He…read moremaintains a regular practice, without the concierge fees, but I have been having some problems and wanted greater access. I have never been happier with any doctor. Aside from being a very nice person (which isn't always the case with doctors), he is a serious practitioner who really cares and goes out of his way to help. Once when I was having an emergency, he called me from DisneyWorld where he was on vacation with his family! Dr. Ali is so versatile that sometimes when I think I need a specialist, he is well-informed and able to take care of the issue. I am allergic to many, many medications, and Dr. Ali goes out of his way to find medicine that I can take. His office is in Beverly Hills, very central, with it's own valet parking, which is very convenient. I almost never need to go into the office except for the yearly checkup or to get a blood test. As a concierge patient, I have cell phone contact with him when I need him, and he answers promptly. When I had a serious flu, he sent a nurse to the house to give me hydrating infusion. Also had a nurse come to collect a sample during a UTI. Now that I'm older, I really appreciate Dr. Ali's concierge service. I chose the level that is $5000/year, paid in two installments, and never better spent. Gone are the hours spent in waiting rooms, and long drives across town to medical buildings. If I could give Dr. Ali 10 stars, I would. Whether you're considering concierge service or primary care, you can't go wrong with Dr. Ali.
