When entering the restaurant we were immediately greeted by staff and were advised to grab a menu from the nearby wall. Orders are placed at the counter, food and coffee. They also provide an estimate on wait-time for coffee and food based on level of orders currently placed. We were given a buzzer and advised that our name would be called for both coffee and food. The bourbon vanilla Madagascar latte was delicious, I loved that the coffee flavor was not overpowered by homemade coffee syrup. The paninis were delicious and very filling! Highly recommend to get here early because after 9:30 am it gets really packed on the weekends. We waited in line for about 15 minutes to place our order. I looked around and noticed that we have to pick up our plate and drop off our plate and there's a section on the back right side of the restaurant where you have to take your dirty plate after you're done. Anthony was the one taking everyone's order. I'm the only one taking everyone's order in the front. It's best to find a table once you're there and then get in line to order The food was OK. The girls ordered a Vanilla Matcha and a Birthday Cake Latte, and both were delicious. We also shared three paninis, and every single one was divine! I especially loved that they accommodated my dairy-free and pork-free request. I ordered the Pesto & Egg Panini with chicken, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly savory. LOVE this place. Lucky for us this was around the corner of our Airbnb. We came here twice during our visit. They have unique drinks which were so good! I got the blueberry one and I still to this day think about it. They make all their syrups in house. Also really good paninis! We got the Gouda one and the cheese was so melty and delicious. We arrived on a Saturday morning, it was packed and had to wait about 30 minutes for our food. The service was exceptional though. The cashier was explaining to everyone in line that they were busy and then following up and checking in with others. We ordered the chorizo panini and a peach tea to share. The panini had tons of flavor and was piping hot when it came out. Definitely recommend. Issa vibe indeed. If you care about aesthetics/the instagram-ability of a place, this place gets top marks. I loved all the plants and array of seating options. If you care about fun drinks, then this is as good as it gets in New Buffalo. I loved the variety of options, and I really loved my seasonal "chaider" that was generous with the cinnamon. I'm knocking off a star for food. I split a vegan tex-mex panini, and it was hard to eat with the black bean salsa spilling out with each bite...and was that a proper salsa, or just black beans and corn thrown onto the panini? Also, the limited side options are just "bleh" with just chips and a side salad. I will 100% return for vibes and bevies, but I'll save my appetite for elsewhere. read more

I think it's basically summed up all in the name. This is a really cute place to grab a bite to eat. You really get the fun, beach town vibes from the aesthetic. They've done an amazing job creating a beautiful space to have lunch. The drinks are fun, think coffee iced teas and lemonades. We ordered a sandwich with a side salad which was ample to share. ISSA GOOD COFFEE! Issa Vibe is a super cute brunch and coffee spot located two blocks off the main road in New Buffalo. And when I say "Good Coffee" I mean "GOOOOOODD coffee. Like this is not your boring Starbucks cup of Joe. This is artisan crafted coffee. I went several time during our stay and everything I tried was great! The shop is SUPER cute and modern with very hipster, boho, flowery, garden vibes. The food was also pretty good - it's normal coffee shop fare like pastries, salads and paninis. My one and only complaint was that service could have been better. Maybe it was the summertime rush/crowds but the baristas and counter staff always seemed short and several times I waited for a while before even being acknowledged. This is the best place ever!! Great gluten free and dairy free options. I was visiting New Buffalo and came here both days for my meals because I knew it would be safe for my food allergies. My friends and I were in town during our Easter Break from Notre Dame, and we came here to grub and study. Extremely cozy with good drinks/food and incredibly nice staff. I ordered a chocolate muffin with a lavender matcha latte, and it was one of the best matcha lattes I've ever had (high praise since I've been to every matcha cafe in orange county, california). Issa Vibe lives up to their name! The interior is totally chill, with a warm spacious decor featuring both traditional tables as well as comfy couches and even a sun room. The service was super friendly and helpful with menu questions from these first-timers. And the food was absolutely delicious!!! The food menu is not huge and I wish they had some fresh juices on the drink menu, but that's a minor gripe. They have some awesome looking coffee drinks but we had already had coffee prior to our arrival but we won't make that mistake again, as everything being crafted by the barista looked amazing. They do need a more prominent sign on the exterior, at least something facing west, as we totally passed the place on arrival when driving up 12 from the east. I was with a group of (7) who stopped by Issa Vibe Cafe on a Saturday morning. The inside is extremely cute with fun patterns, bright colors, plants everywhere, and tons of seating. Walking in the line was long but staff hustled to keep things moving! After ordering, drinks took about 5-8 minutes and food about 15 minutes.
