Example: my other place told me that I needed to get rotors replaced (over $1000). This place told me that (1) I could wait until my next oil change in 6000 miles, (2) that they have a machine to resurface rotors instead of replacing them entirely, (3) that it would only cost me about one-third what the other place quoted. They are highly knowledgeable and they are also really good at finding deals. I referred a friend here who needed a part replacing and they called up different car yards to find the part to save her money (of course you can always get the more expensive versions of things too if you want). My friend just really appreciated that they were trying to help her save money. So yeah five out of five. I drive an hour out of my way just to come to these guys here.

It needed a variety of things done the biggest ticket items being the air conditioning, along with many battery problems that once we got the vehicle back had not been corrected. The air conditioning items that had been installed lasted for 2 days. When we took our vehicle back the solution offered was to put a new ac compressor in which would be another 2+K$$$ I feel we were "taken to the cleaners". I'm so disappointed. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

He insisted on charging me $75 to "diagnose" it himself, only come back with the same information I had already told him. Total waste of money. Then he claimed two parts needed replacing - one of which had already been replaced recently. He brushed it off as "defective" and said he'd change it out so the check engine light would turn off. It didn't. Not even close. Next, he said I needed yet another part that I'd have to hunt down myself at a junkyard or eBay. When I asked him - the mechanic - to get the part, he reluctantly agreed, as if doing his actual job was a burden. I told him I would pick up my car at noon on Saturday. Instead, he shut the shop down early because "business was slow," even though their posted hours are 9-4. Then he told me to come on Sunday. On Sunday, he wouldn't even bother showing up and told me to just send him money through Cash App and take my car. Funny how that option magically wasn't available the day before. Days passed. No update. I contacted him - he fed me some story about waiting on a call from "the Ford guy." More days passed. I called again. The call disconnected right when I said who I was. He never responded to my follow-up message. Completely ghosted. So here I am: check engine light still on, problem still unresolved, and $250 gone for absolutely nothing. Great job, Jarrett. I'll never see you again - and that's a promise. And for anyone reading: take a hard look at the "five-star reviews." They did give me a free diagnostic, but then preceded to tell me I needed 1 wheel bearing and a pcv valve and for 1 bearing it was 1300 dollars. Because I'm not stupid, I took my car to ianother place and told them what I needed and they checked it out and quoted me 600 and of course I didn't even need a pcv valve which is what I already knew.
