Ordered tires for them to install on my car. Asked when I could come get them installed, and they scheduled a time for me. I ended up having to come a day later, but when I called to reschedule, they said that was fine too. Then, when I showed up...wait for it...they didn't have the tires. They hadn't received the order yet. Um...what? I asked why they would confirm an appointment to install tires they hadn't yet received. The guy said that it's two separate systems. Um, sorry, but this makes no sense to me. If you're scheduling and confirming appointments for services, it's YOUR responsibility to make sure that you're going to be able to provide that service at that time! There was hardly any apology, just sort of the implication that it was my fault for not checking on the order status before I'd taken an hour out of my day. I am giving a 1 star as can't put zero. This a pathetic place. My daughter had tire put on car and 1 month later we had to replace (somewhere else) the tire because was showing the steel belts on inside of tire and was deemed unsafe. I went in to see about any kind of warranty and was told because we did not buy the ridiculous road hazard they sell, they would do nothing. The service manager actually came out and stated they would do nothing. I asked about manufacturer warranty and he told me to call them. Thanks for the customer service bud. read more

So I pulled up like I usually do and someone usually come up to my car asking do I need assistance. Well today I pulled up because I really needed air in my tires and it was a guy already doing a job and about a group of 4 men just talking, they kept looking over but no one even tired coming up to my car to ask me anything. So I'm just sitting there when finally someone comes over and says something to me. I politely said I needed air and his comment was well you hadn't said anything! I was shocked because I have never experienced bad customer service here. I drive a little farther down the road next time. read more

All I can say is either these guys blatantly ripped me off and lied to me about what they were doing with my car or they just don't really know what they were doing and didn't want to admit it. Doesn't matter. They got my money for a job poorly done and we still had to take it somewhere else to really figure out what was wrong. To top it off, the manager got an attitude once we had to come back and question their "expertise ". He glares through the shop window and slams things around cursing with this scowl like it's our fault he has to clean up the mess they created. Be happy, dude! You got my money didn't you? I just moved to the area and I don't have a trusted auto shop to service my car. I needed new brakes. Went to Just Brakes and they were going to charge me literally double and do unnecessary work. I called Carrollton Tire and Auto. Over the phone I had great service, and my questions were answered. When I arrived at the shop the great customer service continued and they worked on my brakes for less than half of what the other place quoted me. It took no time at all, and I was able to get sucked into an episode of Criminal Minds which helped pass the time. I'm so pleased and will definitely continue to come back for all my auto needs. read more

Got a flat tire on the way to the gym at 5:30a and this Goodyear is right across the street. I figured I may as well workout since they didn't open until 8a. To my happy surprise - they opened at 7a and I was greeted warmly and assured that they would figure out a way to help me out. Plan A was to repair tire (they don't carry my tires) and that was a no go because the tire was trashed. Plan B was to put on my spare, which we discovered...I didn't have!!! They got me rolling on a temporary replacement all while having a great conversation with one of the guys. Very nice. Fast. Solutions-oriented and saved my morning!! read more

A bit disappointed; I expected more expert advice/proper testing for the $92 diagnostic service. They literally looked up the check engine light code online then told me exactly what was online, which could've been 1 of 5 things. They weren't exactly sure which one it was. I researched the code online before I arrived, so I already knew that it could've been 1 of 5 things & I heard the guy say that he had to get more information about the code online. I thought that when you pay for a diagnostic test, that they would at least test/look for the problem. I left feeling ripped off. read more

Almost missed this place, it is a good year. I came for an oil change. They close at 7pm on Friday, I arrived at 6:20, and they let me still get an oil change. Did it in 30 mins. Can't complain, nice people, good job. It was $38 but I have a v8 truck, so worth it. read more

BEWARE, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, James, Mark total ripoff artists. Been there a few times, had them replace my radiator only 2.5 years ago, now it needs to be replaced!!! after only 2.5 years, won't take any responsibility for selling me a piece of crap. Then had to have my battery replaced in less than 1.5 years. Then they tried to tell me that I needed a new starter, and a new water pump, both confirmed by Brakes Plus, that I didn't need either one, and got it in writing. JAMES, MARK, should be ashamed of ripping women off, they are totally unprofessional, and try to sell anything to any woman that doesn't really know anything about their car. I will be calling the atty general of Texas, and the BBB. People need to be warned of this place, they do shotty work, totally unprofessional, and don't warranty they work. This is the worst place, and worst service I have ever experienced living in Texas for 7 years. DON'T GO HERE, go to Firestone or BRAKES PLUS, please go anywhere, just DON'T GO HERE. I'm a little late but I took my car in a month ago for a tune up and to check the brakes. They started working on my car in no time at all. I paid what I expected to pay and they didn't try to up sell any other services. I will definitely take my car to them in the future as well! read more

BEWARE! DON'T GO TO THEM if you want honesty and to not be cheated. They dumped all the coolant out of my A/C and did not replace what they dumped. This caused my Compressor to lock up and now I must spend over $1,000 for repairs. Of course, they will NOT take responsibility for their actions. The only excuse I got was that their technician is certified and has been for years. However, If that was a true statement, the tech would have known better than to let a customer drive away without recharging the line. I already spent over $400 and they offered to pay back the $59.99 which was the cost of finding out why my A/C wasn't as cool as it could be. FYI... When I took the car in the A/C was still running at 90%. I called several mechanics and they agreed that Goodyear is responsible for my compressor damage (James and Dave know it too, but will not take responsibility). With that being said, I took my car to Firestone right up the street and not only is it cheaper to make the repairs, they offer financing. I hated to have to finance the service, but I am so glad they have it available. I hope this helps you decide on where to take your car if it needs HONEST people working on it. Ask for Larry... He was on top of everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. read more
