Not really sure why this place has a low rating but I had a great experience here. My friend and I actually tried to go to seasons cafe nearby and the line to order was extremely slow and not moving so we decided to walk further down the street to joe and the juice. The line to order here was very fast and they took little to no time to make our drinks. They seem very efficient here. I ordered the iced chai latte and honestly it was one of the best iced chai lattes I've ever had. They have a very extensive drink menu and food options as well. The inside was nice and clean. I cannot recall where I had learned about Joe & The Juice, but I remember hearing really great things about it. Finally years later, I make my way here and it was a huge disappointment. Maybe because I didn't get the namesake juice, o got an açaí bowl, and it was about as average as can be, but with an exorbitant price tag. It was a warm day, and after walking all afternoon, the idea of an açaí bowl sounded like perfection. Sadly the bowl was tiny and tasted like something I could've concocted on my own kitchen. The açaí was meh, the granola that topped the bowl was about as dull as say, a store brand granola mix. To top it off, the wooden spoon provided was a most unpleasant experience. The first bite I took, my lips touched the dry wood and as I pulled the spoon out of my mouth, my inner lip skin got caught on it and it made my flesh crawl. It was like nails on a chalkboard. I don't know if that makes sense, but that was my experience. The shop was busy the entire time we were there, so business must be good. There were many employees and it seemed like the whole operation was well run, it's just unfortunate that the açaí bowls were so overpriced and underwhelming, it just felt disappointing. The atmosphere was fine- it seems like there could be improvement to the seating options, and the music was at times odd to say the least. I swore I heard an obscure Bloodhound Gang song here that really had me scratching my head. The outside and inside is super cute, really inviting! The inside is nice and open which is perfect to hang for a bit here or even set up shop for the day and work on your computer :) They have everything from coffee, to smoothies, and small bites/ breakfast pastries! They had amazing coffee and everything we tried we loved, they also have multiple places through FL. Standout pastries were the banana bread and their croissants. We had to try both croissants and the almond one was fabulous. The blueberry muffin was also amazing! We also tried some of their juices and smoothies, they are freshly made right in front of you! Located right on Collins Avenue a block from the beach in Miami Beach. It definitely fits the area: relaxing, healthy, slightly beachy. There were a wide variety of customers: students hanging out studying, people in athleisure, business people in suits on their lunch break. It's definitely got a coffee shop vibe like you could hang out here all day. I got the Ironman, a juice with apple, kiwi, and strawberry. Very cool spot with great service and healthy food. I was at the Bass museum next door and came here for a meal on the way back to my hotel. The young guys who work here were great! Very friendly and they did a great job with the food and drinks. I was observing the guy who made my acai bowl and it was clear that he was taking his job very seriously. He paid a lot of attention to the presentation and took his time making it and it looked beautiful and tasted great. The green gains drink was yummy too. I downloaded the app and ordered on the app from my phone while sitting in the cafe. It only took ten minutes for my order to be ready. This location had a line when I walked in. They are very steadily busy. The crew is kind, make helpful suggestions if what you ordered is out of stock, and are working together very well to take care of each customer as quickly as they can! Good team work!! The place has a lot of low tables with chairs, high tables with stools, and benches against a wall with low tables. I like the poured concrete floor and the hanging Edison lightbulbs. The artwork is quirky and fun. They have a bright pink neon sign denoting App Pick Up. My almond croissant is pretty big, delightfully crusty and flaky with a delicious almond filling that is neither too sweet nor bland. My Matcha Lavender iced latte is good. Usually I am not a fan of matcha but my daughter likes it and I miss her. I am here in Miami alone. So, I ordered the Matcha Lavender because she probably would have. It was gorgeously prepared. I love the layers of purple, green and white (milk). It is not too sweet, nor medicinal tasting. Sometimes lavender can come across kind of medicinal tasting. The matcha was perfect too! Not that grassy. The ice was perfect. Not a massive amount, not just a little. I removed a star because while the team is busy, none of them have looked around to see that a few tables need to be cleaned. Patrons left a mess! The floors near my seat have a good amount of flakes from pastries. As I write this one of the team cleaned off one dirty table top. Does Miami allow dogs n leashes into eating establishments? We went here while we were waiting for Kith to open across the street. I don't know why but I always get the new person who doesn't know how to answer many questions. I wanted to make sure I got my points but didn't really want to store my cc own their system. The manager did come over and say that it can be done but we ended up using the app with the cc. I ordered a cold brew and my daughter got a muffin. I do like the vibe in the place- it's comfortable. It is clean (except for the ladies room which I did tell the manager and he was grateful). You can stay as long as you like. They have an area where you can do mobile pick up as well. They are very well known for their juices - of all kinds. Dont order from this place they have good juices but if you make an order they always forget things or make mistakes or don't secure the order. Few days ago I got a carrot cake in my order they swapped for Banana bread full of nuts my husband is allergic to nuts !!!! I'm glad i thought it didn't look like a carrot cake and tried it for him.
