Had 4 tires installed. The tire tech broke one of my lugnut covers to were it couldn't be reinstalled. He laid on of them face down on the concrete and scratched the heck out of it. They also chatter scratched one of my wheels with the tire bar very badly on chrome rims. Then charged me 150 dollars for the install and made me reinstall the 3 lug nut covers that weren't broke. Really pissed off as I take immaculate care of my vehicles. So now im out 150 for the install and ballance 200 to replace the 1 broken lug cover and replace the scratched up one and probably 250 to 350 for another wheel. read more

On Friday 7/19/24 I took in four wheels and tires and asked for the tires to be dismounted and two of them mounted in different wheels. They are older tires but kept inside and no rot present. . After about half an hour, the "manager"Alvin comes and tells me that one of the tires is "no good" because they were old. I left but when I was unloading the tires, I saw that the guy breaking the tires down did not know to turn the tire and break it down in several spots, so he kept hammering the tire in one spot and broke the cords where the tire seals to the rim. They ruined three of the four tire this way. I have to wonder if he finally realized what he was doing wrong or if was just luck. I went back today to see if one tire that wasn't screwed up as bad would be usable. When I pulled up, Alvin said "uh oh" and didn't seem to want to talk to me. A different younger guy comes up and explain what happened. Alvin finally comes over and doubles down on the damage being because it was an "old tire". The old guy that does inspections told me "all these new tires are made in China and are like that." My tires were Cooper made in Mexico. Alvin told me even Michelins are Chinese. Mine say made in USA on the side. I told them not to piss down my back and tell me it's raining. The tires they sell are all Chinese. Maybe they think all ties are made in China. I paid them $40 to ruin my tires. I could have ruined them myself for free. No one would take any responsibility in ruining $450 with of tires. Making a mistake is one thing but not owning up to it is bad business. If he would have said "we screwed up, let's see what I can do to work with you on getting some new tires.", I would have paid their cost for a pair of new tires. Nope. Ever since Joey took over from Ken, this place has gone down hill. I don't trust these guys any more. I would have gone to Joey, but past dealings with him are similar. I should have known better than give them a third chance. Back during Christmas break I called and said I was going out of town and needed an inspection. I asked if they would be open and the lady that used to work there said yes. I told her I was on my way. When I got there 20 minutes later they were closed. I saw Joey in his body shop building and knocked on the door. I explained what happened. He didn't care. The same old fart was still there but they had locked up everything. That was bad enough but then when I went back out to leave they both stood there elbowing each other, laughing at me when I drove away. I told the old guy not to roll up my windows due to them being broken & they get stuck. Something that I was on the way to fix right after i stopped by. The old dude literally rolled them up & got them stuck half way. I've been going here for 2 years now they just lost business. The old guy definitely is pushing that age, he also tried to say the date on my insurance was up when it wasn't. Time to find a new place for inspection. This place is trash now read more

They close on Saturday at 2:30pm. I got there just a little bit before 2:30 and they managed in taking care of my needs and got hooked up with a sweet used tire.It was the only one tire in my size and they managed to find one. I was very happy with the speed and quality of service. I had a couple of ATV tires removed from the wheels and new ones mounted. I called several other shops that said they either wouldn't do it or would possibly bend the rims getting the old ones off. I talked to Alvin at 1 Stop and he got the old tires off and the new ones on with no issues. read more

Alvin came out the door and met me at the car; 2pm on Sunday (they close at 3pm). He showed me and explained the situation with another nail where it had already been patched , have to order a new one. Well for starters I called ahead of time to see if they had two used tires in my tire size. The lady I talked to on the phone was very kind and got me an answer in less than 5 minutes. She even held the tires for me for a few hours until I got my little sister from school. Upon arrival, I let them know which two tires I needed done and only had to wait about 20 minutes for the person in front of me to be done to start my car. Instead of them doing both tires, they were honest and told me only one needed to be replaced and one needed a patch so I was then able to get my state inspection done. Wow, I am so grateful that I was referred to come here! They didn't end up having the tire I needed, but I won't hesitate to come back for any other services they offer. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy that helped me out, because he went above and beyond giving me some great and honest advice.
