I waited 2.5 weeks and had to ask if they were in, which they were. I then drive to SLO to find out that it was the same size... So then they have to order the new size AGAIN and 2 weeks go by with me calling weekly to get an update when they keep replying that its backordered so they'll give me a call the next day, never do. Finally I call to just get a refund since its been 2 weeks with nothing, I then order it straight on Birkenstocks (it was in stock) and now its coming in 2 days.. However, this particular store was well organized. As I mentioned before, my son is growing really fast and pretty tall for his age. Aly not only pointed me to a collection of fashionable (keyword)pants that had an adjustable waistband, but she also suggested an appropriate size based on his height. Less than ten minutes later, I had selected a couple of items and was at the register ready to be rung up. To my delight, the items I selected were 40% off the tagged price (apparently I was so excited when I walked in that I failed to notice the huge 30%-50% off sale sign).
