The items arrived yesterday, and after only 3 hours of installation, my mom noticed oils stains at the bottom of the mattress. She only noticed the stains because the mattress kept sliding back and forth as she was trying to put on bedsheets. My mom decided to go in-store today 2/10/26, to address the stains with the owner. She put me on the phone with her and immediately the owner was defensive saying that in her 40+ years of business this has never happened. She accused my mom of causing the stains because she slept on it overnight. What kind of customer service is this? As you can see in the photo attached, the photo was taken on the day of delivery at 5:26 pm. This stain was already there. She then offered to do an exchange for $60. Good customer service would've been free considering that the stains were not caused by the customer, but what did we expect from an Asian furniture shop? The typical rude and cheap! You get what you pay for. Stay away from here...

The morning of our appointment, my husband went to work and I, since my hands were full, was not able to do much tidying before they came however, that didn't matter... I was able to shut myself and our cats in our bedroom and continue to nurse my baby in the comfort of my home while they went to work! I saw the transition in real time as I went to fill my water and later, grab a snack from the fridge, they were wiping the walls in the hallway, sanitizing the bathroom 360° from the ceiling all the way down to even way back behind the toilet in our one bathroom, washed the blankets that covered my couch, wiped the tops and fronts of all my kitchen cupboards, cleaned under the appliances (meaning they briefly picked up and replaced every item on the counter) and basically detailed my hardwood floors! My home smelt, felt and looks amazing. Everything was sanitized, no more pet hair or dust, all the windows and blinds were cleaned, light switches and door knobs too... They did the nitty gritty and deep cleaned our home. Mexicano Maid's went above and beyond! Trust me, call Gilbert! Then she told me that wiping down my coffee table, entertainment center, etc is considered a "deep clean." It took her more than 4 hours to clean a 1B/1B and I still had to clean up after. The wall brackets were not installed properly and now I've got big gashes in my wall. Apparently they used weak anchor screws for these heavy curtains. To make matters worse I just put my house for sale and we are having open house in 3 days!!! I've gotta scramble to fix thIs in time. Ugh!!! If you still decide to hire these folks make sure watch them like a hawk on the installation and insist in adequate anchors or better yet make sure they are drilling into studs!
