I'll put it plainly - when it comes to having my house cleaned I am EXTREMELY anal. What most people consider "clean" in my mind doesn't even come close to being moderately acceptable. I have now used Professional Cleaning twice and have made an appointment for yet another cleaning this coming Wednesday - this says a lot. Having a household of art, antiques and somewhat delicate items (as well as two cats), I couldn't possibly be more comfortable with the amount of care they take with my items, even going to the extent of making sure everything is placed back right where they found it. That's an unusual and rare treat and shows me they not only pay attention to detail but get the job done right. Spotless floors, squeaky clean bathrooms, and not a speck of dust or cat hair to be found, all for less than I've paid individual help that I've had come on a weekly basis. An added plus is I get the same crew each time, so they know my expectations and are already familiar with my home. Needless to say I've been sold on Professional Cleaning and cannot recommend them enough - great price, excellent service, what more could you ask for? Donna and team were able to help me last minute with cleaning this house I just rented. It was not clean enough for me to move into and the owner left it as-is so when I called Donna she said she could have 2 girls out the next morning. I had to drive from another city and woke up late in a panic, but Donna said the girls would wait for me. Thank you so much and your girls are not only polite and courteous, but 5 minutes into the job they are working very hard. Update to follow on the total cost for the job done ($250). I was clearly charged for hours spent not for the quality of work. My main purpose for asking for help was cabinet cleaning, and had the cabinets been cleaned, paying the price I did wouldn't sting so much, but because I now have to go back and buy a degreaser so I can wash the cabinets and tile grout myself, while prepping other house for my move, paying what I did feels wrong. I appreciate the fact I was given a next day appointment, and that the girls waited for me because I arrived late- I'd pay extra for that, but when one of the girls called to get total price, even they commented to each other on how the amount was too high.hate complaining, but the owner should have stopped by or called me at least once to check in on the progress before that amount got so high. I probably wouldnt go this route again, will not be telling friends and family about the service either. This company has been cleaning my home for almost the last 2 years. The crew (2 people) that came today were fantastic. They really went way beyond anything I had asked for.. Staff can change between visits, but if you request specific people Danna is pretty good at accommodating. Most of the team is great, and the few that were not (were not as detail oriented but still VERY nice), I told Danna and never saw them again. The price is completely reasonable for the time and work it takes. I agree with some of the other reviews, that I am not sure about the products they use, so as opposed to guessing I provide my own. Theirs may be fine, but I like certain kinds and they are more than happy to use it. Having a regular schedule and being clear on what you want, I think provides the best experience. GREAT SERVICE I was able to contact the owner, she spoke English, and explained the process to me. She stated that the cleaning crew would arrive between 7:30am-8:00am, They arrived at 7:25am. My previous cleaning lady would show up 1.5-2.5 hours late so this was amazing to me. Three people showed up with all the cleaning supplies and immediately walked in and started cleaning away. One person went to the bathroom, the 2nd guy went straight to the kitchen sink to do dishes, and the woman went into the living room and got busy. They moved so quickly through the house. My space is easy to clean because we don't really use 1/2 the house and I don't have much furniture so dusting, master bathroom, floors and kitchen are my biggest concern. My husband and I also maintain the home in between the weeks so the service is basically for some help since I have asthma. PROS: -On time, punctual -Visits after the first are cheaper -Employees very nice but only one person spoke English, I think. The other two wouldn't talk, they just worked -After job was complete the initial service trainer asked me to go around and check to make sure I was happy with everything -They move around the house SUPER fast! It was awesome! -They cleaned the house in 1.75 hours. My old cleaning lady would clean 6-8 hours CONS: -They don't clean windows. If so I think they are $7 each. ouch! I'll clean them myself, no worries. -First time price is higher than quotes after the initial visit. $120 for first visit and my house is tiny (1,100, but the 2nd bedroom and bathroom they didn't have to clean) -They don't use swifter dusters or natural ingredients like vinegar so I'm not sure if it's safe for pets -Didn't really dust the book case in living room very well -Would've like for them to use the swifter duster on the wand to just wipe over the walls, pictures, on door trims, etc. My biggest issue or reason for the need of the service is dust in my house NOTES: -I'm sure with a little communication the minor CONS could easily be fixed. -Great company, I've already asked the owner to contact me regarding the request to continue the service bi-weekly. AFTER USING THE COMPANY: -After a few visits staff kept changing -new guy used a rough scrubber tough pad on my exposed chromed shower fixture and scratched the chrome off. He was not allowed back at my house -company stated they couldn't do Saturdays anymore and I couldn't leave them to do it on a weekday while I was at work because they leave the back door open multiple time and I have cars that can run out. read more

