I brought an electrically messed up Integra quest in to be repaired. Having read all these dealer horror stories online, I was braced for the worst. My experience was actually exactly the opposite. From the first time I spoke with the service manager Susan through working with a technician Peter, and finally the manager Ed, it could not have been a more professional, personal, and pleasant experience. Glen of White Horse RV. Sells uesed vehicles/ motorcycles with Eugene Taylor on Facebook marketplace at Eugene place. They use our address because Eugene is in trouble with williamstown public works for running a business out of a residential area. Im guessing they don't want Eugene address attached to sales. So they are using our address to send complete strangers to my home. Why can't this be done at White Horse RV. A gentleman knocked on my door telling me he was here for the harley davison sale. I stated to him , I had no clue what he was talking about. He then shows me his phone where he was in conversation with glen and was told to use this address for the location and call before he gets there.I guess the gentleman missed that part. CAVEAT - Whitehorse RV Center service department manager and service techs are horrible. Letter we wrote to Jayco Corporation regarding warranty work on our 2025 Jayco Alante: (NOTE: picture was removed due to the fact it is grotesque) We are writing to express our deep dissatisfaction with the service department at White Horse RV Center, located at 980 N. Black Horse Pike, Williamstown, New Jersey. From the outset, our experience was marked by poor communication--whether it was scheduling a service appointment, seeking updates on our 2025 Jayco Alante, or simply coordinating the pick-up of our RV. Despite numerous emails sent requesting warranty work and status updates, we received virtually no response from the service manager, Christa, until the day we were planning to collect our vehicle. On Saturday, July 18th, when we arrived to pick up our RV, the receptionist, Jo, informed us that the service manager said we were only there to collect keys, which made little sense given the circumstances. When we dropped off the vehicle, we informed them when we needed to pick it up (It was dropped off on June 20th). We were also told that all relevant paperwork had been emailed to us, which is simply untrue--we have received no documentation outlining what service was performed or left incomplete. Beyond the lack of paperwork, we were troubled by the fact that no one requested identification to verify our ownership of the RV. The process appeared alarmingly casual, as if anyone could hand over keys and retrieve the vehicle without confirming their identity. Upon inspecting our RV, we were dismayed by the condition in which it was returned. While we appreciate that some debris is to be expected after servicing, the level of dirt left behind was unacceptable. As a military/police couple, we take great pride in maintaining our belongings in impeccable condition. During our 1.5-hour drive home, we noticed an unpleasant odor in the rig. It wasn't until we arrived home that we discovered someone had used our restroom--a violation we find appalling, especially since we never use the toilet in that manner ourselves. Although the accompanying photo is unpleasant, we wanted to underscore the gravity of the situation, as it required hours of cleaning and thorough sanitization. This was not only an inconvenience but time lost that we cannot recover. Moreover, without a dumping station at our home, we will need to spend even more time cleaning once we gain access to proper facilities. We will not accept any denial regarding this incident, as our RV was in the possession of White Horse RV Center from June 20th to July 18th, making their staff fully responsible for its care. Such conduct is simply unacceptable and intolerable. We expect compensation for the time and effort we spent cleaning and sanitizing our vehicle. In addition, we have not yet had the opportunity to fully assess all of the concerns we submitted regarding our RV. Over the next several days, we plan to conduct a comprehensive inspection to ensure every requested issue has been properly addressed. I was looking at getting a pull behind travel trailer. I stopped over at another more expensive, rv sales place. Prices were way over the top. Went to White Horse. Prices posted up front on RVs. No guessing. RVs are open so you don't have to experience pressure from a salesman that needs his commission. I gave three stars because when I went to do walkthrough and finish paperwork found out my RV wasn't new as the sales man we talked to said it was. So instead of getting the manufacturer's warranty that comes with new RVs, I paid for an extended warranty. Little bit frustrating. This is a very long review but I hope it helps others consider where they make such a large investment at. Our initial purchase experience wasn't bad. Within two weekends of use we noticed bubbling in the outdoor kitchen cabinet due to a leak from both handles on faucet. That was the first call to the service department which went as expected. I explained I was seasonal and would bring it in when the season was over in two weeks and I just put a container under the sink to prevent further damage. In the meantime multiple other minor issues popped up that I just made note of for when it was dropped off. In the two month span that my trailer was in for service I reached out to my sales person (rich or rick - he was part time) about trading in our trailer for something a little bigger. I have to ask him multiple times for a trade in figure because he seemed to keep trying to talk us out of it because "white horse would have a hard time