They will tell me they have "fixed" an issue, only for something else to be wrong or for the same problem to continue. I have then been charged again to address the same issue, only for that repair not to solve the problem either. I was also told that one of the parts had a warranty. I called multiple times to find out whether the repair would be covered before bringing my vehicle back in. After my fourth call, I was again told, "I'll call you back," but no one ever did. At that point, I took my vehicle somewhere else. I will not use this business again. Between the repeated repairs, additional charges, and lack of follow-up or communication, I found the experience very unprofessional.

They were highly knowledgeable, very informative, helpful, friendly and most importantly HONEST!!! They took me back into the garage just to show me every single thing they found that needed repair on my car instead of giving me this huge printed off list with shop abbreviations. I was there for two hours and it felt like I was only there for barely an hour because they were so friendly and helpful. How often can you say you sit at an auto shop for two hours and walk out with a smile and the feeling that you trusted the service you received 100%.
