The cashier Monique the worse attitude telling me to call my bank because the purchase wasn't going through. Like how dare her! As if I will be shopping without the Funds. This past July I made another Purchase and the system had a glitch. Can you believe I was charged 75.00 but never received my merchandise? I kept going back into the store to show the transaction was processed and posted and I still didn't get my items the manager Joshua uttered something in Spanish as I go I didn't understand. Super unprofessional as well as the manager Karen another rude lady. She promised to keep my items that were ALREADY PAID FOR IN HER OFFICE AND THEY STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO PUT ALL THE ITEMS THAT DID NOT BELLNG TO THEM BACK ON THE FLOOR FOR SALE. Those managers do not care. I was treated like trash. All they had to do was reboot the stupid register but of course why would Karen know how to use the register as a store manager?

Venus offers some amazing coupon codes, and my last two purchases have exceeded my quality expectations: one was a crocheted swimsuit coverup; one was a sequin jumpsuit. Once you get to know the product better, you get a feel for what works, what tries too hard, and what looks good on you. Once you know your correct size and preferred style, I highly recommend shopping for bathing suits on sale, but remember that all sales are final on ridiculously low priced clearance items, so make your selections carefully. As far as returns ,if you are willing to accept store credit, then you get the full amount to apply to another purchase, but if you want a refund, then the consumer must pay the return postage. My experiences with customer service have been terrific, and they recently made the returns process much easier.

There are no mirrors in personal changing room only in common area. So I stepped out to see the fit of a dress I tried on, came back and my personal clothes along with store pieces were collected without me knowing. I asked around and the employees returned them to me including a shirt that was the wrong size from what I originally picked out. (Which was the only item I ended up wanting to buy). Since it was the wrong size they offered to have the right size delivered to me but not informing me of the additional shipping costs. In the end having my clothes taken and paying more than what I originally planned ruined my first experience shopping here.

I spent roughly 30 minutes looking at clothes and shoes. Winnie saw me carrying around three pairs of jeans and asked if she could put them in a dressing room for me while I continued shopping. Yes please! I wish all stores offered this type of service;) I tried on many items and decided to buy two pants and three shirts. My bill was roughly $45. There are also lots of these items are not available at the online store and they are available at even a bigger discount because they are items that may be going out of season. I have fun shopping here and it adds a lot of motivation to shop at the mall, because I know that I will walk away with great values. The staff is attentive and personable which really helps make it more enjoyable to look them all the nooks and crannies throughout the venue. I am really happy to see it as the last couple of years, wasn't so busy. Enjoying all the upgrades to the stores.The new looks and parking was pretty easy even though it was it was packed. Really enjoy this mega shopping area. Its good for Duval. They have a great collection of stores and eateries for everyones likes and needs.

Unfortunately I went back last October to get a skirt to wear to an event and now, not even a year later, after only wearing this skirt a handful of times, the zipper has come off of the skirt making it unwearable. I have returned to being extremely disappointed in their lack of quality clothing considering the prices they are charging. I do understand this brand is considered fast fashion so I should not expect amazing longevity, but if their clothes will not hold up for even a year of inconsistent wear, they should lower their prices to fit the lack of quality.
