I been using their services for 6 months when I finally decided I've tolerated enough of their negligence. I didn't find them to have great customer service. Al the scheduler/account manager was only responsive in the beginning but was sloppy in his communication to me and the cleaners. There was an issue every time the cleaners came (being 3 hrs late, not cleaning something listed on their cleaning document, different crew, did not follow requests...). The first cleaning crew did a thorough job but they had an attitude about cleaning the main house and attachment (an error by the scheduler). Most the cleaning crew were ok it varies in their ability to speak english, their professionalism, and willingness to do a good job. One cleaner try to argue with me that they only clean half of the sliding glass door (the part that opens) even though in their company document it states just "sliding door".... It's been a frustrating experience and although I was told I was getting a "discount" (since I was considering them for my second home) I found the value wasn't there and am glad I didn't commit my second house. If you have a dirty house and you just need a cleaner, they will do the job. If you are someone like me looking for a long term cleaning crew to consistently come to your home and be mindful of your home-specific request, I would highly recommend to keep looking.

They also offered no reason as to why they changed our time until I prodded via text for an explanation. They didn't ask either if I wanted to change my time, they just immediately changed it without my OK. The morning of, they only sent 2 maids instead of the 3 that I was promised via text communication. The maids were unaware of the deep clean that I was scheduled which is clearly a miscommunication from base to the maids which is frustrating for all parties involved. Lastly, one of the maids lightly guilt tripped us for a tip. It was super uncomfortable and this entire process has made us not want to rehire them. The cleaning job in and of itself was good and met my expectations. Everything else, however, was frustrating.
