I purchased a new Dynamax Isata 5 30FW from Dylan's RV. my sales person was Andy Pandolfi, and he was great. Seems to enjoy what he does, and is very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely feel comfortable referring people and purchasing again from Andy. In addition, their Delivery Coordinator, Ernie Sanchez is a great guy and always willing to help. I was getting ready for our maiden voyage to Colorado and we were having an issue with our Insta Hot Water Heater. I called Andy and he got Ernie on the phone right away. Ernie is not fast to say he has a solution, he is thorough and wants to make sure he has a good answer for you. He asked if he could go verify a few items and when he called me back, he had a suggestion. We found the hot water heater valves operate in the opposite direction and suggested I try to reverse them. sure enough we had hot water. The day and trip were saved and these guys care. They want your experience to be great and I believe they try to make it that way, before, during and after the sale. I am very pleased and have driven to Arizona and about to head back home. Purchased new 2024 Renegade. They delivered a 1/4-million-dollar RV with the engine light and ABS brake warning light active. My wife and I had to drive the RV to the Freightliner shop, return to Maryland, and wait two days for the issue to be resolved. The Freightliner shop they directed me to was 45 minutes from the dealer and put me farther from home (2 1/2 hours +) Joey the finance manager would not return my calls and Ed Gambone, the General Manager, laughed at me when I told him I wanted to be compensated for the inconvenience he put my wife and I through. I would not expect to be treated this way for a $20,000 purchase. (The Freightliner shop was top-notch but not a component of the dealer.) We purchased a Super C motor coach in October of 2023. As of today they still can't tell me if my registration and sales tax have been remitted to my state. Once remitted our state has a 6-8 week backlog. We were lied to in early November when they said everything was processed and the tags were forthcoming. In late December we were contacted to redo some paperwork and told that nothing had been done with processing our registration or remitting our sales tax. That's a long time to be sitting on a fairly large amount of sales tax! In addition the unit we purchased was to have been serviced and subject to an extensive checklist so it would be ready for immediate usage. Although the boxes were checked they are meaningless. The furnace is currently inoperable and we are living in our unit due to the rapid sale of our home. We are now working with another dealership to correct this but as we have only a temp 30 day tag we are limited as to how far we can travel. The current tag will end on the 30th and then we wait to see if they send us yet another one. The dealership is undergoing a reorganization but little is being done to address our issues. Unless you like chaos and being strung along indefinitely don't get involved with this dealership. read more

I was an employee of Dylans RV. Worst business I've ever been with. Management is full of liars and thieves. The detailers and lot porters are treated like something on the bottom of your shoe. I was constantly told to cut corners, just don't do it, etc. They have no business ethics at all. Once they sold a unit that the customer paid for an ECO, a ceramic coating that protects the unit for up to five years.They completely forgot about it and it was brought before me hours before the customer arrived (customer drove from the Midwest). I was told to turn a blind eye and just go along with them and pass it off as done. An ECO goes for well over $5000, and they told the customer it was done. I should have left then. I never write reviews concerning service from a provider, but I felt it is my obligation to let all buyers beware of Dylan's RV I purchased a new 2022 Thor BT36 from Dylan's in January of 2022. At the time of purchase, I requested Battle Born lithium-ion batteries to replace the lead acid house batteries. Dylan's did not install Battle Born; they installed a generic lithium battery which they wired incorrectly. These generic batteries were wired in series when they should have been wired in parallel. After nine months of nothing but electrical problems and countless emails to Dylan's service center and their general manager David Pancrazio I decided to purchase Battle Born batteries in December 2022 Once the Battle Born batteries were installed by a DIFFERENT service center, I no longer had any electrical problems. I contacted David Pancrzio requesting a refund for the generic batteries and he refused to work with me. This left me with no choice but to hire an attorney threatening Dylan's with a lawsuit. My attorney wrote a demand letter stating all the facts with a dollar amount for my costs to correct their mistake. Dylan's agreed to settle out of court for the amount I requested in the demand letter. I did not want to hire an attorney but Dylan's lack of accountability in this matter left me no choice. To anyone thinking about buying an RV from Dylan's, their service department is incompetent!! The general manager David Pancrzio was not willing accept ANY accountability during my 9 months of electrical problems. I regret buying my first RV from Dylan's! read more

