Chừng 02 giờ sau cn đau giảm dần,04 giờ giảm dần, 06 tiếng đồng hồ sau bắt đầu to mồn to mép lại, mặc dù đi lại vẫn khập khiễng và hi đau): À quên vụ quan trọng này nữa, trong khi email qua lại, mình thì vô tình, còn B/S rộng lợng bao la hay sao đó cũng chẳng nhắc đến Tiền Khám bệnh. This is an update from my 5 star review in 2022. Go find a new doctor. I need to find a new doctor. Don't get me wrong; this doctor has helped with my medical care. But I think most negative reviews are due to the office staff. The front staff and billing team will try making you pay more. The billing staff called me saying I owed them another doctor's visit; they said I visited them twice, and I didn't pay for the early Oct2024 visit. I had to do their job and tell them to check with the front staff that I ONLY had one visit in late Oct2024, and I paid cash to the front staff. They gave the excuse that there was some IT error with the billing. Make sure you keep notes when you paid because they will scam you into paying more. I feel bad if they scam the elderly patients. I even requested to speak to the doctor to talk about their screwup so it doesn't happen to me again or any patient. But the woman said that I needed to make another office appointment to even talk to the doctor! What a joke. The doctor can't even spare five minutes to call me to apologize for her staff's mistake, or say how they will fix/improve things. No callback ever since. The first time they scammed me into paying more was when I emailed them showing a rash on my arm just asking to refill a current rash cream prescription. They said this requires a specialist to look at. So in the end I paid hundreds of bucks to see a specialist, and the primary care doctor wanted me to pay them for a "doctor's visit." read more

Office was clean and staff seemed on top of things. The nurse was polite and kept things moving. I liked that the doctor didn't rush through the appointment and made space for questions. They went through my history and offered a few suggestions for some ongoing issues I brought up. Felt like they were paying attention instead of just going through a list. Not the most talkative but still thorough. I think I'll continue coming here for regular visits. read more

I found the doctor to be dishonest and ignorant. She claimed Wegovey wasn't covered in Santa Clara County which is completely untrue. She also made other claims that went completely against the directions printed on the medication bottle and that was given by my previous physician. They have the odd practice of having the patient stand at the front counter while they conclude the medical visit, out loud in front of everyone in the waiting room. Talk about a HIPA violation. I was made to wait for over an hour past my appointment time the first visit and a half hour on the second. Clearly I found a different doctors office. The receptionist are snotty except for one young man who is very pleasant. read more

Dr. JoAnn is truly very nice. If you are needing help, she can definitely help you. I really enjoyed my visit with her. I was in immediate need of assistance, and her office was able to fit me in the day after I called. I had gone into her office since my eczema was flaring up terribly. She immediately understood that I really needed help. She recommended a great non-steroidal ointment to use on my facial eczema. And she gave me samples of the medication as well. Not going to lie, I love my free samples! At the end of my visit, she also recommended that I utilize the free check-up I get every year with my insurance plan. A huge benefit of going to Dr. JoAnn's is that the Garcia pharmacy is right across the street. So, that definitely saves some time in going to another pharmacy. read more

If I could, my rating would have been 3.5 stars. She is great. Easy to talk to, friendly, gives you advice without being condescending. I really feel comfortable with her as a Dr. The place? Not great. The waiting room is small and always full, and even with an appointment its at least 45 minutes before I see the Dr, because they take so many walk-ins. I guess it's nice to know that if I was sick and really needed to see her, she would accomodate me but it's rather annoying otherwise. read more

Dr Nguyen is an excellent and thorough general practitioner with a great "bedside manner." She was the first MD in years who encouraged me to get routine bloodwork done and was very helpful with a referral to a local OB/GYN that she knows personally. The nurse who drew my blood did a very good job. There is also a family owned pharmacy right across the street for any of your prescription needs. Important tip: bring cash for your co-pay! read more

don't come to this BS lady, so rude, I visited don't let me have questions, one time I visited, limited my question only 2 or 3 questions before I walk in to see this lady, when seeing her, talked to me couple minutes and she walked out. Office but no one picked up phone, this office just there for seniors who don't speak English and on medicaid. Secretarlies are rude as well, same boat I should say. I am the parent, my kids are younger than 15 of age, but don't let me ask questions, only force my kids to answer. Don't know what is wrong with this lady. If you was me you will never need to try on, waste of time. One time sent my lab test to friends or relatives, don't know and who knows, I got charged, never took care of the bill, I have to do myself even though my health insurance cover for that, but they don't care, they said they will do but never done correct way, I just kept receive bill over and over again. Finally I did, no more bill from that point. I have no star review for this office but can not do, minimum one star happy to them. read more

Sorry but you must have me confused with someone else because I have NEVER interacted with you, nor does anyone else from my family come to your practice besides my grandfather -- thank GOD. I was re-telling the experience in which my grandfather was the person who interacted with you, and I was sitting there watching intently. And why would I ever even bring my grandfather or anyone else in my family back to your clinic after that experience? Sorry, but you've mistaken me for someone else. But thanks for telling me about that situation because it seems as if you tend to have a lot of altercations with your patients...doesn't seem as if your patients are exactly "happy now." She is very friendly nice and knowledgeable I have called in the morning because I was sick and she always manages to squeeze me in if it's urgent much better than having to go to one of these big hospitals where you're just a number she treats you like a genuine person and cares about you the same way which is very refreshing to be treated like a person instead of just another check from insurance and she will give you her honest advice I also like that she's not a drug Pusher where a lot of doctors are paid from pharmaceutical companies to have you take their drug and the doctors get promotions or this for selling their particular pharmaceutical product Joanne has never ever offered me medication or pushes from type of medication on me and that's good because you know that she is doing job for the right reasons and she's not only about money he genuinely cares about people and their well-being sometimes she'll tell you or you don't want to hear but it's because you need to hear it cuz sometimes the truth hurts I think that's the best thing you could ask her a doctor I would recommend her to my friends and family. read more
