Transmission Depot in Corinth by far has the worst customer service I've experienced and I would…read morenot recommend them to anyone. The shop manager, David, showed extremely unprofessional behavior and disrespect to me as a customer and as a woman. When told me repairs on my car would be $1900 (more than half the worth of the car), I told him that I would need a couple of days to decide whether I wanted to repair the car or sell it. Upset, he interrupted me, raised his voice, talked over me, insulted my intelligence, and tried to bully me into authorizing the repairs, saying "You WILL call me back this afternoon and you WILL tell me to repair your car." Considering his treatment of me, when I went to retrieve my car, he overcharged me, forcing me to pay $60 more than he quoted me for the diagnosis. He also demanded that I pay in cash and then, made me wait 20 minutes for change. Never once did I receive a sincere, voluntary apology. For anyone considering repairs, don't waste your time here.

Two different technicians came: the first was apparently fired because they admitted he was not qualified, the second still botched the rotor and pad install. Throughout, they kept pushing the excuse of a "wear in period," telling me "we'll have a plan tomorrow," but never following through. I waited patiently. They billed me and promised their 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty, but when I asked for follow up service, they ignored me. I cannot recommend them. Poor workmanship, no accountability, and no integrity. I have all of our messages showing this entire timeline. A company that cannot complete a basic brake job and then hides from warranty requests does not deserve business.