My husband and I had a great experience at Dylan's RV Center. We traded in our 2014 Motorhome for a used 2019 Tiffin Phaeton. We were very comfortable working with Jessica. She spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. When it was time to got to the dreaded finance department, we were shocked to have such a pleasant experience with Rachel. She had everything presented in an easy to understand layout. Instead of sitting for an hour, she had us un and out in record time. Everything went smoothly. We were giving a very fair trade-in price for our RV and a great price on the Phaeton. We were very pleased with the transaction. Both Jessica and Rachel were excellent to work with and we would recommend anyone we know to request to deal with them if in the market for an RV. I called today to ask about an RV I saw on their website. Within 30 seconds, Eric the salesman tried to sell me something I did not want, need or asked for. He also lied about RV length restrictions in state and national parks. Actually told me there were no 30 foot RV limits in campsites and maximum was 35' in all state and national parks. The point is, I made it clear that I wanted to purchase an RV that was 30' or did not want a larger RV but was immediately pushed to buy a larger RV than I wanted. DO NOT SHOP HERE! read more

Horrible experience. The sales team lead me down the cattle chute to be slaughtered. I could only imagine what the service department would have done to me. I made a deposit on a class B motorhome (I thought it was a deposit but it was a quasi Quote contract). We took the RV for a drive and the check engine light came on? (The vehicle had 1800 miles on it. [From Dylans reviews, I can now see they intended to stick with a lemon. The lemon law does not apply here and DyLans knows it. The repair would have been disconnecting the battery and reconnecting the battery to reset the computer]. The finance manage offered me DyLans finance incentives (unbeknown to me, negative amortization. I'll be paying more than the RV is worth over time. Never showed me the Truth in Lending statement unit I demanded to see it. He couldn't print because that would lock in the financing). Then, when I looked closely at the Quote, the finance manager never credited me the $5K credit for the financing. So, I used my financing. DyLan refused to go through with the contract so I canceled my $5K deposit. I even call the regional manager to determine if this is they do business and yep, this what they do. The finance manger demanded I bring them a certified check (so they could rip me off). Buyer beware, buy from a more reputable RV Dealer. I feel sorry for the sucker that bought that RV. read more

My wife and I had been looking at RVs and were about to pull the trigger on a larger Class A gas when we happened to see one advertised for sale at Dylan's. When we arrived Jessica was assigned to us, and she proceeded to find out a little bit about us, so she could show us a few alternatives, including the one that brought us there. During the course of our conversation, she asked had we considered a Class C. Our prior experience with Cs was that there was too little room in the front for the passenger, so we hadn't really considered it. She showed us a year-old Winnebago Navion 24V, which my wife and I instantly fell in love with, and it had plenty of passenger legroom. We continued to look at others, but kept circling back to the 24V. We took a couple of days to think about it, and decided it was what we wanted. Our purchasing experience was excellent, she answered all our questions, and when she didn't know the answer, which only happened a couple of times, she offered to look into it and get back to me. We appreciated her attention to detail and follow through. RVs are complex vehicles. Even though Dylan's service staff did a good prep before we took delivery, a few things got past them, which is to be expected. What is great about dealing with Dylan's is that everything was resolved to our satisfaction. An indication of their focus on customer service, and of Jessica's professionalism. I can, without hesitation, recommend you purchase your next RV from Dylan's. read more

