Extremely unprofessional. We picked the flowers up for our wedding the day before and they were completely wrong. Doug didn't listen to anything we asked for and pretty much just did what he wanted to do. We paid a fair amount of money for what we got so clearly i called about the problem. He was very rude and told me that i should have just done it myself and should have never taken on my order in the first place. he was very disrespectful and inconsiderate when asked what he could do to fix it. he also told my fiancé good luck keeping me happy. ridiculous! read more

I have used this flower shop for years always great service and beautiful flowers . However today was the first time I was ever treated rude on the order - she clearly was to busy to be bothered and reminded me she was doing me a favor for taking my order. I ask her what she would suggest for my Oder I was told she was brain dead from being so busy she could not tell me . Then I said something about people I knew that worked there she basically told me well I am not as nice as she was. Anyway got off the phone she made me cry . This review is long over due. But I was at a funeral where Jockish furnished the blanket and it was so lovely that it reminded me that I had not written a review for funeral flowers that I ordered last September. First Jockish is easy to deal with as you can talk to a real person right away. I wanted a plant that would make a nice showing. They picked a beautiful peace plant. As it was from 3 cousins, I wanted three white roses added to the plant. It arrived in plenty of time for the beginning of the showing and all three of us were more than pleased. Jockish goes the extra step in their arrangements. The casket blanket that reminded me to make this review was covered with pink roses and they were so full and opened just right to make a lovely showing. Jockish has been around for a long time as I ordered from them when the office needed to send flowers and we were never disappointed. Give them a try and I'm sure you will be pleased too. read more

I have never, and will never do business with Jockish Flowers. They charged my account for someone else's past due balance!!! Not only that, when we brought it to their attention, my husband was told that a check would be mailed out the next day. It has been a week so I called to check on the status, and the check still has not been mailed out. Not only had the check not been mailed out as promised, no one called us to let us know the check had not been mailed out. The man I was speaking to informed me that it was not his problem. My husband ordered flowers on Thursday to be delivered on Friday AM. They were friendly and said it would not be a problem. Our credit card was charged Thursday evening. By Friday at 1:00 when we had not heard from them, he began calling, only to get a voicemail. He attempted several times to call, with continued no answers. He finally got through after 2:00, and they said yes the order was there, but they had "forgotten" about it. They offered to deliver on Monday. We asked for a refund instead, and they said they would do that. This was a "just because" bouquet, so really not a huge deal, but I would hate for this to happen for a more meaningful event. We have used them before and not had a problem, but we won't be back after this. read more

Their flowers are beautiful and fresh, their service timely and dependable, and their customer relations cannot be beat. Although they are incredible busy this time of year, they are friendly and helpful on the phone, never rushing the customer to make a decision. I feel as if I am their only customer as I order, and they take great pains to provide high quality in their flowers. Their prices are extremely reasonable too.