selling a trailer without the factory warranty because it doesn't transfer" we were than hit was a very insulting figure. I asked him what happened to the conversation we had where he stated Jayco holds their value and if after a year we find out it wasn't for us we would have no issues making out money back. Mind you at this point we only owned the trailer for about 3 months at this point and they had it for a about half the time we've owned it. The 2023 season starts and more little things start to break but we again noticed the cabinet start bubbling again so I take off the access cover and it is leaking from the exact same spots as when I previously brought it in. So again took pictures sent them in and called and was asked when I could bring the trailer back in. I informed them that we are season and I had just built a deck and was not going to be bringing it in and that their warranty work has failed and needed to make it right. They informed me they would send someone out. The Thursday before memorial day I went down and our refrigerator was off and everything was thawed and bad. I got it back on but it wouldn't cool so I called and gave temps to Phyllis twice and Rusty called and I have him more up to date temps. July 6th we stopped in to look at trailers again since ours has been nothing but a headache and they are open late on Thursdays and we got out and got the baby out and saw people at the door and not one person came out so we just helped ourselves AGAIN. After going in and out of multiple FILTY trailers with peeling wallpaper, broken moldings, missing thermostats one of the sales people helping someone else asked if we were being help yet, we said no not yet, they said ok and that was it. We walked back to the the car. There was a lady who came out but just ended up cleaning the glass door. (Maybe the windows were just dirty and they couldn't see us) As of today 7/17 I called and spoke to Rusty to make him aware of a potential electrical issue and followed up on the water damage to the kitchen sink cabinet they came out to look at because of the lack of silicone from the factory. I was again asked to bring it in they they could better diagnose the problem which I understand but again I said I am seasonal and the last time time I brought the trailer in it took two months to get it back. Who's going to reimburse me for the time I can't use my spot. That's when Rusty's attitude changed and I was told "nobody told you to park a travel trailer in a seasonal spot in the first place, that the other road services were complimentary and I would have to pay for any additional (when their tech messed up the repair of the outdoor kitchen) and that if I wasn't expecting any issues than I shouldn't have bought a travel trailer. Rusty also informed me that I have to understand that everything these things hit the road its like little earthquakes so broken things should be expected. To which I replied that since I've taken ownership of this trailer the only times it's been on the road was going back and forth to their dealership for work. My husband and I just purchased our 3rd RV - 2021 Jayco Pinnacle 5th wheel from White Horse and extremely happy. We had a trade and were treated fairly and with much respect by Heather Shannon VP of Operations and our Salesman Kevin Sullivan. We had many questions on the new unit and if they didn't have an answer immediately got back to us by end of day. No high pressure sales, honest, respectable and reliable. We love this family owned dealership and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used or new RV. There lot is always full of new units and the turnover is amazing. You won't be sorry!!!! CAVEAT EMPTOR - Whitehorse RV Center will turn your dream of RV ownership into a nightmare. I submitted this review to WH RV several days prior to posting it here. I received no follow-up communication in the 5 days since my unpleasant visit After searching for over a year and a half for a Class A RV, we found a suitable used Winnebago Journey DP at Whitehorse RV Center. During inspection, I noticed that 1 leveling jack did not retract fully. This was a safety and drivability issue. After being assured that this problem would be addressed, we left a deposit in late April and returned several days later for a test drive which went well enough. We set a pickup-up date in mid-May. Whitehorse did not look at the leveler until 4 days before the pickup date and determined a part was needed. So we cancelled the first date. Then a week later, another part was needed. My Wife and I took several leaps of faith with the additional delays for what was originally characterized as a simple problem by WH RV staff. On May 20, we were told the RV would ready by May 28 so we scheduled Wed, Jun 2 for pickup (2 weeks later). On Jun 2, we arrived with full payment in hand, we each took a PTO day from work, and I had a friend from PA join me as my copilot due to my inexperience. After a fast paced walkthrough, I requested a demonstration of the leveler jacks; they did not work at all; no extension and no retraction. So to be clear, the technician caused a leveling system that was 88% operational to be completely non-operational, and never tested it in the week before our scheduled "big day". Had someone followed-up and informed us, we would have rescheduled. Clearly this was a failure to communicate on their part. After some hasty, incomplete and highly speculative diagnosis, it was conjectured another special part was needed, causing another multi-week delay. After reflecting on this particular instance of ineptitude, the wasted PTO, repeated travel back and forth, and other issues, we lost confidence in their ability to deliver honestly and on a timely basis and