This review is a little long but if you've been dealing with chronic muscle tightness, mobility…read moreissues or just can't figure out what the hell is going on with your body, go see Dave or Kelli. I worked with Dave on both PT and their Softwave therapy and somehow wiped away 10+ years of injuries (hamstring pulls, multiple rotator cuff/neck injuries, and a ton of others). I cannot speak highly enough about Active Life because their approach is what PT should be- a partnership to help figure out what's going on and get you on a path to where you want to be. The Softwave machine was a game changer for me, as I have had a ton of deep muscle pulls and soft tissue injuries from sports over the years that never healed properly so it was always really tough for me to get back into shape. I was amazed how the Softwave therapy hit exactly where these issues were, and in some cases felt immediate relief. I could feel the decompression of certain areas and even felt 'lighter' after sessions. For me, the biggest benefit was giving me the confidence to get back into exercising. It felt like I was always taking one step forward and two steps back until I started working with Dave. The Softwave machine coupled with his expertise in PT really helped me build a foundation that I could take with me. Active Life gets my highest recommendation and I hope they help you as much as they helped me.

Went to her last year for help with longstanding shoulder pain and other issues from 2 previous…read moresurgeies (done by a different surgeon). The first visit, as soon as she walked in she asked what was going on,as soon as I started talking she looked at her watch and the the door. The whole time I was talking she kept looking at her watch and the door as if she was in a rush. She had me get an MRI and x-rays plus PT (the usual things). As soon as I walked out the soor, she was half way down the hall in the other direction before I got to the schedulers desk. I went back a few months later and it was the same rushed appointment except that she told me everything that she wouldn't do and I had to live with the pain. She also put in my records that I had a procedure done (which was true) but for the wrong reason, it was to rule out heart issues and confirm it was the shoulder. Just came back from a different doctor and he gave me a cortisone shot and a few options to relieve the pain and correct some issues that were obvious from the MRI and x-rays. If you have a complicated injury or an injury that requires that the doctor actually listen and pay attention, find someone else.

I have to mention that from the day after surgery I never felt any pain. I began rehab about 2 weeks after surgery and within 8 weeks had full mobility of my shoulder and I literally mean I never had a day of pain. I previously spent the entire year without being able to lift my arm above my waist. I spent an overnight at Cooper hospital when surgery was performed. Dr Fedorka said I had a lot of arthritis in my shoulder which she eliminated and a new joint was put it. She said I was "good to go". She was right! i highly recommend her and the Cooper staff as well.

I really do thank God that ten biocharger sessions healed a long-standing health problem - had been ongoing for at least 7 years. (Standard medicine offered no help.) His staff - Reggie, Jackie, LaKeisha and others - at the center are wonderful, very patiently working with me on finding and implementing the right rubric and always keeping things upbeat! Insurance didn't cover the cost, but I found the cost to be quite reasonable and the treatments were definitely effective. I would return if a need arose, and, of course, also highly recommend this to anyone. Blessings!

We were checked in and completed questionnaires on our health. Wallie was very informative and showed us around. She took us to our rooms and gave us detailed instructions on what to do and took our vitals. You are provided a robe, socks and slippers. We started with the cryotherapy for 3 mins (you can wear underwear but no wires). Once inside the machine you take off your robe and put on gloves. The cryotherapy although cold is a different pleasant experience; the only way to describe it is if you went outside naked in the snow without the snow touching you (weird lol). We were then escorted to our float pod rooms. You should shower and shampoo your hair before entering. The door locks for privacy. You can either go nude or wear a bathing suit. There is a color changing light inside the pod, light button, panic button, wash cloth, water bottle (in case you get salt in your eye or face) and a neck pillow. I enjoyed that you are in your own space and on your own time. Once you get in the pod and close the lid you can just relax.... I swam for a bit and moved different body parts. It's amazing how you automatically float (for those afraid of draining).... the time flies by. Once you are signaled to get out you will shower and shampoo/ condition your hair. We will be returning and I recommend this beautiful gem of a place. P.S. they offer several other services and prices are affordable..

I just wanna say I found the right doctor with 3D PT, Doctor Allison Korn, aka Doc. I cannot express how thankful I am to have even met her. The care I've recieved was top notch. That i dont think I can ever see another doctor in this field. Doctor Allison will give you the playbook for success. Doctor Allison has taught me so much not only phsically but mentally. Over the some odd 100 visits I had I've learned how to take care of my body to manage sciatica, radiculopathy, and disc problems. I've also learned a lot about hope and looking forward to the future. With 3DPT I've found my "spunk" again. I found my love for coffee again . And now I found love with motorsports. I honestly believe without Doc and 3D PT I would not be ME again. And for that I am forever greatful. Thank you Doctor Allison Korn. I dedicate my next race to 3D PT! I strongly recommend 3D PT to anyone in search of physical therapist. Without a doubt will you recieve the same top notch care as I have. Every day. Rain, shine, or snow (Doctor Allison literally opened the office under multiple inches of snow, while still snowing.)

I also saw Christina, another therapist when Elena was booked on a particular day and she was just as amazing. This place is wonderful with wonderful people who always make you feel good that you are in their care. I would go back in a second if need be! You can't go wrong with anyone there!!
