Thankfully I did not have to wait hours they arrived in a timely fashion. They got my car towed to Vita Automotive. They have no drop box but not an issue since I live close. They got my car in the shop. Now I was not expecting preferential treatment so I was not bothered that my car was not completed "now". My gut told me what the problem was and I had a rough idea of the cost of repairs so again not the least bit concerned when I was not called to tell me what the issue was. Bottom line Vita does good work they are fair and reasonable. I am a convert now!

Chris at Ridge Street was AWESOME -- over the phone with a description of the symptoms, he was able to confidently tell me exactly what he would do to to confirm his hypothesis. We brought the car in and it worked out really well -- he did the diagnostic and confirmed his suspicion. There was no pressure to get the car fixed with him, and he told us that we could still drive the car and got us on on merry way. After getting our day done, we simply dropped the car off at the gas station later that night. They fixed the car in 2 days time and let us pick it up on off hours, again using the gas station. It was great -- hope not to be in need again, but will definitely go back if I have to.

The owner said that our air suspension was iffy and that they also needed attention. Because of his claim that we needed front rotors, we knew that this place was a ripoff clown show. We were nervous about the air suspension so we stopped by the dealership. The Service Manager checked and said the air suspension was perfect. I would be extremely wary to bring my vehicle into these grifters. Not only what they told us was abhorrent, but the fact that they put the fear of God into us over their claim of a worn out, pricy air suspension. If they'd do this to us, why wouldn't they do it to you? STAY AWAY!

The title was never transferred to me although he had received 100% of the cash for the Canadian MB auto. He also posted that the advanced technology was too difficult for me. However, the truth is-- I purchased the identical model of MB (pre-owned and certified) from an MB dealer and love it. I have been driving it for the past year. The problem started because US 1 Auto sold me a Canadian car built for the Canadian consumer which was paid for in cash. The two MB dealers in my area said that they could not accept any warranties on the car nor fix the recalls. The owners of this place were never honest about anything.