decided to walk away. At no time before we left WH RV Center were we approached by any manager, salesman or authoritative person to entice us to reconsider or even apologize for this debacle even though we gave ample opportunity and time to be approached. Between the incompetent technical staff who rendered a partially operational subsystem into a completely non-functional one, our disingenuous salesman, the absentee management, and lack of interdepartmental communication, I cannot understand how a business can treat customers like this. My wife and I are people of modest means and this was a really big deal and a lot of money for us. Coordinated PTO days are not easy to schedule. Our time meant nothing to these people. It was like they tanked the jack demonstration on purpose so we would ultimately be fed up and bailout so they could sell it to someone else for better terms. read more

I went to look at a used RV. It was on consignment and had been posted only a couple days on RVT.com. After a careful inspection by myself, I noted 5 or so issues: some water damage, corroded propane tank, broken solar panel. One issue in particular with which I was familiar was the that the model and year refrigerator installed had a known issue where it could catch fire while running on propane and potentially incinerate the entire coach. I inquired about this issue along with the others and was told that if I left a $300.00 REFUNDABLE Deposit they would have their technicians spend 9-10 hours going over the the entire RV. WRT the REFUNDABLE deposit, there is no such thing; I fell victim to that scam years earlier at a car dealership years earlier. Bring a lawyer with you before signing that credit card charge. The other thing I didn't understand is why I need cough up $300.00 for them to evaluate the RV. If I hadn't had identified the problems, there would be no effort on their part. I also asked if the price was negotiable and told no; they fix the price (arbitrarily) and that is it. It sounds un-American to me to be denied the right to negotiate a better price in good faith. I also don't understand why they would not negotiate the price on a unit on consignment because their cut is a percentage which does decrease with a lower price, but does not really cut into their margin directly. read more

I've been going to RV shows for the past 25 years, I consider myself a professional RVer, I've had numerous motorhomes and travel trailers,With that being said at the last RV show in Edison on (1/19/19) I was looking on Whitehorse RV Centers Pre owned sales board and saw a nice preowned 2015 Thor Freedom Elite, and me and my wife expressed Great interest, I had told the salesman we went by camping world and saw a beautiful Thor on sale, so at the advice from This Salesman from White horse saying not to buy from CAMPING WORLD we came back 3 times to speak to the salesman and said he would get me some numbers on Monday 1/21/19 I Also I filled Out the online trade evaluation application as he asked me to, and i got a terrible response from that anyway, I Called the salesman, And he had told me that there was a deposit on it but it my fall through being that the new owners want to convert it into a Mobile store or something like that, in any event I then expressed great interest in a New Jayco Redhawks SE 22A I was told again he would get all the numbers and let me know where I stand well here it is today 1/30/19 As I write this review and I've never heard from them since , so in my opinion this is definitely a place I would NOT want to do business with, Nor would I ever recommend it to anybody, I think They should stop going to RV shows it's definitely not for them!!! P.S. and I don't only blame the salesman I blame the management for not asking for a follow up on a potential sale that they lost!! David Tomkinson 2 reviews a day ago NEW This is our second camper thru Whitehorse RV in Galloway. Their salesman Billy Ray is very nice And very nice to deal with . My only complaint is their service department is definitely not what it once was . I had occasion to use the service department both once before and in November. After sitting for a month I was told that several items I needed addressed were found to be without issues. Since buying our 2022 2970rl in June of 2022 we had found that the cable had static in the picture quality . Numerous campgrounds we had visited all had the same issue . Both televisions were not right . I told the service Dept that when I connected straight into the campgrounds cable box the picture quality was great , without issues. To me this means the problem is with the campers cable or connectors. Simple problem . The service tech advised me he did not have any meter but hooked a DVR to the cable and there is no problem found . Several other issues were not addressed . We did get an awning recall check done . When I brought the unit home and found that the cable connections were loose behind the living room television which has a splitter box . Apparently the tech never checked or even looked at the cable connections . I know I can't really fault the RV dealer for a bad technician. Every dealership I'm sure has an employee who does not do his / her job correctly. I will use a mobile tech in our area for the other issues that were not corrected. One issue was a bulging outside corner molding around the cap. The service Dept advised me that this is a norm with Grand Design units and they had other units with the same issue . Obviously not happy with the tech and his print out report . I brought the unit home and upon opening up found that the unit was filthy with small leaves and dirt . Unacceptable. This is not how we dropped it off . Giving a 3 scale to the service Dept is being gracious. Whitehorse needs to bring back their old tech , Jesse. He was an asset to the dealership. read more

