I would advise drivers to warn the techs to stop filling at 4.5 quarts, run the engine, wait for the oil to drain down into the crankcase, and then evaluate the apparent actual capacity. I deeply regret any harm my previous review has caused this business. I dropped one star as I felt more optimistic when Brodie was foreman. I explicitly acknowledged that "While they didn't charge for the brake inspection itself, the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth." I acknowledge the $0 charge on that specific line item. Caliper vs. Total Brake Cost: The owner claimed I said calipers were $900. I never said that. I stated the total brake repairs came out to over $900--which is accurate, as the front disc brakes ($842.24) and rear drum service ($132.00) totaled $974.24. My review explicitly stated the calipers themselves were "almost $250" ($124.14 x 2 = $248.28), which is accurate to the penny. 3.
