He quoted us initially for $480 clean up and we ended paying him $660 which is fine as they did a good job cleaning. However when he quoted us initially for $480, he also quoted us for $150 for monthly maintenance, and weeks later when he finished the cleaning job and never showed for maintenance, we followed up and he texted like we just do cleaning and we are busy and find sb else for monthly maintenance. He also didn't finish the cleaning job completely and was supposed to do the remaining like cutting the hedges and backyard grass cutting in the first session of the monthly maintenance. This guy cannot be trusted with his quotes and what he says. If you want to work with him, make him sign a contract to commit to what he says as once he gets the job, he will change the deal. read more

Don't do it!! I literally fired them a week after hiring them. Yeah, they got my sprinklers fixed, but they got caught up on another job the day my gardening was to be done. I understand that, but they didn't make me a priority the next day, I asked them to come early, as the customers that were put off the day before, should be attended to first.