"Professional Cleaning" is exactly what they say they are... Professionals (at) Cleaning. I have them cleaning my house on an "as needed" basis for about a year or so. They are thorough, and VERY fairly priced. they also clean windows and carpets. I have had different employees of theirs come to my house and there's at least one person that speaks English . They are always on time and are quiet, no shouting at each other or banging things as they clean...just perfect! read more

NIGHTMARE!! Hired them for regular cleaning. They started out good, but went downhill from there. Damage to my home (scratched wooden floor from dragging furniture, broken vacuum cleaner - which they were not even supposed to be using - and broken sink faucet) and they left my first story front door unlocked and the upstairs door to my house WIDE OPEN after one service appointment. Professional Cleaning SAVED me today!!! I had booked a cleaning service with another company (Dana's House Cleaning & Organization) and the cleaning lady NEVER SHOWED!!!! SHE DIDN'T EVEN CALL OR RETURN MY TEXTS... In a panic (since I had company coming in later that day and needed the place to be clean for the weekend) I turned to my trusty yelpers and was led to Professional Cleaning. Within 1.5hrs (day before Christmas Eve mind you) Professional Cleaning had not one but TWO very professional ladies (thank you Carmen and Silvia) at my door are ready to GO! Found this cleaning service on Angie's list. They had an ad for $95 for four hours of cleaning for 2 people. We hired them to clean an apartment. The unit was fairly clean. We asked them to specifically clean the grout in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. They do come with their own cleaning equipment and solution. I left them with a deck brush and CLR concentrated cleaning solution to use. I know it works because I have done it before. I returned an hour and a half later and they were putting bleach and water on the tile floor and it did not clean it. I specifically told them to use CLR in its concentrated solution since it is a better cleaning solution for the floor. They did use the CLR however they watered it down. I returned to the apartment for the 2nd time (which was an hour and a half later). I was not satisfied with their service. They just mopped the dirt from one end of the room to the other. The 2 women were there for only 3 hours. I was charged $145 for 5 hours of cleaning. HOWEVER, they did not spend all the 5 hours there. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN UNLESS YOU ARE THERE TO BABYSIT AND WATCH HOW AND WHAT THEY CLEAN. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE "PROFESSIONALS" - - THEY "ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL" We gave the company a 2nd chance to clean a 2500 square foot home. Again we specified certain areas to be cleaned and it as not cleaned. They overcharged and did not do do a good job. We have tried contacting the owner and has not returned any of our calls. Once they got paid they went straight to the bank and cashed the check. They have poor customer service and unwilling to do a satisfactory job. OMG. These people were amazing. The house just sparkles. They did everything from scrubbing kitchen floors to dusting some very dusty ceiling fans. We have three big sheepdogs who not only shed enough hair to weave a rug each week but also track in dust and dirt from the outside. And once, when we were not paying enough attention our 300 pounds of dogs got into the house where the work was being done and there was only one soft cry of surprise. Horrible experience. Please to check out the photos I added. I hired this company to cleans an empty 2 bedroom 2.5 condo that I'm about to sell. No one is living there as my mother passed away 3 months ago. The floors are brand new and there is no furniture. All they had to do was clean 2.5 bathrooms and a kitchen. No to mention the fridge brand new and didn't need anything done to it. I went to check on the place on Sunday- 5 days after it had been cleaned and it was a nightmare. They charged me $250 for 5 hours. They may have spent 1 hour- I know this only because yesterday I went and cleaned it myself in 2.5 hours and I even murphy oil soaped the cabinets. What I realized as I was cleaning is they didn't clean at all! On bathroom had been cleaned okay and a few windows, but I found grease on the stove. Dirt on the kitchen floor. Grim everywhere. I hired them so I wouldn't have to clean the house my mother died in. The company is a disgrace. I did contact the company and was told that I wasn't there to check the work- I wasn't aware I had to babysit to get my money's worth. I told the owner I felt bad for her too because her employees are ripping her off too. I requested a refund- she then told me she could not offer a refund or even a discount because I was contacting her 5 days later. I told her it's an empty house that no one lives in and I live 25 miles away. She offered a touch up, but I told her I needed more than a "touch up" and I wanted a refund. Honestly, I would have been fine with a discount because I don't enjoy giving bad reviews. I run my own business and good business is to respond to the concerns of your clients. I'm now being punished for her poor service. So I must warn other and give a bad review with pictures on yelp and all other outlets. Including the BBB. I got ripped off. read more

Greatest cleaning service I have ever used. They arrived on time and got right to work. Were very polite and helpful. This was my first time and they were here almost 3 hours and I have a very small house. They even cleaned my refrigerator and it look new when they were done. The price for this first big cleaning was $137 and was 3 dollars less than what I was paying for my previous cleaning service for a mediocre job. My monthly fee with Professional will be $95 which is 45 dollars less that my old service which was Merry Maids and they did not do a very good job. I signed up for permanent monthly service with the same two people who cleaned this first time. Great experience and great looking house. read more
