I called yesterday, he was out this morning at 9am and even though the initial problem didn't duplicate, he found two other safety issues that we didn't even realize were there (two very bad tires and a totally blown shock). Again, we had friends lined up to take it this week, and he's coming back tomorrow to replace the tires and shocks so our friends can still leave on time. Totally the opposite experience from a couple years ago when we took it to a dealership for a repair and it took two weeks because of their backlog. I will always and forevermore call Beach Cities for our repair needs because they are prompt, knowledgable, honest, and thorough, and likely saved us from a blown tire considering how bad they were. To say I'm grateful is a huge understatement, and the fact that I found them randomly online is truly a blessing.
