It's gorgeous in person & it's completely remodeled from the previous years. Updated touch screen, panoramic moon roof, heads up display, wireless charging, heated front seats, parking assist, heated steering, & remote start all included in the base model! I test drove the melting silver III metallic with Vescin Vintage Brown interior (favored style) & the iconic package. With the new remodeling, the car is much bigger now and comparable to the BMW X1. More overhead space & back seat can comfortable fit passengers. My favorite part about this car during the test drive was the GO KART MODE! It's basically their sport mode & man did it feel nice! Also, if you're a current/former BMW owner, ask about loyalty credits! Up to $1000 loyalty credit can be used towards a MINI or BMW. If car is totaled, I believe as long as it has been less than a year, you can still get loyalty credit. I went to two other mechanics, who both said most of the work was either not necessary or up-charged. For example, Morrison charges $54 to air filter replacement labor; my new mechanic doesn't even charge for it because it takes 1 minute. I was also charged for $800 for rear brake service (even though my breaks were brand new). I'm very careful with writing a one star review. Maybe Morrison does great work, but they try to push you to do unnecessary work and charge extremely high prices.

After dropping my car off, I received an electronic invoice with a cost estimate and detail of services. You have to electronically accept or decline the services on the invoice before they start working on the car. This is super helpful and transparent. While inspecting my car during the oil change, they discovered my car needed additional work. They sent an updated invoice with the estimated cost and details of the recommended additional work, as well as pictures. Same thing, you have to accept or decline before they proceed.
