The food was absolutely delicious . I took the brisket tacos who was amazing . You have to get the brisket if you go there . I also took an entry of mushroom cap tiger prawn pure on top with aioli and it was another hit . My eyes rolled over at every bite . For desert I had the chocolate brownies and it was perfect , not too big , not too sweet . The put lots of details in their food which make it so delicious . The ambiance was perfect right by that little creek with the sunset it's a good spot . The waitresses was really beautiful and nice , great service , great communication . For my work trip in Regina it completed it perfectly . Ambiance was relax with that fancy look that my French side love without having to pay a fortune . The price was great . I have been a chef for over 40 years and would never subject anyone to the inedible food I was given recently. Drafty table, cold food, "sirloin" steak so chewy, black cold "mushrooms ". It was my birthday and got the "banana burrito", cold lifeless banana wrapped in tortilla and deep fried, soggy. The "cook" had been made aware of my complaints and came out to stare us down, would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Nice layout, with a "patio" in the back. It's closed in with glass partitioning to shield diners from wind, which is great! They're working on the field behind there, so there are a million cute feral bunnies running around to keep you entertained. The food is really quite good. The Thai Beef salad is a satisfying meal, but I would recommend that you ask for light dressing, because the red chillies in there could scare you from enjoying that delicious, tender beef. The Catfish Po'boy is nicely put together but there's an imbalance in the flavour somewhere, because you can hardly taste the Catfish. I think the Cilantro may be overtaking the fish. One important note: It took about an hour to get the food, so don't be in a hurry, just order a couple of drinks. ;-) read more

Love Rock Creek. Great food. Great atmosphere. Always busy at night, so go early. Great service - I can't emphasize this one enough. I go to Rock Creek at least once a week, if not more. When you sit down , and the waitress comes virtually immediately. She'll have your drink order back to you within 1-2 minutes of sitting down - even when it's busy. I don't know how they do it, but it's awesome. read more

Similar to a Earl's or Moxie's. Food is ok, can be very noisy at times since the lounge and restaurant don't have much of a barrier between them. Rock Creek does a good job of many things. It works as a lounge on the east side. It works as a family restaurant and this time I enjoyed the brunch. The service is attentive and friendly. Terrible service! Waited half an hour for the waitress to take our order, and then another 40 minutes for our very mediocre food. One order had cold soup that was sent back to the kitchen, another had some partially cooked fries. Even though a lot of the tables had people at them I have seen this restaurant much busier, and have had much better service in the past. I will not be back, and I would suggest to anyone who was thinking of going there to not waste their time or money. read more

Burger was good, bun was a little stale and the staff was a little slow in speed and in the mind. The bar is nice, the floor plan is nice. The food was just okay the burger slection was good, and the patty was thick. The burger was very big, which was perfect for me, but the fries were kind of soggy. The staff could be more attentive and the prices could be cheaper. For what you get. Not the greatest meal but fine for just a plain basic meal. The staff needs to adjust the dispersement of tables. First time here in a year.. it has gone down hill a lot. Ordered catfish and a creek burger. The catfish was mush and terrible, but the batter wasn't bad, so that's something. I went to this place last night, thought I would give it a second shot. I have been to almost every place in Regina on their respective 'Wing Night.' Wednesday just happens to be Rock Creeks. What a joke this is... My first mistake was ordering two orders of wings at the same time. I had an order of the 'Manhattan Spicy,' and an order of the 'Hot' wings. I don't even think these things were cooked all the way through not to mention the diced tomatoes on the Manhattan Spicy order (Lack of taste and looks).