The finance officer was excellent in her knowledge and customer service, sales was so so, mainly after me logging down the VIN number of the RV to check for recalls (yes there was a safety recall for that model) the sales person told me there was not a recall this was in July 2020. Today Oct. 2020 I received call from the same salesman and had to remind him of our 2 hour trip to the dealership and point out to a specific event and he remember that visit and conversation about not being honest on the recall to make a sale. My 30 year military service of honor put a stain on this dealership because of that. The recall was about the slide out cause slide during transporting the RV while driving, a major problem (Dynamax 3 model). Purchased a 2017 Jayco Octane left over back in July 2018 from White Horse RV and dealing with sales was a good experience. Found out what my wants were and matched me up quickly without the high pressure sales. After 1 use I found numerous issues with the camper that required warranty work. I dropped off at their service department had the camper back in less than 1 week repaired as new. Only gave them 4 stars as I feel we should not have initially received the camper with the issues I found but they made good on them. read more

We had a terrible experience with White Horse and just how awful becomes more apparent every time we come to our camper. We purchased a 2017 Jayco Bungalow in September 2021. Our salesman spent more interested in explaining pickleball than going through the camper. We drove 3 hours to come and look at the camper. When I asked about how dirty it was he made fun and belittled my concerns until I felt foolish for asking. Literally rolling his eyes at me stating "of course we would clean it, you are looking at a used unit what do you expect, We aren't going to clean it until its prepped for delivery"...ok, sorry. We paid cash, and made arrangements to again travel 3 hours to sign papers. Salesman doesn't even acknowledge we are there to finalize his commissioned sale and go through the camper. okee dokee - we will live without another pickleball lesson anyhoo. So we sign and are asked to sign a form stating we will transfer the title within 20 day of delivery. No problem, they installed the tank heaters we paid for (so we thought), and we leave for the drive back home. Camper arrives several weeks later - no title. No title for MONTHS, come to find out the camper was a consignment - we were never told. Maybe not a big deal but we should have been told. Fast forward to opening week. This week actually. We are in the camper just a few days and the smell of black water is overwhelming - fun, right? Investigating we find the black tank is literally falling out of the camper - it is barely 1/3 left in the bracket. In addition, the tank heaters we paid to have hooked up are hanging wires - never actually connected. STAY AWAY - go anywhere but here. You will be disrespected and lied to read more

RJ was our salesman. He was fantastic and helped me purchase my RV through emails and phone calls. No dealerships near us had the camper we wanted and Whitehorse did. When we drove up from Maryland to purchase it, all the paperwork was ready, the service guy that walked us through the new camper was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The service dept did a great job installing our 5th wheel hitch. Amanda in the warranty dept was very helpful when our window broke 2 weeks after buying it. She explained everything so I could understand it. She helped me find a dealership that was closer to our house so that we could get it repaired (Whitehorse is 4 hrs away). I purchased my 5th wheel from here a few years ago, it was recently totaled. I had full replacement coverage on my insurance and they assisted me in getting a new unit, they didn't get it from White horse because they were too expensive. Not in my control. Regardless it was an insurance replacement. I needed to get some minor items corrected under warranty for the new unit. I was told since the insurance company didn't buy the replacement from them they wouldn't work on the unit! Really! I was told by their service manager that Jayco will not pay them the same amount for warranty work done on units not purchased there... I called Jayco. Of course this isn't true. Jayco pays the same to everyone for all warranty work, period. Jayco apologized and said they do not control the dealers. I understand that. They did refer me to a service center that will come to me and will work with Jayco for warranty work and payment. So I am very happy with Jayco. Steer clear of White horse, they have no interest in maintaining their customer base. read more

This place is run by some very shady and dishonest people. I would acquaint them with the sketchy used car salesman stereotype from the 80s. They try to squeeze as much money it if you as they can, while simultaneously trying to pay out as little as possible to hold up their end of the deal (i.e., providing the client with a decent RV). We worked with a salesman named Rick who seemed nice at the time, but was really just taking us for a ride. We bought a used RV from here in July 2016, and it was our first time, so they really took advantage of us. We took it on one trip to North Carolina, and when we got home, the brakes were acting up. It wasn't even driveable after a single trip...they brought it in for service only to tell us that most of the brake lines had gone bad. How was this possible when it allegedly had a "certified 30-point inspection" immediately prior to purchase? I did some research, and brake lines appear to go bad