I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. Long story short, my truck needed an oil change so I called them when to bring it in and they were wide open. Took the truck in at 10:00 next morning (which they said was good). When I dropped it off they asked if I wanted to wait, but there was another truck ahead of me and I had things to do so I told them I'll come back later when it's done to pick it up. Keeping the story short, they never called me when it was ready like they said they'd do so I called them. Then the tech got on the phone and started going down a mile long list of things wrong like leaks etc. I know it leaks a little ( just look where you park!). I could see where he was going - $$$$$$. So I told him I'll just stick with oil change for now, assuming they changed the oil since it's been in the shop all day. Well, they didn't change oil. When I called the next day to see when truck is done, they said they haven't done the oil change. (!!!???). This was at NOON NEXT DAY! So I told them forget oil change I'm coming to get my truck! Bottom line - my truck was in their shop for a simple oil change and after 2 DAYS!!! IT DIDN'T GET DONE!!! It's obvious they wanted to turn a bigger profit-oh, the things wrong they'll find!! The tech said they might have to tear the engine down depending on what they find!!. Anyway, I'M DONE WITH BUDS DIESEL!!!! Stay away if you aren't up to being oversold!!! BEWARE!!!

Adam is the best person I have met in a very long time. Honest reasonable and fair man. His knowledge is golden on these work horse trucks. He is a one man shop with 4 bays and always busy. Within 45 minutes of contacting him he showed up to where my car was in Anaheim and did all 4 of my brakes for literally an eighth (yes, really an eighth) of what other places would charge. My car was completely disabled and the brakes were grinding metal to metal and in less than 1 hour I was up and running again! I figured I'd have to pay more for the convenience of having him come to me and for the speedy service but it was the opposite. What a pleasant surprise! I will never use another mechanic again.

He was super patient with me (I am not automobile inclined) as we tried to diagnose my issue over the phone so that he could give me an accurate quote. I truly believe that any mechanic I have ever met, including my own brother, would have found a way to shake some coin off of me before helping me solve a problem, but Nick was up front about the prices (more than reasonable) and knowledgeable, giving me some troubleshooting ideas and a few options to best accomodate me. I won't bore you with the details (I have a small leak in my hydraulics), but I appreciate that he didn't insist that I make repairs, like a doctor or a dad would do. And he wanted to know how my troubleshooting worked out, calling him back either way, like a date dropping you off at your house and waiting for you to turn on your porch light to make sure you're safe. Anyway, this might sound weird, but I am actually looking forward to my next automobile issue because I want to give Nick my business. While camping, our friends tried to get it running - no luck. Back home we tried to rebuild the carb - no luck. Everyone says to try the new carb from Amazon - no luck. Called WeGo2U and they made it run. They checked the charging output from the generator, as well as helping us understand the electrical panel and battery shut off switch.
