    The tire wasnt  bc replaced their lazy asses threw it in the trunk

    Update the tire they didn't replace burst already shaking my head ....i also was charged a mount a balance fee so id like that refunded as well as the 48 dollar i had to pay at my local tire shop to hsve the tire mouted and balanced im assuming i will never receive this but have reached out to insurance and my adjuster to complain about this terrible business encounter

    I chose this shop because a) I bought the car from Atl Toyota, b) the shop is Toyota certified, and c) it was a State Farm Select facility. This location is 60 miles (over 1 hour) from my home, but since the car was nearly brand new I wanted to ensure it was properly repaired to like new condition. However after 4 weeks and 3 visits (360 miles!) it still has obvious defects. Also I found out that the facility stopped being a State Farm Select shop while my car was in process which caused me to have issues with State Farm. I was told that I would have to speak with the shop manager who was not there at the time I picked my car up and did not return my VM or email on either of the following days. I spent 3 hours on the phone negotiating with State Farm to arrange another body shop to fix the improper repairs. I have always received great service from Atl Toyota when I bought cars there which is why I am willing to drive so far. I thought that this experience would extend to the body shop as well and hoped that they would help make a bad situation (my car getting hit by a possibly uninsured driver while on my first vacation in over a year!) better. It did start off as such, but after unsatisfactory repairs it has done nothing but add to the overwhelming stress of having my brand new car wrecked. Repair Quality Car was returned to me with scratch in newly painted bumper, overspray in door jambs, and rocker panel/fender lines not aligned. Kept car additional 4 days and the rocker panel/fender still not aligned. Was told they "did their best" and it's "as good as it can get". So far the manager has not returned my call/email and United/Atl Toyota has not offered me any other solution.

    This is a joke, look at the unbuff portion at the bottom of the reflector. "Certified" shop for you here.

    Update: After 30mins of posting this review, I was contacted by the General Manager named Jeff Brown. He advised that he saw the review and would like to see if I wanted to do a one-on-one walk-though with him. I said there's no need since the other manager did the same thing with me and should already know what I am looking for. I advised him that it's already after 5pm and I haven't receive a call to pick up my car and that I needed a car for work tomorrow. He then went and checked on the status of it right away. He called me back and told me to come and he will personally wait after hours to see if I am satisfy. I went there roughly 6pm and checked the car, most of the issues were resolved. The hood and rear passenger light however still has a gap which wasn't up to par with my expectation. I mean, as a car enthusiast and if you put money into your car, you expect the repair especially from a shop like United to put the car back to where it was. While I was there the second time, I met Gabe and he seemed very knowledgeable and asked me to bring back the car on Saturday so he can fix the gap. Overall, I didn't expect this review had such an impact. I just wanted to let people know about this place and hopefully United can up the professionalism a little bit. The second encounter however was a lot more satisfying which should have been from the beginning. The GM was very professional in handling the situation, after he saw the review. Based on that, I will fix the rating from the one star I gave. Initial review: Heard this is a BMW certified shop so I had them repaired my e60 BMW with front and rear impacts. The car was at the shop for almost 2 weeks. Keep in mind, the car airbags weren't deployed and it was never in an accident. On 3/2/15, the day they called me to come pick up the car. Because I was rushing, I came and I picked up the car without really paying attention to all the details (worse mistake ever) except for the most noticeable thing, the chrome front grill which they said initially I can get the blacked out one bc it was on my car along with all the m-tech kits Also beware if you had any parts put on which isn't part of your car initial purchase with the car where they show up when they pull the Vin they will not cover it even the accident is not my fault. Well I went home, pulled it in the garage and finally did a thorough inspection on it to see all the details. The first thing I noticed right away under bright light was the front right lower part of bumper at the reflector, was not even buffed. It looked like flat black plastic. The edge of the hood where the windshield wipers are was scraped showing white paint, and this is not wax bc it was very rough and doesn't come off. Front hood can't close easily and not even aligned with F bumper and fenders. Driver side front fender had swirls right at where it meets the hood that made paint all dull. Rear trunk had a gap on the right side where it meets the lower rear bumper. Never had an auto shop that did this grade of work before especially a certified BMW spot. On 3/3/15 the following day, I took off work and took the car back to the shop before they didn't agree to take it back and asked to talk to the manager. A guy named Will Taylor came out and said he's the manager and willing to hear me out and said will tried to fix everything. But it seems like he is condoning this type of work. He said everyone has there off days and asked me "do you create or do perfect work everyday and all the time at work?" I was thinking, this is a certified BMW shop, shouldn't quality control people caught this? How you gonna ask me these type of questions when your employee didn't even do a good job. It's a team effort, not one person job. There's painters, people that put the parts together, and quality control people. Don't tell me people have off days. That's not gonna make the "certified" to the shop name. Well enough of the venting and review for this location. Not a very certified place in my honest opinion. I don't write reviews a lot but I do in this case because this is ridiculous and I want people to really know. I'm still waiting for them to call me back on the status of a second repair/quality check as I'm writing this. Hopefully it turns out the way I want it. Final remarks, don't take it here because you hear it is a certified place. If you come pick up the car, try to pick it up on a sunny daytime time. They had me picked up the car at 5:30pm. Do not return a rental if the car isn't to your preference or satisfy with the repair. The work was like taking your to a local random shop to let them put the parts together. Only because the car had a lot of sensors that's was another reason why I took it here. If not, I think a known local shop could had done better job. Charges $7k for this type of work. Waste my time!!! Will try to post back on the second review

I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. I could not be more pleased with how easy H&A made the entire process. Thank you so very much. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, this is who you need to call.

