I didn't know this shop from Adam. It was recommended to me by a gentleman I was doing business with. I went over to get an estimate for a door panel dent and I just really like the way I was treated. They took the time, right then and there to go over my dent. Explained to me exactly what they would do and why. Told me the length of time it would take, and provided a written quote. OK, so any shop can do that but the price was really good and I felt comfortable with the knowledge of everyone working there. I got to talking to Joe about cars and left over an hour later having toured the shop and examining some of the classic cars he was restoring. By the way, the paint matched up perfectly. He actually blended the adjacent two panels so the match would be perfect. That's what you're supposed to do but not many do it that way. Joe, Lou, Jennifer and the whole crew are awesome people. Needless to say, I had the work done by Joe's and am extremely, extremely happy. Any body work I have to get done in the future, I'll be taking to Joe's. read more

Joe and Luis deserve a 6th Star. Five Stars is just NOT Enough! Their work, their customer service and their honesty are just through the roof GREAT. In a very competitive industry filled with over-inflated estimates, these guys are true gems to know and have worked with through this repair. Anyone seeking Body, Frame and Paint work for their vehicles simply need to know these guys. The insurance company wanted to consider the car "totaled" based on the exceedingly high quote from another shop. Joe & Luis took all of 4-minutes to review the damage, consider their options and declare that it would not exceed the "totaled" value of my car. They worked with the insurance company and completed the work. While maybe not miracle workers, they do some incredible work, and they do it honestly. Not an easy thing to say about most of the people in this industry. But I will scream it from the roof tops for these guys. My wife's car has some smaller items they will get to fix. The owner of this business is an absolute low life c*** (she didn't give me her name). Not only did it take 2 weeks to get an estimate but they were calling the wrong number and didn't notice the number was wrong until she had to call me back to tell me that I need to move my car and yelled at me saying that "she's the manager and owner then said that she won't work on my car. I obviously was upset and didn't have a perfect tone, but she never once apologized for her mistake and made me feel like I was going crazy. I had every intention on using their services but since the owner was so unprofessional on the phone and in person there is no way l'm gonna give them my money. On top of having no customer service skills. She also called the cops because of my review and banned me from the place which I have no intentions on ever going back to since they suck so bad. We were referred to Joe's Paint and Body by the shop that takes care of our automotive repair needs. After using Joe's, I would also highly recommend Joe's to ANYONE needing body paint or repair. Unfortunately for us, we had to have our vehicle repaired twice within the last six months due to accidents. Both times we took our Equinox LTZ to Joe's for repair. They helped us get our vehicle repaired perfectly. . when the insurance company wanted to total it! They have done an awesome job on repairing our vehicle both times and have gone the extra mile on touching up some scratches that weren't covered by the insurance, among other helpful efforts. Brought my Regal in to have extensive hail damage repaired to the Roof. Car sat outside of Joe shop for 2 months before minor work began. I know one of his employee, Lou.Finally got the car back 8 months later and price had increased 500, which led to argument with this Joe Clown. This Joe guy is a compulsive Liar. He lies so much, you talk to him a week later and he forgot all his lies from the week before. How this guy stays in business is the real miracle. 2 months later the roof cracked and over an inch of bondo had been discovered. The Hail damage had been bondo'd over on the whole roof. brought my Mazda Miata in for a custom paint job: it's a 2004 and the original paint had severely oxidized. Lewis was very helpful in explaining what they could do for me. I asked Lewis what he could do to make it distinctive without doing pinstrips, racing strips or other stuff - it's a classic Miata. Lewis suggested blue beads in the top coat and showed us a paint sample of how it would turn out. Picked the car up today and was very pleased with the results... though Lewis was so subtle with the beads I have to look really really close to see them. all in all an outstanding result... gave them an extra $150 dollar tip for the good work. I judge people by the work they do. However when I pulled up to get a quick estimate to repaint my 370z, the fat POS wouldn't get up to give me estimate. Said I had to schedule an appointment. There were 4 people in the office and 2 mangy looking dogs. It would have taken 5 minutes to do so. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is priority one.
