(Teriyaki, Garlic Parmesan, Salt & Pepper, and Chili Lime.) They were easily some of the best wings I've ever had. When I asked the waitress what type of rice was used, she didn't know and had to check with the chef. She returned saying it was Jasmine rice. For anyone who appreciates authentic cuisine, risotto should be made with Arborio rice, cooked al dente, and prepared with the right ingredients. Calling that dish "risotto" was misleading. Despite that, I decided to give the restaurant another chance because it's close to my workplace. Today, however, I had an extremely uncomfortable experience. I had made a reservation for two yesterday and requested specific dishes (soup and salad). This morning, due to work commitments, I asked the other person to cancel the reservation. Shortly after, I received a call from the owner. His reaction shocked me--he was rude, aggressive, and argumentative, even as I apologized. Instead of trying to understand the situation or find a solution, he kept escalating the conversation. When I tried to mention customer service, he was completely dismissive, so I ended the call. I overlooked my first bad experience and kept going back, but after today, I will never return. Think twice before visiting--if this is how the owner treats customers, imagine how he treats his staff.