Well....Kimberly White noticed the crack and it has just gotten bigger and bigger until it was all the way across the windshield. I had to do something. This is going to be a commercial! I saved a lot of money, time and hassle today because of a spam phone call this morning. I'm not kidding! So.....I get this spam phone call and called Stephen White to talk to him about it. I casually mentioned I was getting my windshield fixed tomorrow in Lilburn at Safelite and it was going to be around $1,000 (insurance wouldn't cover it). My appointment was at 1:00, (3 hours minimum) and they couldn't promise it would be $1k, might be more, depending on what they ended up having to do. Stephen said, MOM...they are the most expensive place! Did you call around for estimates?" Well, I had just asked a few people and they all said Safelite. If you know me, you will have a hard time believing I didn't call around. I squeeze a dime until it screams - but this time I didn't. I googled and found a company in Grayson that had all 5 stars with many reviewers. I called and spoke to Jonathan (who I found out later was the owner). He quoted less than half the price Safelite quoted AND THEY WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE!!! OK, now I'm listening. I want you to know he was at my house a couple of hours later, installed the windshield, calibrated it (Toyota's have to be calibrated with a windshield change), cleaned my dashboard and sat with me to explain everything he did. This is a family-owned business. Nicest man you will ever meet. I am so thankful for him and all the events that led up to this! Honest, amazing work and fun to talk to!     I needed the windshield replaced on my Dodge Charger. This would be my second windshield in a year,…read morethanks to another rock tossed by a truck. The first time I had my local dealer do the replacement, as it was convenient since I was having other work done as well. This time, I just needed a windshield, so I decided to shop around. All body shops always farm out windshields anyways to companies that specialize in glass replacement. My dealer had charged my $330. All my friends said to go with Safelite so I requested a quote and got $275. I went looking further and found AGA. They gave me a quote over the phone of $199! I was skeptical, but immediately set up an appointment. The tech came on time the next day, keeping me informed of his approximate ETA. The windshield was not the same brand that is used by Dodge as OEM, but who cares? It was actually better, b/c it comes tinted on the top, saving me the trouble of having to go to a separate tinting place later. As long as you can live with a small QR code in the bottom corner, than it's fine. It took only about an hour, and the job was done professionally. The best part of AGA is that they come to you. Most body shops require you to leave the car for a day. Probably it's b/c the silicone takes a day to fully harden and cure, and they don't want you ruining the work. I was told to leave the windows cracked so that the internal air pressure would not damage the seal when closing the door. That was a minor inconvenience compared to the major inconvenience of having to be without my car for a day. Plus, it saves me the time and gas of having to drive to their shop. All in, AGA did a fantastic job, saved me a heap of trouble by coming to me, and all for a price that could not be beat. Obviously, I hope to never need their services again, but should the worst happen, I will not hesitate to call AGA.

He freely shares anything you need to know about the process and his communication whether it is via text, videos, emails or phone calls sets a very high bar. I recently visited to inquire about getting my new 2024 Kia Telluride ceramic coated and decided on the top-level 9-year Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra product with a basic level paint correction. The shop had a special on window coatings so I added that for a small additional fee. During the application process, Preston contacted me to share a rare challenge they sometimes have with Black vehicles the 9-year coating was not working as expected and they would need to use the 5-year Crystal Serum Light but would also add a second level coating of EXOV4Uitra Durable Hydrophobic Coating to create the best coating, protection and shine possible given the circumstances. Like I told Preston, I was disappointed that could not get the 9-year coating and yet I appreciated his explaining a few times so I could understand what was happening and I appreciated working with me to make appropriate adjustments even though the shop encountered extra labor on the second coat. The real story here is the team at EZ Auto Spa does an awesome job and treats customers fairly and in turn they earned my trust that I got the best product possible for my vehicle given the challenges they encountered. At the end of the day when purchasing a product like this, trust goes a long way and that's why Preston and EZ Auto Spa earned 5 stars from me.

Everyone here is super professional, extremely welcoming, honest and upfront, just all around amazing individuals, which I am not used to, usually places I have frequented only have one of those attributes, but it's an astronomically impressive feat to have ALL. Firstly, the communication they have with their customers and potential clients who may just have questions, is SUPERB! My sister's car door scraped the side of mine, and it had some ugly scrapes that were clearly visible since my car is unfortunately white and shows everything, and I'm hoping to trade it in soon, so this was not something I wanted to deal with but I needed help ASAP. My sister spoke with Preston, whom was AMAZING and supremely helpful; she had called numerous places before this one, but EZ Auto Spa caught our attention with their exceptional customer care and expert communication, without being a shred of vague or condescending, which we have experienced both of at other companies.