over time, meaning this was not a brand new issue, and they sold a "certified" vehicle with significant damage. We and most of our family could have been killed due to their negligence/dishonesty. We brought it in for warranty repair for the braking issue as well as a bunch of other things that went wrong on the first trip, and they then proceeded to take 4 weeks to fix the RV, even though we told them we had an upcoming trip planned. The RV we purchased was also leaning about 3" to the right. Again, we should have more thoroughly inspected it before purchasing, but we really had no idea what to look for, and they had it on jacks when we inspected it, so the leaning was not noticeable. We assumed that when paying $55k for something, the salespeople would not be trying to get away with selling RVs with damages. We were wrong. There was a suspension issue that cost us $3,500, all because we decided to trust these people. We also recently learned that class A RV tires are not supposed to be driven on after a max of 7 years. At the time of purchase, our RV was 9 years old. We checked the tread on the tires and assumed that were okay, not knowing that they age out instead of wearing out. A new set of tires is close to $3k, which we also had to shell out. In addition, we purchased an extended warranty with our RV. We made it clear that we wanted the best possible package because it would save us money in the long run. We bought the warranty for $4k, only to find out from the first shop that we took it to for repair that White Horse actually sold us a lower package than we requested. Instead of selling us the best, as we asked, they sold us a mid-tier package. The service shop we worked with said that RV sales companies make a higher commission off of selling the lower-tiered packages, since the warranty companies have less items to cover with a lower package. Essentially, we were ripped off by their dishonesty. We thought that we had the highest package which would cover things that went wrong but we had a lower package that only covers a few specific things. This has cost us even more thousands of dollars in repairs that we thought would be covered. I would suggest finding a different dealership to buy from, perhaps one that is not interested in trying to sell damaged motorhomes to people who do not know better. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies. read more

Terrible rude customer service... had issues from day one with our brand new $50,000 Jayco! incompetent employees...from day one, the locks were broke and it took 10 months to get a new one but only after calling countless times and sending my husband to pick it up and install himself..... fast forward to now, less then a year old trailer, it's been 5 weeks without hot water because the mixing valve went on our hot water heater. We were lied to and told they ordered the part 5 weeks ago only to find out that it was ordered a week ago. Again, countless phone calls with no call backs, and the "ill check on that and get back to you" BS with again, no return call! Now that the part finally was ordered and arrived, I'm being told that they can not send someone out on a weekend to fix it when my husband is there and off from work... I have to drive 2 hours with a disabled child to be there to let service in.... you think they would make an exception and send someone being that they screwed up here? nope! They do not care about their customers and the level of curiosity in addition to the rude attitude from Sue in the service Dept. and management proves this! They do not deserve even one star but unfortunately you can't choose O.... whithorse RV needs to remove the claim from their website that they pride themselves in customer satisfaction, once they get your money, they are finished with you! read more

We went there 45 min before closing today. We were looking to spend good money on a fith wheel and thy told us straight out oh we are closing early because it's hot!!! Really !!!!! It's summer ! Summer is hot! I will not spend my money there !! They obviously didn't want to make any money. I walked off mad and my husband was pissed after I told him they didn't close for 45 min. In March of 2016 I purchased a 2013 Wildwood 261bhxl from White Horse. They stated that prior to me picking up the RV it would go through an 8 hour inspection and any issues would either be corrected and or I would be notified prior to the purchase. I had to then wait until mid-April to get the RV inspected in PA because they messed up my tags for the RV. When I took the RV to the shop for inspection I was told that the four wheel bearing seals were shot and was beginning to throw grease on the breaks and would not pass inspection until fixed. I was shocked since this is the first time the RV was out since bringing it home and White Horse "inspected" it prior to pick up. Then in mid-May while camping for the first time in the RV I discovered the AC doesn't work. When I called Whitehorse and described the issues I was told that the RV was sold as is and everything worked and was safe when they inspected it in March and that I must have done something to the camper. I was not expecting them to drop everything and race over to my driveway to resolve the issues. At a minimum I would have expected an apology for the issues and ask me to bring it in to look at the AC and let me know what the problem was. I just took the camper to a local RV dealer only a few miles from my house to get the AC looked at and they said that the installer didn't correctly tape the unit and it was freezing up. The best part was even though I didn't purchase the camper at this smaller RV dealer they fixed it for no charge. Guess who just got a customer for life? read more
