Walking around to the different shops has a shaded covering. There are bathrooms that are air-conditioned. And maintained. Every single one of these stores is dog friendly. The employee was shorter in stature and was working the sales floor at the time. He made direct eye contact with me, but instead of acknowledging me or offering assistance, he simply turned and walked away. I hope management can review who was working in that area around 5:00 PM and address the importance of basic customer service. I was ready to make purchases in the store as a visitor to the area but left disappointed by the lack of assistance and unprofessionalism. The store is roughly sectioned: the front is all china and jewelry, then there is kids' toys, then in the middle of the store there are two shelves of books (found a couple first editions in very good condition), then old clothes that look like they're from an old lady's closet (LOL). Other stuff includes vanity mirrors, silverware, hats, dial phones, and tons of knick-knacks. There is an entire room in the back dedicated to just records!
