I really appreciated how trustworthy and professional he was. I felt completely comfortable handing over my keys while I was working a couple of blocks away. He was prompt, communicative, and kept me informed every step of the way. He diagnosed the issue clearly, and I even ran it by my regular out-of-state mechanic, who agreed with Chris's assessment, which gave me extra confidence. Since I rely on my van for work, timing was critical. Chris went above and beyond by coming back out on Sunday with with the parts and did the repair. He got everything taken care of, including replacing a transmission solenoid and servicing the transmission fluid. Also, installing my new wiper blades. Thanks to his accurate diagnosis, I was able to repair part of the transmission instead of going down the road of an unnecessary full rebuild, which would have been far more expensive and time-consuming. Just as importantly, he helped me avoid losing income by getting my van back up and running quickly. On top of that, I felt the pricing was fair and reasonable, especially considering the convenience of a mobile service and the quick turnaround over the weekend. I'm incredibly grateful to be back on the road with my van running like normal again. Chris was thorough, reliable, and truly went the extra mile. I said, what do you like about them, and the first word out of his mouth was, integrity! That was all I needed to hear. So Wednesday I drove by and talked to Jack who told me to come in on Friday morning. So I arrived right when they opened, and told Jack what my car needed, and he said he would check it out and get back to me with his results and an estimate. 90 minutes later, I got my call, and everything sounded good to me, so I told Jack to proceed. By 2:30, I got the call that my car was ready and for me to come and pick it up. Jack changed my oil, all filters, spark plugs, transmission fluid and radiator fluid and gave my car a complete brake job including new rotors and rotated the tires. You must understand that the car did need all of those things, which is why I brought it in. Jack was completely up front with everything without pushing or trying to make a sale. This is a flowmaster shop but I brought in a magnaflow 5x8 universal. I highly recommend magnaflow for hybrids and keeping your stock resonator or upgrading it to a vibrant ultra quiet res, don't delete it. For my car it gives a mellow purr and a premium note, it sounds expensive! I will come back to this shop for any other work I need done, good guy, good work, and he even remembered my dogs name!

I dropped by to get a quote for some preventative maintenance that I was getting done on my Honda Odyssey EXL minivan. I had printed out the things I wanted done mainly because I had just acquired the vehicle several months earlier and in reviewing its history of maintenance by the previous owners I saw there were some things that needed to be done that had never been done. So I made a list of having the timing belt replace the serpentine belt replace the water pump replaced the rollers and tensioners for both the serpentine belt and the timing belts replaced. So when I dropped in with the list they very nicely offered to give me the cost and contact me with the total. I explained to them that I was retired on social security so I really did need to know what the out the door amount would be for just having those specific things replaced. Not too long later that day I got a text as I had requested of the complete total out the door and it was quite reasonable. Anyway a few weeks later I made the appointment for the preventative maintenance just the week before when I was going to bring it by. The service was excellent and I will tell you one of the most wonderful things about this place is you step inside their repair facility and it's like stepping into the family owned repair garages that I knew when I was a kid and a young fellow. They are far and few between nowadays and it was wonderful to actually find this one. This one's definitely a keeper and I just wanted to share with all of you my positive experience and responsive and excellent quality work that they did on my vehicle.
