After all that, the large tree started to lean. I called Castle Tree Art at 2pm. David answered the phone on the first call. We scheduled an appointment for 4pm. The owner David showed up right at 4pm. He looked over the job and gave a price And we agreed at a time to start. He showed up 15 minutes before scheduled with his crew and trucks, and started to work. That was 8:15am. 1:30pm, the entire job was done. 44 foot leaning black olive tree cut down and removed, and stump grinding, and raked up all mulch, all done by 1:30pm. He also re-routed 1 head to cover the area where I needed to have sod. Also, sprinkler heads were replaced in my flower bed, that had been capped off. When straightening 1 head by my porch door, he kicked it in place to make it stand up straight. I called 2 days ago to explain now that I have sod, I had to run my system. The head that was kicked appears to be leaking as a puddle of water gathers by that head. I think I spoke with AI , asking for someone to check this head and repair it, if it was broken by kicking it. I also asked for the return of my caps. I dont want the sprinkler head back as it was useless to me. I was happy with Ramon, the promptness, kindness and explanations given. I was not happy with speaking to artificial intelligence and requesting help and then getting no response. I will call again today and see if I can get hold of a human and if I can get someone to check for possible damage, they might have done and the return of my caps!

My existing plastic edging was old and cracked. He made suggestions to better suit my needs. Chose low maintenance shrubs. Gave me a quote. (slightly higher than i was expecting but I expected high quality and told him as much). He delivered perfectly. We schedule the appointment for Saturday 9am. He and his worker arrived at 9:10am with the full trailer. All landscape beds were emptied, old edging removed and discarded, new bushes were added, new edging was installed, all new mulch was installed throughout. About 21 bushes installed and a few of my existing shrubs were trimmed. He also added about 10 yards of sod to the landscape bed as he reshaped it to look more symmetrical. Great experience. He answers his phone, arrives on time to discuss the job. He starts work on time and completes the job with quality and speed. Highly recommended.
