Jose Fish Market is not brightly painted or printed on the awning. Second, they have flounder instead of trout. The flounder is still a generous piece of fish for $11 for the platter with rice and peas. This time the rice and peas were not edible in my opinion. I do not know what happened, but something was very very off about the rice. I would rather have the fish alone and would be hesitant to have the rice ever again here.
