We have had this a week and still gives us a thrill to see it our driveway

We bought a Gulfstream Conquest and we are happy. Andy and the rest of the staff were very helpful.

Dylan's service production manager, Jeff, helped me get my new hot water heater going and it was a pleasant experience.

We left that day and returned with a deposit to hold the camper and start the buying process a few days later. Unfortunately, we were not able to close the deal. When I asked about our deposit being returned, I was told 7-10 business days. Ok, no big deal. One week, two weeks...a month goes by and nothing. I called to speak to someone and was directed to Zack. I spoke to Zack and was told that the request had been sent to corporate, but being that it was Saturday, he would have to wait until Monday to call and see what information he could find out for me and that he would return my call that following Monday. Again, no big deal. I received no call. Another 3 weeks go by....nothing. I called again on 7/1/26 to speak to Zack, he wasn't in. I was directed to Dan and once again explained the situation. I was told that since Zack wasn't in, he would have to wait to speak to Zack when he got in later that day, and that either he or Zack would get back to me that afternoon. Again, no one called, emailed, or left me a voicemail. Being that it has been two months now with no communication from Forest River as to where our deposit is, I felt that I had to leave a review to warn other potential customers. I have been nothing but incredibly patient throughout this whole process. I have called twice in two months. Unfortunately, Forest River lacks in their communication skills and customer service. I guess since our deal didn't go through, we are not as important as any other customer and don't deserve the same respect. Beware of leaving deposits....you may have to fight tooth and nail to get your REFUNDABLE deposit back, IF you ever get it back.

1 STAR -- Management showed zero compassion or common sense…read more This is specifically about MANAGEMENT, not the tow truck driver. A friend was receiving a medically necessary in-home infusion when her visiting nurse's vehicle was hooked for towing. Yes, the nurse was parked somewhere she technically should not have been. There were no available spaces near the home, and the alternative parking is roughly 700-1,000+ feet away depending on availability. For a visiting nurse carrying medications, sterile supplies, infusion equipment, and emergency supplies into a patient's home, that is a significant distance. This wasn't someone parking illegally because she didn't feel like walking. She was there providing medical care. She was not parked in front of anyone's driveway, not in front of a hydrant, not in a fire zone. Just not in a HOA spot as there were none. While the nurse was actively administering the infusion -- gloves on, medication open, needles placed, and the patient in the middle of being connected -- B&C hooked up her vehicle. The nurse explained the situation and asked for a few minutes to safely finish what she was doing. The driver understood and was willing to wait. He showed compassion and common sense, knowing this was not just someone not following the rules Then his supervisor called and told him he had already been at the location too long and needed to leave. That is where my problem with this company begins. Management was made aware that this was a healthcare professional in the middle of actively treating a medically vulnerable patient. They knew the driver was willing to wait a few minutes. Instead of allowing him to use basic human judgment, management pressured him to move the vehicle. The Police ultimately had to become involved -- not because we wanted the driver in trouble, which we made known, but because he was being put in the position of either towing a nurse's vehicle during active patient care or potentially getting in trouble with his employer for showing compassion. Despite everything, the nurse still had to pay a $125 drop fee. Which is absolutely absurd and disgusting And that says everything I need to know about this company's management, rude, full of themselves, and no human decency. What would have happened if nobody noticed the vehicle being towed? What if the nurse needed to run outside for additional medication, rescue medication, sterile supplies, or emergency equipment and discovered her vehicle was gone? There are situations where human judgment needs to matter more than collecting a fee. The driver showed humanity. Management chose the money. If you are an HOA, apartment complex, business, or property manager considering hiring B&C Services Towing & Hauling to patrol your property, I would seriously consider whether this is the type of judgment you want exercised while representing your community. A towing company isn't just removing vehicles. Their actions reflect on the communities and businesses that hire them. Based on how management handled this situation, I would never recommend this company.

They just…read morestarted towing at my complex and even though I'm a tenant here, they still tried towing my car and when I intervened and showed them my pass, they wouldn't let my car down without a $125 fee. Im a new mom and thats so much money for me to lose. Even after calling and talking with a manager and explaining the situation, they didn't care at all. Also, theyre involved in a court case with a neighbor of mine for towing their brand new camaro and destroying the front of his car during the illegal tow. They are sneaky and soulless and clearly do a crappy job at towing.
