DO NOT BUY MATTRESS FROM HERE! My mom made the mistake of visiting this local shop and purchasing two bed frames and two mattresses. The items arrived yesterday, and after only 3 hours of installation, my mom noticed oils stains at the bottom of the mattress. She only noticed the stains because the mattress kept sliding back and forth as she was trying to put on bedsheets. My mom decided to go in-store today 2/10/26, to address the stains with the owner. She put me on the phone with her and immediately the owner was defensive saying that in her 40+ years of business this has never happened. She accused my mom of causing the stains because she slept on it overnight. What kind of customer service is this? As you can see in the photo attached, the photo was taken on the day of delivery at 5:26 pm. This stain was already there. She then offered to do an exchange for $60. Good customer service would've been free considering that the stains were not caused by the customer, but what did we expect from an Asian furniture shop? The typical rude and cheap! Never again. If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought brand new furniture back in May for my new house from Christina. She was very nice then and told me no more than 3 weeks to receive my furniture. Fast forward to August and I am barely receiving half the things I ordered. Bedroom set, sectional, and dining set. Spent over $3000. The sectional is the wrong color, style, and fabric that I requested. Christina said she had to make a custom order but did not even ask my permission first. $900 down the drain. The cushion even tore after only a month. No pets or kids are ever using it. The bedroom set came (over $1000) with a damaged dresser! The entire backside was cracked and they tried to hide it when it was delivered. If I didn't inspect everything they wouldn't have said anything. I even saw them notice it and push it against the wall. The dining set - another $800 (a dining set Christina recommended) was delivered late August. It was one that had a bench. The bench BROKE (photos attached) after 2 weeks of sitting on it. 2 weeks! I brought it in to be replaced and Christina blames me for standing on it! Why would I stand on brand new expensive furniture?! Fast forward, I text her WEEKLY to get an update on delivery. It's December and it barely arrived. I returned it to her in august! Unacceptable and horrible customer service. She continues to blame me for standing on a bench and breaking it when it was only being sat on during dinner time. They are not transparent business people when it comes to sell in online markets like OfferUp, they are basically hustlers that will oversell and give you a product that may not be new in the box but in reality it will be cheaply refurbished. They sold me a sectional couch that had tons of signs of use like scratches and holes on the bottom of the couch covered with cheap stuff and the worst part is that it smelled so bad like body odor from a previous owner.I think they sealed the box with tape and over time it build up that awful odor. Be careful when you buy online from them. If you buy online and they refuse to reveal their company name then it isn't worth to buy it. Better to just go in person and test it all before selling. I complained online but they left it at "it is new in the box". Boo! read more

Everything was fine till delivery! The Asian old man very inappropriately stuck out his tongue at my 6 year old daughter and then stole half the money that I left for him on the dresser and said it was only half of the payment owed I had to come home from work early after my wife called me and felt very uncomfortable and confront him. Haha e tried to deny everything from me I then told him it's not about the money but what he did I didn't care to pay him the remainder even after the fact that he stole it and what he done to my daughter my wife felt very violated in our home and now I honestly wish I wouldn't have even payed the rest because he had no sympathy toward the issue and just left after he was paid. DO NOT recommend: My grandmother ordered a foldable bed from here for my relatives that were visiting. The bed itself broke after two days of usage. It was a metal frame with a cloth attached to springs and then a piece of foam mattress meant to go on top. When I saw it, I didn't think it had the physical ability to hold a person on such a thin poor piece of cloth. And it did not, so after it broke/ripped we took a photo and wanted to ask the owner if she could give a replacement or refund. She was hostile and not accommodating claiming that she never had a single complaint on this product. Which I think is highly unlikely because anyone can see from the start that there was no structure or stability to carry human bodyweight. My cousin weighed only 127 pounds and the owner tried telling us it was probably because they were jumping on the bed and were too heavy. Safe to say we are heavily displeased with this product and how the owner responded. Just for any future buyer we want to warn you about the poor quality. read more

Very nice owner and was very responsive over the phone. Would recommend calling the store in order to get quick and accurate information. During this epidemic they are still able to provide great service. One thing however is when we went to go pick up piece of furniture, they had run out of the desired model but they essentially upgraded us to a very similar and actually better piece of furniture at no extra charge. Owner is also taking virus very seriously and came with mask and provided hand sanitizer for us as well. read more

We had a great experience buying a bunk bed with trundle from L. B. Furniture. Cristina and her husband (owner) are very nice, and have communicated well during the selection process. They were patient and friendly with me with all of my questions and measurements. The delivery went smoothly. The business owner was one of the people who came to deliver, and he was a great guy! I'm sorry that I forgot his name! He saw to it that the furniture was set up properly. With this COVID thing going on, we appreciated the extra effort they made to make all of us feel protected; they were wearing protective masks and were considerate of the surroundings. The bed itself is everything that was described, and our children loved it. The only 2 problems we had was that the trundle's mattress was too big and they had to deliver the replacement separately. We live 40 or so miles away from them, but the owner was apologetic and made things right promptly. The other tiny thing was that the trundle slides out somewhat faster than what I would have liked. I am still thinking of a good fix, probably a carpet to slow the rollers down would do the trick. All in all, a great deal on a complete bunk bed set. Would recommend 100%. read more

We ordered a couple sets of furniture and found that the furniture quality was mediocre, at best. What impacted us the most was the terrible customer service. Originally we were told to expect our furniture in 3 weeks that then turned to another month delay. Then when the time came we only had some of the furniture delivered. We had moved everything around and cleared our days multiple times only to keep getting delivery delays. What made this bad is that we kept getting strung along each week we were told another two weeks. We tried to be reasonable but being strung along was difficult expecting our delivery only to receive a last minute (day of) text saying it would be another couple weeks. We finally got all of our furniture 3 months after the order date. Additionally, they were not careful when unloading the furniture into our house. I will admit that we have a tricky layout but I expected them to be more careful so to not scratch or dent walls. The furniture looks nice but the quality is not there (wood is not dense and can crack easily) and the wait/service was not worth it. I would recommend you shop somewhere else and get more quality for your buck. Maybe somewhere that has a satisfactory guarantee or at least some type of agreement. read more

I only give one star for the husband because he is nice but this business is just ridiculous! We have contributed to this business 10 plus years and wonder why my family keeps coming back. The owner wife is rude and impatient. We have referred people to this business because of the affordable prices but the lady is unbearable to deal with. We order our furniture and she was suppose to have it at a certain time and it was been an hour plus and they still have not showed up as I speak! Yes, the prices it good but it comes with a cost. If you have a business and people CONTRIBUTE to your business, treat them how you want to be treated. It's not like we are getting this for free.
