrito bowl wasn't bad and I liked that I could get steak and peppers and onions added at no additional cost. My husband got a brisket burrito and he said that the brisket was very dry. He also got chips on the side with the burrito that came with salsa but it was the tiniest container of salsa it wouldn't have been nearly enough for all of the chips in his basket. The one big positive I have for this place is the staff was very helpful and friendly. I'm not upset that I tried the food here but will I come back? Probably not. read more

We will not return. The chicken in our salad bowl was like wood. Hard and dry. We thought it is a piece of the outer shell of an avocado, but unfortunately it was the chicken. It had to be over cooked (by hours) or old or both. The steak was completely chewy. Nasty! Our family got sick with stomach issues within 18 hours of eating here. So, I finally tried this place the other day. When you walk in you have to be superman to open the door. The building clearly needs to be air balanced. Got a burrito and some cheese cake thing. Burrito was almost all bean. The burrito was a good size but, my first time there will not have me coming back any time soon for that. I asked for salsa without corn in my burrito but, got it anyway. The cake was lacking in every way but flavor. Portion was little bity, price was large and so also not for me again. It's too bad to I has high Hope's for this place but, it did not work out.