So I would like to start off by saying, this is the first review I have ever written. I feel compelled to write it because of my experience. I'll cut right to the point, if you are asking my opinion if you should buy from Dylan's RVs, my immediate answer is no! The sales associates really just beat around the bush and promise you things by saying they are "deals", which are either scams or from the dollar store. For example, we were told that they would throw in a Cadillac converter clamp, since one of our experiences there, they had several that were stolen from other RVs on the lot. But the thing is, it doesn't actually prevent anyone from removing the Cadillac converter. Which is something we found out after our buying experience in their service department, where we had an appt that was apparently never even put into the system. We then had to sign a waiver that the Cadillac converter is not their responsibility if it gets stolen at any time on their lot. Which they explained still happens, with or without the clamps. So if they try to tell you, "oh we'll throw in a Cadillac converter clamp." Tell them know not to bother. Initially, My girlfriend and I came to look at a used RV they had. We were connected with a women through email/text who didn't have the time available so she passed it onto one of her associate. Upon showing up to our appt, the RV wasn't pulled out, and we even had to go looking for it. Once we did find it, the sales associate was able to explain to us the process of Dylan's RVs which sounded elite. But I will say, he didn't seem to know much about the actual motor home we were looking at, since I asked him if it had self leveling capabilities, and he told me it does. Which it, in fact, does not! We then asked to come back and take it for a test drive the following week is when we then meet with the other sales associate. After our drive, we were told that you basically need next to excellent credit to buy an RV since it is more considered a luxury item. We were promised dates and times multiple of times, that someone would get in contact with us about something, and then find that not to be true. We end up feeling like we are chasing these people down to get the sale. Once their broker did get a hold of us, he actually quoted us on numbers that were completely not what we signed, and clearly not in our favor. Our stupidity in this process only worsens since they don't do pickups or "allow you to sign and buy" on saturdays due to their service team not working the weekends. Although, we were able too. But still, their hours don't work with most 9-5 working adults and they don't seem to care to stay later and in fact, will tell you that it's "probably best if you take the day or time off from work to pick it up." But I advice that if you buy here, to make sure you do buy during the work week since we were sold an RV without a working refrigerator. Which has been another hell to get them to fix. We purchased it 2 months ago- got it diagnosed 2 weeks later and are told that we aren't first on the list. We have had to push back our travel plans because of their lack of urgency. Their staff seems annoyed and bothered when asking questions or trying to stick up for yourself. We also failed the initial inspection. For basic things like- lights. Their service department clearly doesn't do a thorough job. And on top of it all, they were able to swindle my GF out of another $50 to get the fridge fixed when they claimed all along it would be something that Dylan's would take care of. As it should have been, since the purchase was made for a WORKING REFRIGERATOR. I , also, asked prior to signing anything to make sure that their wasn't any water damage in the bunk of the RV, since they are 1) known for that and 2) I saw bubbling of the wallpaper in the corner of it. Well, don't you know that after we buy and are TOLD two times that it is NOT water damage, and once I pull that wallpaper back, you can clearly tell that it was past water damage! Which is also apparent to the modifications made on the roof of the RV- which we were unable to see prior to buying since our RV does not come with a ladder or given the offer to take a look. We were also promised to get links and manuals to the accessories in our RV, which is yet to happen. I even mentioned it a week later, and still here we are over a month later, without things we were promised. Once you buy, they put an impossible to open bucket of "extra goodies" in your RV, that are honestly practically useless and cheap! You might as well tell them to not even bother giving it to you. Please read the other reviews and follow your gut. You will find what you are looking for with the service you deserve! read more

Our discussions with Dylan's RV began quite positive. We found an RV advertised that we could afford and would really fit our needs. First, the dealership was advertising the vehicle as a 4x4, which we later found out it wasn't. Our sales person was helpful and provided us the correct information in a timely manner. Since we live over 1,000 miles from this dealership, we requested information on the cost of having the vehicle transported to us should we decide to buy it. The decision to buy for us, was based on the advertised price of the vehicle, transportation costs and required recalls being completed. We decided to place, what we considered a very competitive bid based on all three factors. When it came time to discuss our bid and their price, we were told the advertised price already included a 5000.00 credit only IF we used their financing. No where on the any advertisements, even in fine print was there a requirement to use their financing to get the advertised price. We explained that we had 3/4 of the price in cash and had already set up a pre approved loan with our bank for the rest. We didn't need their financing but apparently financing is what they wanted to sell and had based the vehicle's advertised price on. This disagreement and financial revelation is what caused communication and negotiations to end. The answers to questions on transportation and recall completions stopped coming. We couldn't believe they would turn down an almost all cash offer because we refused to use their financing to get the advertised price. Feeling confused and pressured, we refused to allow them to intimidate us, so we gladly walked away. read more

