I ordered the spicy tuna sandwich with no tomatoes. While waiting on my order, I happened to look up to see the young lady who took my order had put tomatoes on the sandwich. I said "no tomatoes" so she apologized and removed them to finish the sandwich. Once I got to my office to eat, not only was the bread toasted so hard like crisp crackers that I couldn't enjoy the sandwich, she also didn't scrape the remnants of tomatoes off or simply start fresh. Despite my going usually when I taking the train back to West Palm after a long work day, service wise is on the slow side.
