They used a satin finish that didn't match the finish of my other wheels. The tech actually claimed he "matched the center cap," which is a different material and color than the wheel face, and told me the paint "needed time in the sun" to change texture. Safety Issue: After the second attempt, the paint chipped immediately, causing a leaky tire. When I called to report this, the receptionist said chipping paint wouldn't cause a leak, which isn't accurate when the chip is on the bead seat. Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I eventually had to call corporate just to get the GM Sal's number to get any movement. The Interaction: When I finally went in for a refund, I ended up speaking directly to Sylvester. He claimed he never called me back because he was "working nights," even though the staff had confirmed he was on-site during the day when I originally called. I accepted the refund because I no longer trust this shop's honesty or technical ability. If you have a high-end vehicle or aftermarket wheels, save yourself the headache and go to a specialist who actually knows what they are doing.

** PLEASE RUN FROM THIS PLACE - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE **…read more I went to *Classic Collision* for a repair recommended by my insurance company, and it was a complete nightmare from the start. As soon as they realized I was coming through insurance, they shoved paperwork at me to sign with zero explanation just, "sign here." The service advisor, STEPHEN BRYANT, was incredibly unprofessional and seemed more interested in chasing commission than helping me. He tried to blame my car's issue on a previous accident, which was completely false. I received an estimate, and minutes later when I called to say I wasn't moving forward with the repair, he claimed the job was already "almost done." What?? That made no sense clearly a tactic to lock in payment. It gets worse: they quoted the insurance to replace my bumper, but instead reused my old bumper, just to collect the payout. I was ultimately charged over $600 for NOTHING. When I tried to get my car back, they said I'd have to pay $200 just to remove and reattach parts they barely worked on. After all the arguing, I still had to pay $329 for this shop to do basically nothing to my vehicle. The whole experience was dishonest, greedy, and insulting. And yes Stephen Bryant's behavior felt discriminatory and outright racist. **Avoid this place at all costs.** Unprofessional, misleading, and unethical.

Discount Tire provides anything but "discount" service. They have yet to let me down. My relationship experience with them is now over ten yrs. old and I have no plans of shopping anywhere else for my tires. Thank you for always offering great selections, at fair prices, with excellent service. I will remain a loyal customer and I highly recommend you to family, friends, and associates.

Some things to be concerned about at this location is they drop the ball sometimes. So even if you have a reservation, make sure that your time is honored. They've let my vehicle sit while servicing other customers that have come in after me. I've been a customer here for a while. Also, if you complete a transaction over the phone, please be advised that they sometimes complete said transactions over speakerphone (exposing sensitive credit card information to people in the lobby). More good: they honor price matching at this location, so be sure to shop around and get the best bang for your buck. Plenty of parking at this location. Restroom available for both men and women. No snacks or water visible.
