Ate three days in a row here. Loved it. Can tell everything is made, not from a box. Down home tasting food. Soups are so good.......

Great food and business run by and supporting veterans. The broasted chicken is the best in the area.

I really enjoyed my lox bagel and thought it was one of the best I've had!! The flavors were nicely balanced with the onion, capers, cream cheese and lox. I was able to eat it easily and get a little piece of everything in each bite. The bagels seem smaller than average, but who needs giant bagels anyway? I found these to be reasonably sized. Big overstuffed bagels that fall apart while you eat them - lox sliding all over the place - are really annoying. These were satisfying without making you feel gross after. We didn't have to wait too long, but as we were finishing, a long line was forming down the block. Consider getting there a little early!

I had a plain bagel with cream cheese as well. It's a little tight inside but there's plenty of seating. We also loved all the quirky decor and art for sale.