RV had several issues with it. You have $995 for dealer prep which amounts to a whole lot of nothing IMO. Do they not check basic things like AC? My temporary plates expired before a good full two weeks before they finally go them to me. A very awful experience. My advice is go somewhere else. read more

I was finally able to source a hydraulic pump for my MH's leveling system from a 3rd party. Installing it was beyond the capabilities of others and one shop told me they didn't install "customer supplied parts." Dylans didn't bat an eyelash. They turned it around in one day for a reasonable price. I'm a very satisfied customer. read more

Me and my wife was at the Hershey RV show on Saturday and was talking with Mark Razler from Dylan's RV about the Renegade and was waiting to test drive it, it was out so he wrote down our phone number as said he would call us when it was back. So we went and got something to eat and went back to their area and Mark was gone, so another gentleman called Mark and told us he would be back in 10 minutes. We waited for another 1 1/2 hours and walked around still no phone call so we left. It is Sunday morning and still have not heard from anyone, so the wife called his cell phone number on his card and received his voice mail she asked him to please call us and gave both our phone numbers. Our salesman Anthony was good. However we bought a used Coachman from them. It was clearly not cleaned nor inspected when we picked it up. It was so disgustingly dirty inside. Dog hair everywhere. It didn't even have windshield fluid in it. I would never recommend them. We had problems from day 1. And it was only a year old. Since it was our first RV I should have had it inspected. Purchase of our camper was easy. It was a pop up so they didn't know too much about it, however we had one before and felt that was ok. Should have been first warning sign. Went out on our first camping trip (34 days after purchase) and the pop up had the lights flicker and would shut off. Long story short...there were lose wires and service also discovered a hose leaking, We were told trailer was as-is. My question was did they even do an inspection of the camper before we bought it? They said they did but I highly doubt it. Also was told this: Fortunately, the cost repairs is far less then the amount we discounted the unit, therefore, you are still way ahead. If you'd like, my finance department to quote you pricing on extended warranties that may cover future issues, let me know and I will get that pricing for you. (repair was $500) REALLY???!!!! As a business who says this? We paid what the NADA Guide said it was worth at retail!!! They discounted the camper $800 off of their list price. Not so fast with the Dylan's fairy tale stories of everybody is a "HAPPY" customer. While they may be the "#1 or #2" RV dealer in NJ and are selling multiple RV's you will have to check your expectations of customer service at the door. They are very focused on selling, but after the sale, the customer service is the worst I have experienced. Once they get your money, the tables turn quickly. From June 28th to Sept 1st, we only had our BRAND NEW RV for 8 days. The remainder of time was tied up with Dylan's RV service. Even on the day we were to take possession of our BRAND NEW RV (suppose to be a happy day, right?) after waiting over 3 hours while they were trying to clean and fix things that were broken in the BRAND NEW RV, we gave up and went home (3 hour drive). Then we waited an additional 2+ weeks before getting our BRAND NEW RV. Almost impossible to receive any status report on any service, plan on having to constantly call and follow up yourself for weeks on end and wait for days to hear or get a call back on anything. We purchased a 2017, very expensive diesel pusher BRAND NEW RV, not expecting that we would already have had to replace/repair in the first 3 months: 1. Radio 2. Inverter, Magnum unit 3. TV 4. 4 Coach Batteries 5. Thermostat 6. Generator 7. Shower door leaking profusely 8. Drawer slides on drawers that flew open and broke 9. Engine clutch fan and bracket 10. Window gaskets on bunk egress windows Additional lessons learned the hard way: * Hard to get most warranty repairs/fixes at other RV dealers if you didn't buy your RV from that dealer. * Unless you live within 15-20 minutes of Dylan's and block out the time after purchase to have your RV at their service facility more than you possess it. It gets even better, after Dylan's has my RV over 45 days in my first 3 months of ownership, then Kim, the GM at Dylan's, informs me that she "approved" the corrections of the above defective/broken components??? Isn't that just doing your job? Somehow I am to be thankful for Dylan's having my RV for 45 days, then fixing some but not all items defective in my RV? Probably one of the most annoying things in driving an RV is having drawers and cabinets fly open when traveling. A new diesel pusher is not cheap and the first day we received the RV, we had multiple drawers, cabinet doors flying open due to defective latches. In addition, the big "residential refrigerator", no latches whatsoever, freezer door came completely off the sliders on first trip we took. Even after 3 months, dozens of emails and having this repair listed several time to replace all latches in RV, and Dylan's having my RV in their possession over 40 days, Dylan's thinks that replacing 11 of the 27 latches is satisfactory. Simple fix, however again, no attention to detail or customer service. Still after 3 months trying to get correct operable latches fixed. Even asked Dylan's to send me the remaining latches to install myself, it's been 2 months and still nothing. Under staffed and under paid service department is serious problem. With a couple of their technicians that I had a good experience with, they have to work a 2nd and 3rd job to survive. Owner more interested in putting money in his and wife's pocket than providing benefits to their employees. Zero benefits to employees, which in turn are probably why the employees don't care. My goal is to save everyone from the hassle and frustration of dealing with Dylan's, DO NOT BUY FROM DYLAN'S!! Too bad Facebook makes it mandatory to put at least 1 star. I bought an RV from Dylan's a few weeks ago. Our salesman Andrew was easy to deal with and quick to get back to us with answers to our questions. The facility was nice, the people were friendly, and lots of awards on the walls, etc. We had to wait 10 days or so for financing from our bank, but when we showed up to complete the purchase and do the walk thru, that's when they turned back into a regular old dealership. The "tech" that did our walk thru knew nothing about the RV we bought. We had an appointment but still had to wait an hour for our paperwork to get done even though we were paying cash and they had plenty of time to prepare it. After the sale I left a message for Rachel from the finance department and still have not heard back from her. Overall the experience was OK but should have been better based on the caliber of a dealership they claim to be. read more

