The waiting room is comfortable and adequate. I've never spent much time in the waiting room because he and his staff are pretty good about staying on schedule. Patients receive a massage from one of Dr. John's massage therapists prior to meeting with him for an adjustment. I once hated massages, but he and his therapists have made me a believer. When you meet with Dr. John for the first time, he thoroughly discusses everything with you -- what hurts, when it hurts, what you've done for treatment prior to seeing him, etc. and develops a plan with you. He's not overly aggressive in his treatment. If something doesn't move, he won't try to force it. He is a genuinely nice person who is trustworthy.
