Locally sourced and female owned are two of my favorite things. Farmette does it all, and in such a gorgeous way. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I can't comment on that, but all of the other goods (veggies, wines, cook books and locally sourced snacks) were so so good. I love seeing how this business works with some of my other favorites in both the Traverse City and metro Detroit areas. I love that this exists so close to home. Can't wait to come back!

The seating also had little fire pits in the middle of them

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Loved the local feel and that they had so much outdoor seating and even had a few blankets that we used as it was a little chilly, but the sun felt nice![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Loved walking the shopping area and the coffee was good. Only complaint is that they don't warm the croissants with the coffee. Would still come back!!

We loved Farmette--the Carmel latte was fantastic, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the space feels thoughtfully designed both inside and outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We also picked up a bottle wine that I can't wait to try with dinner one night. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Excellent coffee, great atmosphere, five stars![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Visiting from Cattleman's Coffee & Sand Hill Farms

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Really cute cafe![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was extremely busy![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The drink pick up area was kind of chaotic. It seems like it would've been easier if they took people's names. Since they have a smallish menu, it was hard to figure out whose was whose. I tried the iced strawberry and cream latte and it was delicious! Perfectly subtle strawberry flavor. The cream kind of dissolved but that okay. My husband got the salted honey latte hot and it was really good!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute cafe and shop![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Loved exploring the natural wine wall and all the other offerings the shop had, and they many unique types of sourdough bread from the bakery. The croissant tasted a tad stale though. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Would go back when it's warm out for their patio/garden[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a nice little store and cafe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Good tiramisu and hummus. I also got a decaf latte and a hot chocolate (could use a little sugar.) It is expensive, as expected, but there is a good variety of products.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Probably one of the cutest cafes ever![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of flowers, fancy snacks, and fresh baked goods![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The chocolate sourdough and blueberry muffin were delicious! I also tried the chai latte which was yummy as well! All the staff were very kind and helpful!

Fruit sold at Farmette. Yummy local strawberries.

Cute! Worth a visit if you are stopping in New Buffalo. The bakery was sold out of most things before we got there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a lot smaller than expected, but still a fun stop![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This was our first stop from Indianapolis on our way to the beach and this place alone was worth the 2.5 hour drive! The focaccia bread is the best I've ever had. Ever. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful, relaxing, clean, inviting and wonderful service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The chocolate sourdough was delicious, we had it sliced and both untoasted and toasted. Enjoyed it both ways.

Such a cute cafe! Delicious food and coffee with an adorably decorated interior…read more My family and I visited Issa Vibe on the way through to Union Pier. When entering the restaurant we were immediately greeted by staff and were advised to grab a menu from the nearby wall. Orders are placed at the counter, food and coffee. They also provide an estimate on wait-time for coffee and food based on level of orders currently placed. We were given a buzzer and advised that our name would be called for both coffee and food. The bourbon vanilla Madagascar latte was delicious, I loved that the coffee flavor was not overpowered by homemade coffee syrup. The paninis were delicious and very filling! They come with a side salad or kettle chips.

I looked around and noticed that we have to pick up our plate and drop off our plate and there's a section on the back right side of the restaurant where you have to take your dirty plate after you're done. Anthony was the one taking everyone's order. I'm the only one taking everyone's order in the front. It's best to find a table once you're there and then get in line to order The food was OK. I wish my chorizo Panini had more chorizo and that my gluten-free bread wasn't to burn or maybe because it was gluten-free. It looked a little burnt. I didn't enjoy the Uber cold drink a lot

I really enjoyed my lox bagel and thought it was one of the best I've had!! The flavors were nicely balanced with the onion, capers, cream cheese and lox. I was able to eat it easily and get a little piece of everything in each bite. The bagels seem smaller than average, but who needs giant bagels anyway? I found these to be reasonably sized. Big overstuffed bagels that fall apart while you eat them - lox sliding all over the place - are really annoying. These were satisfying without making you feel gross after. The coffee selection exceeded our expectations. We shared a chemex for 2. They had a few single origin coffees to choose from and we had their pink bourbon Columbian. We enjoyed our coffee and bagels outside in their seating area and this was once of my favorite parts of our trip! We didn't have to wait too long, but as we were finishing, a long line was forming down the block. Consider getting there a little early!

The everything lox bagel was very chewy and scrumptious, with yummy garnishes of tomato, cucumber, and spices alongside a velvety blanket of salmon. I took one sip of my friends draft latte vanilla and ascended: the la colombe brews do not disappoint! I ended up choosing a protein collagen mushroom Latte but Fourth of July specialized, called Rosie the riveter! The Coffee Has Potential. The Attitude Does Not…read more Let me set the scene: I walked in happy, wallet open, ready to support local. Bought a latte and three greeting cards. Three. GREETING. CARDS. You know, the things you buy when you care about people? The irony was lost on whoever was behind the counter. No "thank you." No smile. Just a full serving of stanky attitude with a side of complete indifference -- and I didn't even order that. They've got 444 on the door. Angel numbers. Protection energy. Good vibes literally bolted to the building. And somehow none of it made it past the front entrance. I've given this place multiple chances because I believe in supporting local businesses. This is me believing in something for the last time. To the owner: I genuinely hope you're not the person I keep encountering behind the register. If you are -- bless your heart. If you're not -- you may want to pop in unannounced one day. Bring a secret shopper. Bring a therapist. Bring snacks. Whatever it takes. The latte was fine. The cards were cute. The experience? Starbucks doesn't have angel numbers on the door, but at least they say thank you. I'm out. Peace.

Went for dinner on 2/13 thinking we would not have the rush for Valentines Day. That plan was good…read more We made a reservation but when we arrived the bar had open seats so we sat there. I ordered the White Fish dish and my wife had Tortellini with vodka sauce with added sausage crumbles. Both dishes were incredible and I'd strongly recommend. Now for the downside and the reason for only rating 4 stars. Prior to dinner we split a Zsa Zsa Salad. The menu describes this as having poached shrimp, asparagus bits, bacon, avocado, tomato with a Balsamic Vinaigrette. For some reason the shrimp decided to leave the plate before we got it. Without the shrimp, the salad was boring and pretty much flavorless. We would have liked it better had they used Romaine rather then the foliage we all used to discard before serving. We asked the Bartender about the missing shrimp and she put in an order for a side of shrimp. The side arrived after we had pretty much finished with the salad. Not complaining because we ate the shrimp as it was the best part. The surprise came when we received the bill which contained the $19.00 charge for the salad as well as a $10.00 charge for the side of shrimp. I pointed that out and it was promptly removed. In summary, I'd suggest a hard pass on this menu item. Not to leave this review on a sour note, we love Cafe Farina and as previously mentioned the entrees were both fantastic. As a side note, we tried their privately labeled Farina Valpolicella Red. Moderately priced and well worth it's $56.00 price. We will order that again.