Taken unit in twice and it came out 1st time 10 weeks for minor issues Worst than when it went in ...................2nd time Service lied to us saying they fix hot water heater and they did not even try after being told what needed to be done via the Manufacture............ BEWARE!!!! I have purchased a Coachmen Pursuit 28' RV from Dylans. Up front they are so helpful and do anything for you even asked me to join them for lunch. OMG don't try to get a hold of someone to help when something is wrong with RV. The generator was bad would not run. Make long story short. It took me 37 days to get my rv back. I had to call Coachmen in Indiana to help. After I received the RV back, Dylans never called to check up on it. The owner is never around and the ladies that answer the phone just pass your phone number on. NO ONE calls you back. read more

Dylan's RV sold my grandfather a 2010 Gorgetown RV with maintenance issues already on the roof. They claimed several times they did a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle but "somehow" over looked the fact that the seals were bad on the roof. After using the rv only one time in cape may New Jersey, and parking it for four months we found the roof panels leaking and interior water damage. My grandfather paid an extra 4,000 dollars for an extended warranty that claimed not to cover the damage because it was a "lack of maintenance" issue. We then called Dylan's RV to explain that the damage was most definitely present at the time of purchase, and it was very unprofessional and unethical of the dealership to sell a first time buyer an RV with prior damage knowing he would find out until the damages were apparent. Long story short, the dealership determined that it was the responsibility of my grandfather to check for any maintenance issues prior to purchasing the RV because it was "used and sold as is." And now he has to come out of pocket 2-3 grand to cover the cost of repair and maintenance. Dylan's RV has been giving us issues since we began doing business with them. I would highly suggest doing your research before you purchasing any RV, and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DYLANS'S RV TO ANYONE! read more
